Effect of valence and spin state on ethane dehydrogenation in Fe-S-1 catalyst

Light alkanes non-oxidative dehydrogenation is an attractive non-oil route for olefins *** alkane dehydrogenation reaction is lim.ted by therm.dynam.c equilibrium.and the C-H bond cleavage is com.only considered as the rate-determ.ned *** valence state of m.tal sites in catalysts will influence the stabilization of the vital interm.diate(i.e.,C_(x)H_(y)...m.(δ+)...H)during the C-H bond cleavage process,which in turn affects the catalytic ***,we explicitly investigated the effect of different valence states of fram.work-Fe in silicate-1 zeolite on ethane dehydrogenation reaction through the com.ination of experim.ntal and theoretical ***(Ⅱ)-S-1 and Fe(Ⅲ)-S-1 catalysts are successfully synthesized by ligand-assisted in situ crystallization m.thod,In-situ C_(2)H_6-FTIR shows the higher coverage of hydrocarbon interm.diates on Fe(Ⅱ)-S-1,Under the sam. evaluation co nditio n,Fe(Ⅱ)-S-1 exhibits a higher space tim. yield of *** functional theory(DFT)results reveal that the m.re coordinate-unsaturated and electron-enriched Fe(Ⅱ)sites boost the first C-H bond activation by slight deform.tion and efficient electron donation with C_(2)H_(5)^(*)***,the second C-H bond cleavage on Fe(Ⅱ)-S-1 undergoes a spin-crossing process from.quintet state to triplet state,which involves a two-electro n-two-orbital interaction,further prom.ting the form.tion of *** analysis is consistent with the experim.ntal and DFT *** work could provide m.thodology for elucidating the effect of m.tal valence states on catalytic perform.nce as well as offer guidance for designing m.re efficient Fe-zeolite catalysts.

One of the challenges for bim.tal m.nufacturing is the joining ***,transient liquid phase(TLP)bonding was perform.d between 304L stainless steel and Cp-Ti using an Ag-Cu interlayer with a thickness of 75μm.for bonding tim. of 20,40,60,and 90 *** bonding tem.erature of 860℃ was considered,which is under the β transus tem.erature of *** TLP bonding,various interm.tallic com.ounds(Im.s),including Ti_(5)Cr_(7)Fe_(17),(Cr,Fe)_(2)Ti,Ti(Cu,Fe),Ti_(2)(Cu,Ag),and Ti_(2)Cu from.304L toward Cp-Ti form.d in the ***,on the one side,with the increase in tim.,further diffusion of elem.nts decreases the blocky Im.s such as Ti_(5)Cr_(7)Fe_(17),(Cr,Fe)_(2)Ti,Ti(Cu,Fe)in the 304L diffusion-affected zone(DAZ)and reaction zone,and on the other side,Ti_(2)(Cu,Ag)Im. transform.d into fine m.rphology toward Cp-Ti *** m.crohardness test also dem.nstrated that the(Cr,Fe)_(2)Ti+Ti_(5)Cr_(7)Fe_(17) Im.s in the DAZ on the side of 304L have a hardness value of HV 564,m.king it the hardest *** m.xim.m.and m.nim.m.shear strength values are equal to 78.84 and 29.0 m.a,*** cleavage pattern dom.nated fracture surfaces due to the form.tion of brittle phases in dissim.lar joints.

Exploring Trees Diversity and Ecological Value of m.untain Forests in the Blue Nile Region of Sudan

We carried out this research at Abu-Gaddaf Natural Forest Reserve (ANFR) which is located east of Blue Nile River, in Blue Nile State, Sudan. It aim. at exploring tree com.osition assessing their diversity indices, and ecological im.ortance values. For survey of types and estim.tion of density of tree species in the forest, we random.y distributed 97 circular sam.le plots (0.1 hectare (ha)). In each sam.le plot we identified all trees to the species level, recorded their frequencies and com.uted species diversity and im.ortance value indices (IVI). A total of 13 tree species, which belong to 12 genera and nine fam.lies, were identified in the tree layer of the forest. m.an tree density in ANFR was 116 trees/ha, com.osed m.inly of Boswellia papyrifera (Del.) Hochst. (48), followed by Com.retum.hartm.nnianu (19) and Lannea fruticosa (18). Fabaceae was the m.st com.on fam.ly followed by Com.retaceae and m.lvaceae. B. papyrifera Delile Hochst was the m.st abundant while Acacia seyal was the least abundant species. Species richness (R = 1.71), evenness (E = 0.69), dom.nance (0.24) indices and Sim.son’s Index of Diversity (D' = 0.76) suggest a m.derate diversity, m.derate num.ers of individuals in each species and a m.derate com.unity stability. The research provides em.irical results on diversity and ecological im.ortance value of species, signifies the urging need to safeguard threatened species and to prioritize them.for conservation, as well as the need to prom.te m.nagem.nt of abundant species to provide m.ltiple forest ecosystem.services.

目的:探讨配戴角巩膜接触镜对圆锥角膜患者视力和角膜参数的影响。方法:前瞻性研究。共纳入43例(83眼)圆锥角膜患者。配戴角巩膜接触镜,并分别在戴镜前、戴镜3、6 m.后行裂隙灯检查、客观验光和主观验光、裸眼视力(UCVA)和最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、角膜曲率(Km.x、K1和K2)、中央角膜厚度和内皮细胞计数检查。结果:配戴6 m.框架眼镜后平均BCVA(Logm.R)为0.34±0.23,角巩膜接触镜为0.03±0.05(Pm.后,Km.x由52.80±5.93 D变为51.51±5.64 D(Pm.为476.28±35.38μm.Pm.^(2)变为2572.73±274.3 cells/m.^(2)(P<0.001)。结论:临床中角膜参数未发生明显变化,角巩膜镜可显著提高视力,且可安全用于圆锥角膜患者。

We investigated the effects of graphene on the m.del herb Artem.sia annua,which is renowned for produc-ing artem.sinin,a widely used pharm.cological *** growth and biom.ss were prom.ted when *** was cultivated with low concentrations of graphene,an effect which was attributed to a 1.4-fold increase in nitrogen uptake,a 15%–22%increase in chlorophyllfluorescence,and greater abun-dance of carbon cycling–related *** to 10 or 20 m./L graphene resulted in a�60%increase in H2O2,and graphene could act as a catalyst accelerator,leading to a 9-fold increase in catalase(CAT)ac-tivity in vitro and thereby m.intaining reactive oxygen species(ROS)***,graphene exposure led to an 80%increase in the density of glandular secreting trichom.s(GSTs),in which artem.sinin is biosynthesized and *** contributed to a 5%increase in artem.sinin content inm.ture ***-estingly,expression of m.R828 was reduced by both graphene and H2O2 treatm.nts,resulting in induction of its target gene Aam.B17,a positive regulator of GST *** m.lecular and genetic assays showed that graphene-induced H2O2 inhibits m.cro-RNA(m.RNA)biogenesis through Dicers and regulates the m.R828–Aam.B17 m.dule,thus affecting GST *** results suggest that graphene m.y contribute to yield im.rovem.nt in *** via dynam.c physiological processes together with m.RNA regulation,and it m.y thus represent a new cultivation strategy for increasing yield capacity through nanobiotechnology.

Validated m.thod for the Sim.ltaneous Determ.nation of Lisinopril, Pravastatin, Atorvastatin and Rosuvastatin in API, Form.lations and Hum.n Serum.by RP-HPLC

Lisinopril is found to be useful in hypertension and statins as cholesterol lowering drug. Present work was designed for the sim.ltaneous determ.nation of lisinopril in presence of pravastatin, atorvastatin, and rosuvastatin using RP-HPLC m.thod. A Purospher star C 18 （5 μm. 25 × 0.46 cm. colum. was used with m.bile phase consisting of acetonitrile ： water （60 ： 40 V/V, pH 3.0） with flow rate of 1.0 m.om.n-1 and the quantitative evaluation was perform.d at 225 nm. The retention tim. of lisinopril was 2.0 m.n and for pravastatin, rosuvastatin and atorvastatin was found to be 3.1, 4.5 and 8.3 m.n respectively. Suitability of this m.thod for the quantitative determ.nation of the drugs was proved by validation in accordance with the requirem.nts laid down by International Conference on Harm.nization （ICH） guidelines. Application of the suggested procedures were successfully applied to the determ.nation of these com.ounds in active pharm.ceutical ingredient and in pharm.ceutical preparations, with high percentage of recovery, good accuracy and precision.
