A large fire of 233 ha in Huasc.rán National Park in Peru provided an opportunity to c.m.are plant and bird responses in burned and nearby unburned zones of the puna. Heights and live diam.ters of flagship Puya raim.ndii rosettes(assigned to four broad developm.ntal phases), plant c.m.unities(66 spec.es in 24 fam.lies and nine growth form.) and bird c.m.unities(77 spec.es in six trophic.guilds) were m.nitored after the fire. Although no m.rtality was observed, Puya raim.ndii plants were affec.ed by the fire, losing approxim.tely 60% of their photosynthetic.area ac.oss all developm.ntal phases, but rec.vered quic.ly during the first two years after fire. The c.m.arison of Puya rosette rec.very after fire was c.m.lic.ted by the c.anges in live rosette diam.ter for unburned plants, whic. showed plastic.ty of photosynthetic.area linked to seasonal and annual fluc.uations in prec.pitation in this relatively dry environm.nt(dec.eased by 26% for m.ture adult plants over the study period). Fire c.used an im.ediate c.ange in the density, biom.ss and c.m.osition of vegetation. Although the spec.es present rem.ined sim.lar, their abundanc.s c.anged signific.ntly im.ediately after the fire, with notable reduc.ions in dom.nant tussoc. grasses. This provided opportunities for other plants, resulting in higher postfire diversity of plant spec.es, genera, fam.lies and growth form.. In turn, the c.anges in vegetation after fire affec.ed the c.m.osition of birds ac.ording to their trophic.guild. Granivores largely disappeared,generalists were m.stly unaffec.ed, and other guilds showed a m.re c.m.lex response. As the vegetation rec.vered, m.st displac.d birds returned within approxim.tely one year.

We investigated ^(50,52-54)c.-induc.d fusion reac.ions for the synthesis of the superheavy elem.nt in the 104≤Z≤122 *** c.oss sec.ions produc.d in this investigation using ^(54)c. projec.iles were c.m.ared with those obtained in prior *** estim.ted c.oss sec.ions from.this analysis are c.nsistent with the findings of prior *** the c.rrent study,the predic.ed c.oss sec.ion was found to be 42fb at 236 m.V for ^(53)c.+^(243)Am.23.2 fb at 236 m.V for ^(54)c.+^(247)c.0}95.6 fb at 240 m.V for ^(53)c.+248Bk,and 1.33 fb at 242 m.V for ^(53)c.+***,these projec.ed c.oss sec.ions with exc.tation energy and beam.energy will be useful in future c.-induc.d fusion reac.ion investigations.

In this work,several c.ria-zirc.nia based c.talysts with very lo w（and equim.lar） m.tal c.ntents were prepared,c.arac.erised and tested for the c. oxidatio n reac.ion（under lean and stoic.iom.tric.c.nditions）,trying to em.late those c.nditions found in a diesel oxidation c.talyst（DOc. system.from.a diesel engine and those enc.untered under gasoline exhaust（λ=1）.The m.tals c.osen are c.,c.,Ag and Pt（as a reliable benc.m.rk）.The results reveal enorm.us differenc.s am.ng reduc.bility and c.talytic.ac.ivity despite quite sim.lar struc.ural and textural properties of the c.talysts,showing differenc.s am.ng dispersion（Ag-c.talyst seem. to present a low level of dispersion）.This c.talyst seem. to be c.arac.erised,as well,by a strong elec.ronic.interac.ion between c. and Ag c.ntres whic. is suggested to yield an im.roved reduc.bility under H2-TPR ***,the order in c.talytic.ac.ivity（c.>Ag>c.≈Pt>>support） seem. not to follow the order found in reduc.bility and the c.-c.talyst seem. to be the m.st ac.ive independently on the reac.ion c.nditions,yielding nearly overlapped c. oxidation c.talytic.*** restingly,a stro ng c.rrelation between the c.talytic.ac.ivity under the two c.nditions tested and the OSc.values of the c.0.8Zr0.2O2-supported m.tal c.talysts is ***,OSc.param.ter m.asured at 150℃ c.n be used as a relevant desc.iptor to evaluate the c. oxidation ac.ivity at low and m.dium.c.nversions for the investigated c.talysts,m.c. better than the H2-TPR m.asurem.nts.

In 2019, the newly revised Drug Adm.nistration Law of the People′s Republic.of c.ina was issued and im.lem.nted, c.early proposing that c.ina should establish a pharm.c.vigilanc. system. As a new traditional c.inese m.dic.ne(Tc.0} dosage form.c.eated in c.ina, Tc.0}injec.ions have been widely used in c.inic. and its pharm.c.vigilanc. has attrac.ed m.c. attention. In response to this situation, the projec. team.c.nvened a group of c.inic.l, pharm.c.utic.l and evidenc.-based m.dic.ne experts from.all over the c.untry to form.an expert group, whic. form.lated the Pharm.c.vigilanc. guidelines for c.inic.l applic.tion of traditional c.inese m.dic.ne injec.ions in stric. ac.ordanc. with the requirem.nts of the group standards of the c.inese Assoc.ation of c.inese m.dic.ne. From.the perspec.ive of c.inic.l applic.tion and c.nsidering the key elem.nts of pharm.c.vigilanc. for c.inic.l applic.tion of Tc.0}injec.ions, the guidelines put forward suggestions on the dec.sion m.king of pharm.c.vigilanc. for c.inic.l applic.tion of Tc.0}injec.ions from.four key links, nam.ly the m.nitoring and reporting, signal rec.gnition, risk assessm.nt and risk c.ntrol, ac.ording to c.ina′s pharm.c.vigilanc. regulations and learning from.foreign pharm.c.vigilanc. guidelines. © 2024 Zhongguo Zhongyi Yanjiuyuan. The sc.enc. of radio astronom. foc.ses on the observation and study of c.lestial objec.s by reading their radio waves. The 5 m.ter radio-telesc.pe is able to observe different radio sourc.s using a c.band LNB. This researc. was essentially foc.sed on c.ab Nebula, also known as Taurus A. The study led to interesting observations, whic. were validated num.ric.lly using various sc.entific.c.m.uting software. The radio waves em.tted by Taurus A are readable by the RTL-SDR, a software defined radio rec.iver. This devic. is c.pable of reading radio frequenc.es in the range of 0.5 m.Z to 1700 m.Z.

This work explored possibilities of biodegradable m.gnesium.alloy m.-3Y preparation by two m.dern powder m.tallurgy tec.niques–spark plasm. sintering(SPS)and selec.ive laser m.lting(SLm..The powder m.terial was c.nsolidated by both m.thods utilising optim.sed param.ters,whic. led to very low porosity(∼0.3%)in the SLm.m.terial and unm.asurably low porosity in the SPS *** m.in aim.of the study was the thorough m.c.ostruc.ure c.arac.erisation and interrelation between the m.c.ostruc.ure and the func.ional properties,suc. as m.c.anic.l strength,deform.bility,and c.rrosion *** m.terials showed c.m.arable strength of∼110 m.a in tension and c.m.ression and relatively good deform.bility of∼9%and∼21%for the SLm.and SPS m.terials,*** c.rrosion resistanc. of the SPS m.terial in 0.1 m.Nac. solution was superior to the SLm.one and c.m.arable to the c.nventional extruded *** digital im.ge c.rrelation during loading and the c.oss-sec.ion analysis of the c.rrosion layers revealed that the residual porosity and large strained grains have the dom.nant negative effec. on the func.ional properties of the SLm.*** the other hand,one of the prim.ry outc.m.s of this study is that the SPS c.nsolidation m.thod is very effec.ive in the preparation of the W3 biodegradable alloy,resulting in m.terial with c.nvenient m.c.anic.l and degradation properties that m.ght find prac.ic.l applic.tions.
