Background: Two trials were perform.d to evaluate a partially defatted Herm.tia illucens(HI) larvae m.al as potential feed ingredient in rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus m.kiss Walbaum. diets. In the first trial, 360 trout(178.9 ± 9.8 g of m.an initial body weight) were random.y divided into three experim.ntal groups(4 tanks/treatm.nt, 30 fish/tank). The fish were fed for 78 days with isonitrogenous, isolipidic and isoenergetic diets containing increasing levels of HI, on as fed basis: 0%(HI0, control diet), 25%(HI25) and 50%(HI50) of fish m.al substitution, corresponding to dietary inclusion levels of 0, 20% and 40%. In the second trial, 36 trout(4 tanks/treatm.nt, 3 fish/tank) were used to evaluate the in vivo apparent digestibility coefficients(ADC) of the sam. diets used in the first ***: Survival, growth perform.nce, condition factor, som.tic indexes, and dorsal fillet physical quality param.ters were not affected by diet. The highest dietary inclusion of HI larvae m.al increased dry m.tter and ether extract contents of trout dorsal fillet. The use of HI larvae m.al induced a decrease of valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA) even if differences were only reported at the highest level of HI inclusion. The insect m.al worsened the lipids health indexes of the sam. m.scle. Dietary inclusion of insect m.al did not alter the villus height of the fish. No differences were found am.ng treatm.nts in relation to ADC of ether extract and gross energy, while ADC of dry m.tter and crude protein were higher in HI25 if com.ared to ***: The obtained results showed that a partially defatted HI larvae m.al can be used as feed ingredient in trout diets up to 40% of inclusion level without im.acting survival, growth perform.nce, condition factor, som.tic indexes, dorsal fillet physical quality param.ters, and intestinal m.rphology of the fish. This narrative review provides an overview of the utilization of endoscopic ultrasound-guided gallbladder drainage(EUS-GBD)as a salvage approach in cases of unsuccessful conventional ***-GBD is a m.nim.lly invasive and effective technique for drainage in patients with acute cholecystitis with high risk of *** procedure has dem.nstrated im.ressive technical and clinical success rates with low rates of adverse events,m.king it a safe and effective option for appropriate ***,EUS-GBD can also serve as a rescue option for patients who have failed endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography or EUS biliary drainage for relief of jaundice in m.lignant biliary ***,patient selection is critical for the success of EUS-GBD,and proper patient selection and risk assessm.nt are im.ortant to ensure the safety and efficacy of the *** the field continues to evolve and m.ture,ongoing research will further refine our understanding of the benefits and lim.tations of EUS-GBD,ultim.tely leading to im.roved outcom.s for patients.

Environm.ntal conditions can change m.rkedly over geographical distances along elevation gradients,m.king them.natural laboratories to study the processes that structure *** work aim.d to assess the influences of elevation on Tropical m.ntane Cloud Forest plant com.unities in the Brazilian Atlantic Forest,a historically neglected *** evaluated the phylogenetic structure,forest structure(tree basal area and tree density)and species richness along an elevation gradient,as well as the evolutionary fingerprints of elevation-success on phylogenetic lineages from.the tree *** do so,we assessed nine com.unities along an elevation gradient from.1210 to 2310 m.*** large elevation *** relationships between elevation and phylogenetic structure,forest structure and species richness were investigated through Linear *** occurrence of evolutionary fingerprint on phylogenetic lineages was investigated by quantifying the extent of phylogenetic signal of elevation-success using a genus-level m.lecular *** results showed decreased species richness at higher elevations and independence between forest structure,phylogenetic structure and *** also verified that there is a phylogenetic signal associated with elevation-success by *** concluded that the elevation is associated with species richness and the occurrence of phylogenetic lineages in the tree com.unities evaluated in m.ntiqueira *** the other hand,elevation is not associated with forest structure or phylogenetic ***,closely related taxa tend to have their higher ecological success in sim.lar ***,we highlight the fragility of the tropical m.ntane cloud forests in the m.ntiqueira Range in face of environm.ntal changes(*** warm.ng)due to the occurrence of exclusive phylogenetic lineages evolutionarily adapted to environm.ntal conditions(*** tem.erature)associated with each elevation range.

m.tal-halide perovskites are revolutionizing the world of X-ray detectors,due to the developm.nt of sensitive,fast,and cost-effective ***-powered operation,ensuring portability and low power consum.tion,has also been recently dem.nstrated in both bulk m.terials and thin ***,the signal stability and repeatability under continuous X-ray exposure has only been tested up to a few hours,often reporting degradation of the detection *** it is shown that self-powered direct X-ray detectors,fabricated starting from.a FAPbBr_(3)subm.crom.ter-thick film.deposition onto a m.soporous TiO_(2)scaffold,can withstand a 26-day uninterrupted X-ray exposure with negligible signal loss,dem.nstrating ultra-high operational stability and excellent *** structural m.dification is observed after irradiation with a total ionizing dose of alm.st 200 Gy,revealing an unexpectedly high radiation hardness for a m.tal-halide perovskite thin *** addition,trap-assisted photoconductive gain enabled the device to achieve a record bulk sensitivity of 7.28 C Gy^(−1)cm.(−3)at 0 V,an unprecedented value in the field of thin-film.based photoconductors and photodiodes for“hard”***,prototypal validation under the X-ray beam.produced by a m.dical linear accelerator for cancer treatm.nt is also introduced.
