In 2006,a large quantity of clandestine sensitive radioactive m.terials surfaced at an abandoned scrap m.tal and lead recovery facility in the city Gaziem.r,Izm.r,Tü*** April,2007 the TAEK(Turkish Atom.c Energy Agency)official experts surveyed the 70,000 m.(2)site including the storage *** reported that 20-300 m.croRad/h of radiation was detected throughout the site,especially high readings of m.re than 300 m.cRad/h were recorded inside the storage building containing about 1,100 tons of com.ercially valuable *** 15 tons of waste were taken from.the storage building and sent to TAEK’s lab in Ankara to be *** April,2008 TAEK issued a press release(No:04/2012)on its official website confirm.ng that their analysis of sam.les taken from.the Aslan facility showed that,there is a scattered radioactive contam.nation in the Aslan lead-recovering *** radioactive isotopes of Europium.152 and Europium.154 were found in the landfilled area,additionally,these isotopes were m.re concentrated(higher readings)in the com.ercially valuable waste(approx.1,100 tons)which was kept in the storage building,a clear indication of the fact that at the Aslan facility,sensitive nuclear reactor parts,including but not lim.ted to nuclear reactors control rods were being m.lted.

Increasing global water shortages are accelerating the pace of m.m.rane m.nufacturing,which generates m.ny environm.ntally harm.ul *** challenges need a radical rethink of developing innovative m.m.ranes that can address freshwater production without generating environm.ntally harm.ul *** work utilized the synthesized ultra-long hydroxyapatite(UHA)by the solvotherm.l m.thod using the green solvent oleic acid in preparing UHA-based forward osm.sis *** m.m.ranes were developed using different loading ratios of graphene oxide(GO)by vacuum.assisted filtration *** prepared GO/UHA m.m.ranes were identified using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron m.croscope,Fourier-transform.infrared spectroscopy,and X-ray photoelectron *** contact angle and pore size distribution were determ.ned for the obtained GO/UHA *** obtained hierarchical porous structure in the prepared m.m.ranes with interconnected channels results in a stable water flux with reverse salt *** best water flux rate of 42±2 L·m.(–2)·h^(–1)was achieved using the 50 m. GO/UHA m.m.rane,which is 3.3 tim.s higher than the pristine m.m.rane,and a reverse salt flux of 67 g·m.(-2)·h^(–1).The obtained results showed a prom.sing capability of a new generation of sustainable inorganic-based m.m.ranes that can be utilized in freshwater generation by energy-efficient techniques such as forward osm.sis.

Introduction: leishm.niasis is a group of parasitic diseases caused by a parasite of the genus Leishm.nia transm.tted by the bite of an infected vector called a sandfly. There are four form.. Visceral leishm.niasis is the m.st severe form. The aim.of our work is to study the epidem.ological, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic aspects of the disease in the Infectious Diseases Departm.nt of the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Référence Nationale in N'Djam.na. m.thodology: Patients were recruited on the basis of clinical signs suggestive of visceral leishm.niasis, i.e. prolonged fever, splenom.galy and altered general condition. Biological confirm.tion was perform.d with a rapid diagnostic test using recom.inant K39 parasite antigen, which is known to have good specificity and sensitivity. Epidata version 3.1 software was used to process patient data. Results: From.05/04/21 to 15/12/23, 153 positive cases were m.naged. The m.an age of patients was 18 years, with a sex ratio of 9.2. Of these patients, 103 (67.3%) had recently stayed at gold m.ning sites. Patients testing positive were treated with sodium.stibogluconate com.ined with parom.m.cin for 17 days. The m.rtality rate was 13.2%. Conclusion: Leishm.niasis is a serious and little-known disease in Chad. In order to respond to the disease, it is necessary to reinforce the capacities of health structures and to carry out appropriate actions in the outbreaks.

This paper presents the stability analysis for a class of neural networks with tim. varying delays that are represented by the Takagi^ugeno IT-S） m.del. The m.in results given here focus on the stability criteria using a new Lyapunov functional. New relaxed conditions and new linear m.trix inequality-based designs are proposed that outperform.the previous results found in the literature. Num.rical exam.les are provided to show that the achieved conditions are less conservative than the existing ones in the literature.

The sandwich panel incorporated a honeycom. core, a widely utilized com.osite structure recognized as a fundam.ntal classification of com.osite m.terials. Com.rised a core resem.ling a honeycom., possessing thickness and softness, and is flank by rigid face sheets that sandwich various shapes and m.terials. This paper presents an exam.nation of the static and dynam.c analysis of lightweight plates m.de of alum.num.honeycom. sandwich com.osites. Honeycom. sandwich plate sam.les are 300 m. long,and 300 m. wide, the heights of the core have been varied at four values ranging from.10 to 25 m.. The honeycom. core is m.nufactured from.Alum.num.m.terial by using a novel technique nam.ly resistance spot welding(RSW) instead of using adhesive m.terial, which is often used when an industrial flaw is detected. Num.rical optim.zation based on response surface m.thodology(RSm. and design of experim.nt software(DOE) was used to verify the current work. A theoretical exam.nation of the crashworthiness behavior(m.xim.m.bending load, m.xim.m.deflection) and vibration attributes(natural frequency, dam.ing ratio, transient tem.oral response) of honeycom. sandwich panels with different design param.ters was also carried out. In addition, the finite elem.nt m.thod-based ANSYS software was used to confirm.the theoretical conclusions. The findings of the present work showed that the relationship between the natural frequency, core height, and cell size is direct. In contrast, the relationship between the natural frequency and the thickness of the cell wall is inverse. Conversely, the dam.ing ratio is inversely proportional to the core height and cell size but directly proportional to the thickness of the cell wall. The study indicates that altering the core height within 10-25 m. leads to a significant increase of 82 % in the natural frequency and a notable decrease of 49 % in the dam.ing *** findings are based on a specific cell size value of 0.01 m.and a cell wall thickness of 0

On October 7,2021,a m.gnitude 5.9 earthquake struck the Harnai(Baluchistan)region of Pakistan,causing several fatalities and injuries within the epicentral ***-order tectonic deform.tion in this region is caused by the convergence of the Indian Plate with respect to the Eurasian *** Katwaz Block hinders the m.tion of the Indian Plate,resulting in the form.tion of strike-slip *** this study,the P-wave first-m.tion polarity technique was used to determ.ne the m.inshock faulting *** scanning of the polarity solutions was applied to determ.ne the m.st suitable focal m.chanism.solution am.ng the available solutions generated by the FOCm.C(focal m.chanism.*** nodal planes correspond to different faulting styles(i.e.,thrust and strike-slip faulting).A nodal plane oriented in the NW-SE direction corresponded to a strike-slip m.chanism.which was considered to be the fault ***,this earthquake was associated with the Harnai-Karahi strike-slip fault zone owing to the fault strike and direction of *** apparent stress drop,fault length,and m.m.nt m.gnitude of the Harnai earthquake were 35.4 bar,6.1 km.and 5.9,respectively.A lower b-value for the Gutenberg-Richter law was observed prior to the ***α-than b-values(α>b)indicate that this earthquake was governed by large events as opposed to sm.ll-m.gnitude *** Harnai sequence had a decay exponent close to unity,lasted for 145 days,and produced few *** study will help the future hazard m.tigation in the region.

研究目的:市域铁路对城市和区域发展起着重要的支撑和带动作用,多个城市已建或正建。道岔是轨道线路的薄弱环节,是影响列车安全平稳通过的关键因素。为保障高密度运营和减少日常维修,市域铁路轨下基础以无砟轨道为主,但配套的无砟道岔较少,有必要为正线设计60 kg/m.轨12号可动心轨无砟道岔。研究结论:(1)通过采用复曲线道岔平面线型,提升了列车侧向通行的平顺性;(2)通过优化尖端结构,延长了曲线尖轨服役寿命;(3)通过采用可动心轨辙叉,解决了轮轨噪声扰民问题;(4)通过设置防跳机构,避免了列车高速过岔时尖轨、心轨跳动;(5)通过研究尖轨和辙叉跟端传力机构,保障了岔区无缝线路的实现;(6)通过优化滑床板和护轨垫板结构,增强了钢轨扣压稳定性;(7)通过研发三元乙丙橡胶扣件系统,满足了无砟道床低刚度要求;(8)本文研究成果对铁路科研单位及道岔制造厂家在市域铁路道岔设计研究方面具有参考作用。
