Vagus nerve stim.lation(VnS)and stroke:Stroke is the second leading cause of death and the third leading cause of disability worldwide(Baig et al.,2023).There have been significant paradigm.shifts in the m.nagem.nt of acute ischem.c stroke through m.chanical *** chronic ischem.c stroke,invasive VnS paired with rehabilitation is associated with a significant increase in upper lim. m.tor recovery and is FDA-approved(Baig et al.,2023).There are no treatm.nts of sim.lar efficacy in acute intracerebral hem.rrhage(ICH)where several prom.sing trials,e.g.,TICH-2,STOP-AUST,and TRAIGE did not show im.rovem.nts in functional outcom.s(Puy et al.,2023).

Spinal cord injury rem.ins a m.jor cause of disability in young adults,and beyond acute decom.ression and rehabilitation,there are no pharm.cological treatm.nts to lim.t the progression of injury and optim.ze recovery in this *** the thorough investigation of the com.lem.nt system.in triggering and propagating cerebral neuroinflam.ation,a sim.lar role for com.lem.nt in spinal neuroinflam.ation is a focus of ongoing *** this work,we survey the current literature investigating the role of com.lem.nt in spinal cord injury including the sources of com.lem.nt proteins,triggers of com.lem.nt activation,and role of effector functions in the *** study relevant data dem.nstrating the different triggers of com.lem.nt activation after spinal cord injury including direct binding to cellular debris,and or activation via antibody binding to dam.ge-associated m.lecular *** effector functions of com.lem.nt have been im.licated in spinal cord injury,and we critically evaluate recent studies on the dual role of com.lem.nt anaphylatoxins in spinal cord injury while em.hasizing the lack of pathophysiological understanding of the role of opsonins in spinal cord *** this pathophysiological review,we system.tically review the different translational approaches used in preclinical m.dels of spinal cord injury and discuss the challenges for future translation into hum.n *** review em.hasizes the need for future studies to dissect the roles of different com.lem.nt pathways in the pathology of spinal cord injury,to evaluate the phases of involvem.nt of opsonins and anaphylatoxins,and to study the role of com.lem.nt in white m.tter degeneration and regeneration using translational strategies to supplem.nt genetic m.dels.

The age at which a wom.n enters natural m.nopause has also been associated to death from.any cause. m.nopause is a natural com.onent of aging that happens between the ages of 45 and 55, with the average m.nopausal age being 51. Previous research has revealed the age at which wom.n reach m.nopause, but there is no evidence to support the link between m.nopause and longevity. We m.de a study in assessing the lim.ts of m.xim.m.lifespan at m.nopausal age in our previous article. In this paper, we aim.to predict the m.xim.m.lifespan of wom.n at m.an m.nopausal age.

This paper presents the stability analysis for a class of neural networks with tim. varying delays that are represented by the Takagi^ugeno IT-S） m.del. The m.in results given here focus on the stability criteria using a new Lyapunov functional. new relaxed conditions and new linear m.trix inequality-based designs are proposed that outperform.the previous results found in the literature. num.rical exam.les are provided to show that the achieved conditions are less conservative than the existing ones in the literature.
