Evaluation of assessm.nt of the m.tal processes governing the m.tals distribution in soil and dust sam.les is very significant and protects the health of hum.n and ecological system. Recently, special attention has given to the assessm.nt of m.tals pollution im.act on soil and dust within industrial areas. This study aim. to assess the m.tal contam.nation levels in the topsoil and street dust around the cem.nt factory in Qadissiya area, southern Jordan. The levels of seven m.tals (nam.ly Fe, Zn, Cu, Pb, Cr, Cd, and m.) were analyzed using Flam. Atom.c Absorption Spec-trophotom.ter (FAAS) to m.nitor, evaluate, and to com.are topsoil and road dust pollution values of m.tals of the different types of urban area. The physicochem.cal param.ters which believed to affect the m.bility of m.tals in the soil of the study area were determ.ned such as pH, EC, TOm. CaCO3 and CEC. The levels of m.tal in soil sam.les are greater on the surface but decrease in the lower part as a result of the basic nature of soil. The m.an values of the m.tals in soil can be arranged in the following order: Zn > Pb > m. > Fe > Cu > Cr > Cd. The relatively high concentration of m.tals in the soil sam.le was attributed to anthropogenic activities such as traffic em.ssions, cem.nt factory and agricultural activities. Correlation coefficient analysis and the spatial distribution of indices and the results of statistical analysis indicate three groups of m.tals: Fe and m. result by natural origin, Zn, Pb, Cu and Zn result by anthropogenic origin (m.inly m.tor vehicle traffic and abrasion of tires) while Cd is m.xed origin. The higher content level values of m.tals of anthropogenic source in soil sam.les indicate that it is a source of contam.nation of air in the studied area. .

Thiswork investigates an oblique stagnation point flowof hybrid nanofluid over a rigid surface with power lawfluidas lubricated layers. Copper (Cu) and Silver (Ag) solid particles are used as hybrid particles acting in water H2O asa base fluid. The m.them.tical form.lation of flow configuration is presented in term. of differential system.hat isnonlinear in nature. The therm.l aspects of the flow field are also investigated by assum.ng the surface is a heatedsurface with a constant tem.erature T. Num.rical solutions to the governing m.them.tical m.del are calculatedby the RK45 algorithm. The results based on the num.rical solution against various flow and therm.l controllingparam.ters are presented in term. of line graphs. The specific results depict that the heat flux increases over thelubricated-indexed param.ter.

Glaciers in the Pam.r region are experiencing rapid m.lting and receding due to clim.te change,which has a significant im.lication for the Am. Darya river ***,surging glaciers,which undergo unpredictable advances,are potentially leading to the obstruction of high-altitude river channels and also glacial lake outburst *** of-703.5±30.0 *** is a substantial increase in the num.er(from.19 to 75)and area(from.4889.7±0.6 m. to 15345.5±0.6 m.)of RGS lakes along with supra-glacier ponds based on a com.arison of ArcGIS base m.p in 2011 and high-resolution UAV data in *** m.glacier,num.er of lakes increased from.4 to 22 but the lake area declined from.10715.2±0.6 to 365.6±0.6 *** was noted that the largest lake in 2011 with an area of 10406.4±0.6 m. at the southeastern portion of the glacier was not observed in 2023 due to *** the glaciers have substantially im.acted the river flow(Abdukahor river)by obstructing a significant proportion of river channel in recent years and m.ght cause outburst *** findings enhance the understanding of glacier dynam.cs and their im.acts on the surrounding areas,em.hasizing the urgent need for continued m.nitoring and appropriate m.nagem.nt strategies,with a specific focus on surging glaciers and the associated risks.
