Analysis of m.lecular m.chanism. that lead to the developm.nt of various types of tum.rs is essential for biology and m.dicine,because it m.y help to find new therapeutic opportunities for cancer treatm.nt and cure including personalized treatm.nt *** of the pathways known to be im.ortant for the developm.nt of neoplastic diseases and pathological processes is the Hedgehog signaling pathway that norm.lly controls hum.n em.ryonic *** accum.lation of various types of biological data,including interactions between proteins,regulation of genes transcription,proteom.cs,and m.tabolom.cs experim.nts results,allows the application of com.utational analysis of these big data for identification of key m.lecular m.chanism. of certain diseases and pathologies and prom.sing therapeutic *** aim.of this study is to develop a com.utational approach for revealing associations between hum.n proteins and genes interacting with the Hedgehog pathway com.onents,as well as for identifying their roles in the developm.nt of various types of *** autom.tically collect sets of abstract texts from.the NCBI Pubm.d bibliographic *** recognition of the Hedgehog pathway proteins and genes and neoplastic diseases we use a dictionary-based nam.d entity recognition approach,while for all other proteins and genes m.chine learning m.thod is *** association extraction,we develop a set of sem.ntic *** com.lete the results of the text analysis with the gene set enrichm.nt *** identified key pathways that m.y influence the Hedgehog pathway and their roles in tum.r developm.nt are then verified using the inform.tion in the literature.

Radiative decays D((s))*→D((s))γare revisited in light of new experim.ntal data from.the BaBar and BESⅢ*** radiative couplings gD*Dγencoding nonperturbative QCD effects are calculated in the fram.work of the covariant confined quark m.del developed by *** com.are our results with other theoretical studies and experim.ntal *** couplings(in GeV-1)|g(D*+D+γ)|=0.45(9)and|g(D*0D0γ)|=1.72(34)calculated in our m.del agree with the corresponding experim.ntal data|g(D*+D+γ)|=0.47(7)and|g(D*0D0γ)|=1.77(16).The m.st interesting case is the decay Ds*→Dsγ,for which a recent prediction based on light-cone sum.rules at next-to-leading order|gDs*Dsγ|=0.60(19)deviates from.the first(and only to date)lattice QCD result|gDs*Dsγ|=0.11(2)at nearly3σ.Our calculation yields|gDs*Dsγ|=0.29(6),which falls som.how between the two m.ntioned results,although it is larger than those predicted in other studies using quark m.dels or QCD sum.rules.

The paper is devoted to new, experim.ntally registered therm. physical problem. of high tem.erature applied external and internal aerodynam.cs which is defined first of all by intensive interaction of the gaseous m.dia and therm.l radiation. The first report section analyses basic com.lexities of designing high tem.erature air breathing engines related to origin of so-called ＂unexpected＂ heat of working process. The next parts of the report consider physical, chem.cal and plasm. features of aerodynam.cs of reentry space blunt bodies and m.teors with specified account of therm.l radiation influence. Our solutions are based on the classical Dark m.tter-Energy sim.lation. We present special experim.ntal data for Dark m.tter pressure registration on the earth conditions.

To prepare ytterbium.doped lanthania yttria nanopowder a m.thod of laser evaporation of m.xed oxides was used. After calcinations of the powder at 1200 ℃ a pure single-phase solid solution yb3＋：（LaxY1-x）2O3 was form.d in the nanoparticles. Influence of lanthanum.oxide as an isovalent additive on the yttria structure was investigated. The lanthanium.ions were proved to be a good aid to sinter yttria ceram.cs doped with Yb3＋ at m.derate tem.eratures about 1650 ℃. The ceram.cs with relative density higher than 99.99% and grain size about 40 μm.were fabricated. Full transm.ttance of 1.8 m. thick Yb0.11 La0.23Y1.66O3 ceram.cs reached 82.5% at 800 nm. This m.terial could be a good gain m.dium.for ytterbium.high power pulse lasers.

The results of the study of raw m.x preparation and foam.glass-ceram.cs production using diatom.te as a raw m.terial were presented in the following article. A m.xture of diatom.te and 40% NaOH solution was subjected to heating at a constant tem.erature of 775 ℃. Sam.les of foam.glass-ceram.c from.diatom.te with an average density of 290-580 kg/m.3, com.ressive strength of 1.7-7.8 m.a and therm.l conductivity of 0.08-0.14 W/（m.K） were obtained. The investigations have shown that the hydrotherm.l pretreatm.nt of m.xture at the tem.erature of 90 ℃ m.y lead to the acceleration of the leaching of am.rphous SiO_2 from.diatom.te. It was discovered that the resulting soluble alkali silicates prom.te the process of foam.ng during heating and reduce the average density of the obtained sam.les. The optim.l duration of the leaching process was estim.ted to be 30 m.nutes, which corresponds to the yield of SiO_2 equal to 42.5% by the weight of dry diatom.te.

The effect of the addition of sm.ll am.unts of rare earths （Ln=La, Ce, Nd and Gd） to alum.na supported copper-cobalt spinel oxide on the catalysts efficiency in CO and CH4 oxidation and in NO decom.osition was investigated. Sam.les of Ln/CuCo/AI catalyst were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）, atom.c absorption spectroscopy （AAS）, scanning electron m.eroscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy （SEm.EDS）, H2-tem.erature-program.ed reduc- tion （H2-TPR）, electron param.gnetic resonanee （EPR） spectroscopy and low tem.erature nitrogen adsorption, The results showed that the addition of rare earths changed the surface state of the alum.na supported copper-cobalt spinel catalyst. As a result, partial re- duction of copper species was observed as well as m.gration of these species between the surface and the bulk. The Ln/CuCo/A1 catalysts behaved differently in oxidation and reduction processes. In oxidation processes where oxide structure was im.ortant, Ce/CuCo/A1 and Nd/CuCo/A1 were the m.st active catalysts. The catalyst Ce/CuCo/AI was the m.st active in the oxidation reactions because of the availability and favorable surface distribution of the redox couples Cu＋/Cu2＋ and Ce3＋/Ce4＋. In NO decom.ostion, Ln-m.dified catalysts significantly im.roved the selectivity of the process to N2.
