Wom.n.with a history of serious psychotic disorders are at in.reased risk of disease relapse durin. ***-actin. in.ectable(LAI)an.ipsychotics have been.widely used to im.rove adheren.e an. preven. relapse in.patien.s with various severe psychotic disorders,but there is a lack of high-quality data from.previous research on.the safety of LAI an.ipsychotics durin. *** To sum.arize relevan. data on.m.tern.l,pregn.n.y,n.on.tal,an. developm.n.al outcom.s from.published cases of LAI an.ipsychotic use in.*** A literature search was perform.d through n.vem.er 11,2023,usin. three on.in. databases:Pubm.d/m.DLIn.,Scopus,an. Web of *** reports or case series that reported in.orm.tion.about the outcom.s of pregn.n.y in.wom.n.who used LAI an.ipsychotics at an. poin. in.pregn.n.y,with available full texts,were *** statistics,n.rrative sum.ation.an. tabulation.of the extracted data were *** A total of 19 publication. satisfied the in.lusion.criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,an. 1 con.eren.e *** reported the outcom.s of LAI an.ipsychotic use in.74 wom.n.an. 77 *** use of secon.gen.ration.LAI an.ipsychotics was reported in.the m.jority(n.47;61.0%)of ***-gen.ration.LAI an.ipsychotics were adm.n.stered durin. 30 pregn.n.ies(39.0%).m.st of the wom.n.approxim.tely 64%)had either satisfactory con.rol of sym.tom. or n. in.orm.tion.about relapse,while approxim.tely 12%of them.had developed gestation.l diabetes m.llitus.A m.n.rity of cases reported adverse outcom.s such as stillbirth,spon.an.ous abortion.preterm.birth,low birth weight,con.en.tal an.m.lies,an. n.urological m.n.festation. in.***,there were n. reports of n.gative lon.-term.developm.n.al *** Curren.ly available data seem.reassurin.,but further well-design.d studies are required to properly evaluate the risks an. ben.fits of LAI an.ipsychotic use durin. pregn.n.y.

An.m.lous ion.heat tran.port is an.lyzed in.the T-10 tokam.k plasm. heated with electron.cyclotron.reson.n.e heatin.(ECRH) in.secon.-harm.n.c extra-ordin.ry m.de. Predictive m.delin. with em.irical scalin. for Ohm.cal heat con.uctivity shows that in.ECRH plasm.s the calculated ion.tem.erature could be overestim.ted, so an.in.rease of an.m.lous ion.heat tran.port is required. To study this effect two scan. are presen.ed: over the EC reson.n.e position.an. over the ECRH power. The EC reson.n.e position.varies from.the high-field side to the low-field side by variation.of the toroidal m.gn.tic field. The scan.over the heatin. power is presen.ed with on.axis an. m.xed ECRH regim.s. Discharges with high an.m.lous ion.heat tran.port are obtain.d in.all con.idered regim.s. In.these discharges the power balan.e ion.heat con.uctivity exceeds the n.oclassical level by up to 10 tim.s. The high ion.heat tran.port regim.s are distin.uished by three param.ters: the ratio Te/Ti, the n.rm.lized electron.den.ity gradien. R/■, an. the ion.ion.collision.lity νii~*. The com.in.tion.of high Te/Ti, high νii~*, an. R/■=6-10 results in.values of n.rm.lized an.m.lous ion.heat fluxes up to 10 tim.s higher than.in.the low tran.port scen.rio.
