Reference La.ora.ory,Sri La.ka.from.ja.u.0}y,2019 to m.y,*** resu.ts of the testing m.thodologies were extra.ted from.the la.ora.ory da.a.system.i.e.,polioviru. viru. isola.ion,intra.typic differentia.ion/VdPV rea. tim. reverse tra.scripta.e polym.ra.e cha.n rea.tion(ITd/VdPV rRTPCR)a.d sequ.ncing,a.ong with the da.a.on tim.ng of reporting resu.ts,stool a.equ.0}y a.d *** wa. a.a.yzed u.ing descriptive ***:a.tota. of 2141 stool sa.0}les from.1644 ca.es were received for a.P su.veilla.ce from.Sri La.ka.93.61%),m.ldives(1.52%),a.d im.u.odeficient VdPV(4.86%)*** polioviru.es(19/1644,1.15%)a.d non-polio enteroviru.es(73/1644,4.44%)were isola.ed,while Sa.in-like 3 viru. wa. detected in m.jority(12/19,63.15%)a.0}ng the polioviru. *** polioviru.es or circu.a.ing VdPVs were not detected a.0}ng the *** a.l yea.s of the stu.y,the non-polio a.P detection ra.e wa.>1/100000 in children a.ed less tha. 15 yea.s,wherea. stool a.equ.0}y ra.e wa.>80%.a.l resu.ts were reported within 14 da.s of receipt,ensu.ing tim.ly reporting a. per globa. ***:The Polio Regiona.
