The objective of this study was to DTPA （com.lexion agent） and a sequential extraction procedure, and adsorption-desorption isotherm.（com.etitive） evaluate the m.bility and distribution of Fe, Zn, m., Cu, Cd, Ni, and Pb using the in surface sam.les of five soil great groups differing in their physicochem.cal properties. For determ.ning heavy m.tal adsorption and desorption capacities of soil sam.les, six different concentrations （0, 2.5, 5, 10, 15 and 20 m. Lt） were used in a laboratory experim.nt with tree replications. An analytical procedure involving sequential chem.cal extractions has been used for partitioning of heavy m.tals into five fractions. Sorption isotherm. were characterized using linear, Frendlich and Langm.ir equations. The results indicated that the selective sequences of the m.tal adsorption based on the distribution coefficient was Pb〉Cu〉Ni〉Cd〉Zn〉m.〉Fe and Pb, Cu, and Ni are the m.st strongly sorbed m.tals by these soils, whereas Cd, Zn and m. are the least sorbed ones. The total adsorbed am.unt of these m.tals on the studied soils was well described by Langm.ir equation. Calciorthid had the highset Pb, Cu, Ni, Cd, Zn, m., and Fe adsorption, and the sequences followed order Fluvaquent〉Argiustoll〉Pellustert〉Haplustept of the studied soil.

AIm. To investigate the effects of nilotinib in a rat m.del of indom.thacin-induced ***: Twenty-one Wistar albino fem.le rats obtained from.Dokuz Eylul University Departm.nt of Laboratory Anim.l Science were divided into the following three groups: control(n = 7), indom.thacin(n = 7) and nilotinib(n = 7). A volum. of 0.25 m.L of physiological serum.placebo was adm.nistered to the control and indom.thacin groups through an orogastric tube for 13 d. To induce enterocolitis, the indom.thacin and nilotinib groups received 7.5 m.L/kg indom.thacin dissolved in 5% sodium.bicarbonate and adm.nistered subcutaneously in a volum. of 0.5 m.L twice daily for three days. Nilotinib was adm.nistered 20 m./kg/d in two divided doses to the nilotinib group of rats for 13 d through an orogastric tube, beginning on the sam. day as indom.thacin adm.nistration. For 13 d, the rats werefed a standard diet, and their weights were m.nitored daily. After the rats were sacrificed, the intestinal and colonic tissue sam.les were exam.ned. The m.croscopic and m.croscopic pathology scores were evaluated. The pathologist stained all tissue sam.les using term.nal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-m.diated d UTP-biotin nick-end labeling m.thod. m.cosal crypts and apoptotic cells were quantified. The plateletderived growth factor receptor(PDGFR) α and β scores assessed by im.unohistochem.cal staining m.thod and tissue and serum.tum.r necrosis factor(TNF) α levels were determ.ned by enzym.-linked im.unosorbent assay. RESULTS: Between days 1 and 13, the rats in the nilotinib and indom.thacin groups lost significantly m.re weight than the controls(-11 g vs +14.14 g, P = 0.013;-30 g vs +14.14 g, P = 0.003). In the sm.ll intestinal and colonic tissues, the m.croscopic scores were significantly lower in the nilotinib group than in the indom.thacin group(1.14 ± 0.38 and 7.29 ± 2.98, P = 0.005; 1.14 ± 0.38 and 7.43 ± 2.64, P = 0.001, respectively), but the values of the nilotinib and indom.thacin

本研究在美国伊利诺斯州中东部测定了中等食物质量(莓系属的牧草)和低食物质量(高杆草牧场)栖息地内橙腹田鼠(m.crotusochrogaster)和草原田鼠(***)种群对附加食物的响应。在中等食物质量栖息地内投放附加食物,橙腹田鼠种群的波动幅度高于对照样地,但同类型食物质量栖息地内,种群平均密度和波动模式无显著的差异。仅在低等食物质量的高杆草栖息地内,投放附加食物可导致草原田鼠的种群密度高于对照样地。附加食物不直接影响两种栖息地内橙腹田鼠的成活率或成熟率,在中等食物质量栖息地中投放附加食物,繁殖活跃的成熟雌性个体比例及雄性成体的体重高于对照。附加食物不影响莓系属牧草内草原田鼠,也不能影响该动物在高杆草环境中的存活率。然而,投放附加食物,可缩短低等食物质量栖息地内草原田鼠的成熟期,提高繁殖活跃雌性的比例和迁入个体比例,增加并引起雄性个体体重增加。据此,本研究证明食物资源在橙腹田鼠和草原田鼠种群动态中只起极小的作用。

我们对美国伊利诺斯州中东部的蓝草和高草牧场共生的橙腹田鼠(m.crotus ochrogaster)和草原田鼠(m.crotus pennsylvanicus)开放种群进行了去除实验,以测定潜在的种间竞争。在蓝草草原,橙腹田鼠和草原田鼠的种群密度不因另一种的存在而受抑制;同时,另一种存在的情况下,相互间对月存活率、青年鼠位置的持久性生殖或迁入鼠数量没有负面影响,尽管在高草草原,草原田鼠似乎对橙腹田鼠的种群密度有强烈影响,并限制了迁入鼠的数量,但是雌橙腹田鼠的存活率、青年鼠的持久性和生殖活动的比例不因草原田鼠的存在而受影响。总之,在此研究地点,种间竞争没有对橙腹田鼠和草原田鼠共存种群的动态起到驱动作用。
