In Uzbekistan,starting from.2013,work in introduction of foreign varieties of am.ranthus on soils with low bonitet has been carried *** green m.ss of the plant is a source of protein with high lysine content and therefore is used m.inly for the feed *** grain contains proteins,carbohydrates and an oil with a wide range of biologically active substances（BAS）,including *** hydrocarbon squalene is the basis for the creation of steroid horm.nal m.dicines,preparations for prevention and treatm.nt of radiation sickness,onco-and cardiom.opathy,as well as for cosm.tic products [1].We developed technologies for com.lex processing of grain and cake of am.ranth of the introduced variety "Kharkivsky-1" of Am.ranthus hypochondriacus with isolation of squalene-enriched *** to the first technology,the grain was subjected to cold pressing,and the oil was isolated with a yield up to 40% of its content in raw *** cake was hydrolysed with an aqueous-alcoholic alkaline solution,and two fractions were obtained,one of which（yield 0.3-0.4%） contained 20-25% *** second fraction was the sum.of glucan type polysaccharides（yield 40-45%） and alkali-soluble proteins（yield up to 3%）.Another technology consists in extracting the am.ranth cake using supercritical CO2 to produce an extract rich in squalene,extraction of squalene fraction（up to 50%） from.the extract,and polysaccharides and protein isolation from.the *** com.osition of extracts and fractions was studied by TLC,GC,HPLC,and GC/m..

Tem.erature dependence of elastic m.duli , , and the latter for the piezo-active and non-piezo-active versions, have been m.asured in the interval of 4 - 180 K at 28 - 262 m.z in a CdSe: Cr2+ crystal. Anom.lies below 40 K have been found for all the m.duli, except . The interpretation of the results has been carried out involving the Jahn-Teller effect and relaxation between the equivalent distortions of the tetrahedral CrSe4 centers.

The present investigation is the continuation of our prior clinical studies on the content of parathyroid horm.ne (PTH), its paracrine analog, parathyroid horm.ne-related protein (PTHrP) and electrolytes in blood of patients with heart failure. The results of these studies form.d the basis for the nom.nation of the hypothesis on PTH and PTHrP com.ensatory-m.dulating effect on the contractile activity of heart. The objective of this study is to elucidate the m.chanism.of the com.ensatory-m.dulating effect of PTH on heart functional activity, which is realized by the study of effective doses of PTH by pharm.cological analysis, using different inhibitors. The dose-dependent effect of PTH on the heart contraction rate and am.litude is studied on the frog isolated heart by the m.thod of non-invasive registration of heart contractile activity. The m.thod is based on the photoelectric principle of the reflected from.the contractile object light ray transform.tion into an electric signaling. It is sh.wn that the m.st effective dose that has positive chronotropic and inotropic effects on heart is 10–10 m.horm.ne. To clarify the m.chanism.of PTH physiological dose action on the contractile activity of heart PTH 1-34 is com.ined with Ca-channel as well as phosphodiesterase blockers. The m.ntioned substances are applied based on the fact that PTH effect on target cells is m.diated by secondary m.ssengers, particularly calcium.ions and cAm.. Based on the data obtained by com.ination of horm.ne with Verapam.l (10–5 m. and Theophylline (10–4 m., we concluded on the involvem.nt of calcium.ions in the realization of chronotropic and cAm. in the inotropic effects on the heart.

To evaluate the potential of fungi from.Darband cave,Sem.an,Iran,for valuable antibacterial and anticancer agents,m.lecular screening was done against polyketides(PKS);the source for num.rous diverse secondary *** were isolated from.soil and *** antibacterial activity of the isolates was studied against indicator bacteria by well diffusion agar m.thod,and analyzed by PCR for PKS *** positive strains were com.ared for toxicity against indicators and A549 *** of antibacterial agents was investigated in 26 days followed by partial purification of the *** layer chrom.tography(TLC)and High Perform.nce Liquid Chrom.tography(HPLC)analyses were done to reveal the nature of the toxin(s).The isolates exhibited the antim.crobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus,and Bacillus *** isolates selected for further studies based on the yellow culture broth,the presence of PKS,and antibacterial *** strains were identified as Penicillium.chrysogenum.using 18s rDNA *** yellow culture,87%identity of the PKS 12/PKS 13,the results of HPLC,and the toxic effects against certain bacteria and A549 cells confirm.d the production of the sorbicillinoid in *** strains;DDFCC170 and *** partially-purified antibacterial-anticancer agents nam.d as AnBa170 and AnBa186 exhibited bactericide effect on *** and *** com.ounds killed A549 cells with an IC_(50) value of 0.25μm.and 0.22μm.***170 and AnBa186 are attractive for pharm.ceutical *** on the literature,the cytotoxicity of sorbicillinoids against tum.r cells and bacteria is related to their oxidation capacity.

Al-based m.L-53 m.F nanostructure was synthesized hydrotherm.lly and then co-deposited in the electroless nickel coating on Am.0B m.gnesium.alloy using Zr pretreatm.nt as an eco-friendly *** m.L-53(Al)nanostructure was synthesized in the form.of layered sem.-cube crystals with the surface area and m.an pore diam.ter of 985.72 m.(2)g^(-1) and 2.00 nm.*** SEm.im.ges captured with two various zoom.ng scales from.the surface of the plain and m.F containing electroless layers sh.wed cauliflower-like m.rphology with even distribution of nodule ***,the sub-grains of the plain coating disappeared after incorporation of the ***,both the norm.l and nanostructure-containing electroless layers have crystalline-am.rphous structure,but the nanocom.osite coating sh.wed less *** average surface roughness of the plain electroless coating was about 309 nm.which decreased to about 222 nm.after incorporation of the *** XRD patterns sh.wed that the characteristic peak of Ni broadened after incorporation of the m.F,probably due to the decreasing of the *** the heat-treated norm.l and m.F containing coatings at 200℃ no phase transition takes place,but new peaks appeared for heat-treated coatings at 400℃ due to the crystallization and second-phase *** results of the EIS tests sh.wed an increase in the am.unt of the charge transfer resistance(from.19 to 29 kΩcm.(2))after addition of the m.F,which m.ans an im.rovem.nt in the corrosion ***,low Jcorrof the com.osite coating represents its higher corrosion resistance with respect to the plain *** m.cro-hardness values of the com.osite coating before and after the heat treatm.nt were higher than the plain ***,the Ni-P-m.F coating has a lower wear rate both before and after the heat treatm.nt due to an im.rovem.nt in its m.cro-hardness.
