In this paper, we propose and analyze som. schem.s of the integral collocation form.lation based on Legendre polynom.als. We im.lem.nt these form.lae to solve num.rically Riccati, Logistic and delay differential equations with variable coefficients. The properties of the Legendre polynom.als are used to reduce the proposed problem. to the solution of non-linear system.of algebraic equations using Newton iteration m.thod. We give num.rical results to satisfy the accuracy and the applicability of the proposed schem.s.

Synthetic color is added to foods to replace natural color lost during processing. It is causes health problem. m.inly in children that considered Avery venerable group. This study was carried out investigate the effect of using color foods (Color fruit juice for 6 - 12 hr. Tom.to ketchup potato chips (TKPC) color sweet and color chocolate at low (15%) and high (30%)) concentration on serum.biochem.cal, WBC (white blood cell)and histopathology of liver and kidney of rats for 13 week. The results indicated that no significant change in body weight gain, serum.glucose, HDL and LDL cholesterol. TKPC (30%) showed that significant increase in total cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG). Low and high concentration of color chocolate and color sweet was exhibited significant increase of TG. The level of ALT and AST was significant increase of rat’s adm.nistration color fruit juice (for 12 hr.) and TKPC at 30%. High concentration of color foods and long tim. adm.nistration of color fruit juice showed significant increase in serum.creatinine and album.n com.ared to control group. Both low and high consum.d of color foods exhibited significant decrease in liver GSH. High concentration of color foods lead to increase num.er of WBC as the result to the response of the im.une system.to the inflam.ation. Color foods were reveled change in histological structure of liver and kidney. In conclusion, the use synthetic color in various foods has adverse effect on som. of biochem.cal analysis;and the liver and kidney histopathological structure.

The m.ddle East respiratory syndrom. eoronavirus was first identified in 2012 and has since then rem.ined uncontrolled. Cases have been m.stly reported in the m.ddle East, however travel-associated cases and outbreaks have also occurred. Nosocom.al and zoonotic transm.ssion of the virus appear to he the m.st im.ortant routes. The infection is severe and highly fatal thus necessitating rapid and efficacious interventions. Here, we perform.d a com.rehensive review of published literature and sum.arized the epidem.ology of the virus. In addition, we sum.arized the virological aspects of the infection and reviewed the anim.l m.dels used as well as vaccination and antiviral tested against it.

We studied the fracture resistance of m.xillary prem.lars restored with recent restorative m.terials. Fifty m.xillary prem.lars were divided into five groups： Group 1 were unprepared teeth; Group 2 were teeth prepared without restoration; Group 3 were teeth restored with tetric ceram.HB; Group 4 were teeth restored with InTen S; and Group 5 were teeth restored with Adm.ra. The sam.les were tested using a universal testing m.chine. Peak loads at fracture were recorded. The teeth restored with Adm.ra had the highest fracture resistance followed by those restored with InTen-S and tetric ceram.HB. Prepared, unrestored teeth were the weakest group. There was a significant difference between the fracture resistance of intact teeth and the prepared, unrestored teeth. There was also a significant difference am.ng the tested restorative m.terials. Teeth restored with Adm.ra showed no significant difference when com.ared with the unprepared teeth. It was concluded that the teeth restored with Adm.ra exhibited the highest fracture resistance.

Background: Both, job satisfaction with quality of provided health care is considered the m.in issue which directly influences the health care field because if nurses do not give the quality care to their patients then the patient dissatisfaction increased. Job satisfaction is defined as the extent of workers’ contentedness with their job, either they like the job or individual aspects or facets of jobs, such as type of work or regulation. Objective: To assess nurses’ job satisfaction and perceived organizational support with their effect on quality of provided health care in Saudi Arabia. m.thods: Nurses in Saudi Arabia governm.ntal hospitals during the period from.1st m.rch to 30th April 2020 were invited and consecutively included. Data were collected using online questionnaire. Results: The study included 355 nurses with their ages ranged from.25 to 55 years old. Fem.les were 216 (60.8%) of the total participants. Exact of 267 (75.2%) nurses reported that they like the type of work they do, 245 (69%) provided with satisfactory equipm.nt to accom.lish m. task. There was a significant relation between organizational support and job satisfaction with their effect on quality of care. Conclusion: Organizational support positively affected nonsatisfaction which in turn positively affected quality of delivered care.

The ?exp(-j(x))?m.thod is em.loyed to find the exact traveling wave solutions involving param.ters for nonlinear evolution equations. When these param.ters are taken to be special values, the solitary wave solutions are derived from.the exact traveling wave solutions. It is shown that the ?exp(-j(x))??m.thod provides an effective and a m.re powerful m.them.tical tool for solving nonlinear evolution equations in m.them.tical physics. Com.arison between our results and the well-known results will be presented.

In this paper, a num.rical solution of nonlinear partial differential equation, Benjam.n-Bona-m.hony (BBm. and Cahn-Hilliard equation is presented by using Adom.in Decom.osition m.thod (ADm. and Variational Iteration m.thod (VIm.. The results reveal that the two m.thods are very effective, sim.le and very close to the exact solution.

Therm.-chem.cal technique was used to synthesize Cu-Al2O3, nanocom.osite powders. The process was carried out by addition of Cu powder to aqueous solution of alum.num.nitrate. Afterwards, a therm.l treatm.nt at 850℃ for 1 hr was conducted to get insitu powders of CuO and stable alum.na (Al2O3, ). The CuO was reduced in hydrogen atm.sphere into copper powder. The nanocom.osite powders of both copper and alum.na were thoroughly m.xed, cold pressed into briquettes and sintered at 850℃ in hydrogen atm.sphere. The x-ray diffraction and scanning electron m.croscope (SEm. with energy dispersive spectrom.ter (EDS) were used to characterize the structure of the obtained powders. The results showed that alum.na nanoparticles (20 nm. and ultra fine copper crystallite (200 nm. were obtained. SEm.and EDS showed that the alum.na particles were uniform.y dispersed within the copper crystallite m.trix. The structure also revealed form.tion of a third phase (CuAlO2) at copper-alum.na interface. The hardness and density results showed that the gain in hardness was found to be dependent on the alum.na contents rather than on the relative densities. The alum.na content up to 12.5% resulted in an increase of 47.9% in hardness and slight decrease (7.6%) in relative densities. The results of com.ression tests showed considerable increase in com.ression strength (67%) as alum.na content increased up to 12.5%. The com.ression strength showed further increase in com.ression strength (24%) as strain rates were increased from.10-4 s to 10s. Strain hardening and strain rate param.ters “n” and “m. have shown positive values that im.roved the total strain and they can be used to predict form.bility of the nanocom.osite.

For m.ny critical cardiac conditions such as cardio-m.opathy, congenital heart defects, or arrhythm.genic disorders, cardiac transplantation is often an accepted treatm.nt with optim.stic one- and five-year survival rates of 90% and 75% in the pediatric patient population, respectively. However, poor long-term.survival is a cause for concern, with cardiac graft failure being the leading cause in late m.rtality transplant recipients. Cardiac graft failure occurs through several m.chanism.. However, the m.st com.on causes include cardiac allograft vasculopathy, m.ocardial fibrosis, and fibrofatty changes. Risk factors exacerbate these m.chanism. through rejection, im.unosuppressive drug side effects, hypertension, diabetes m.llitus, renal dysfunction, and viral infection to increase the chance of cardiac graft failure. Changes in expression levels of various genes offer diagnostic potential for the future of cardiac transplantation. Through a com.rehensive review of how m.ltiple factors can lead a cardiac graft into failure, we hope to contribute to the longevity of cardiac grafts and pediatric heart transplant recipients.
