Erosion corrosion perform.nce of 6061 alum.num.alloy in sim.lated sea water slurry was investigated under m.lti-phase jet im.ingem.nt conditions. The m.in objective of the work is to study erosion–corrosion of a m.terial with engineering application and m.tigate it using eco-friendly green inhibitor. Experim.nts were perform.d with the sand concentration of 0.3% and 0.3 μm.size. The effect of tem.erature and flow rate on the perform.nce of inhibitor was explored. Electrochem.cal m.thods were adopted for erosion-corrosion m.asurem.nts. Experim.nts revealed that starch could m.tigate erosion-corrosion with a m.xim.m.reduction efficiency of 58% at tem.erature of 303 K and flow rate of 4 L·m.n–1. Inhibition efficiency decreased with increase in flowrate and tem.erature. EIS spectrum.dem.nstrated that the corrosion process in the presence on inhibitor was both charge transfer and m.ss transfer controlled. A key role of hydrodynam.cs in the perform.nce of corrosion inhibitor was confirm.d by the present study.

Big data has ushered in an era of unprecedented access to vast am.unts of new， unstructured data， particularly in the realm.of sensitive inform.tion. This data presents unique opportunities for enhancing risk alerting system.， but also poses challenges in term. of extraction and analysis due to its diverse file form.ts. This paper proposes the utilization of a DAE-based (Deep Auto Encoders) m.del for projecting risk associated with financial data. The research delves into the developm.nt of an indicator assessing the degree to which organizations successfully avoid displaying bias in handling financial inform.tion. Results from.sim.lation experim.nts dem.nstrate the superior perform.nce of the DAE algorithm. showcasing fewer false positives， im.roved overall detection rates， and a noteworthy 9% reduction in failure jitter. The optim.zed DAE algorithm.achieves an accuracy of 99%， surpassing existing m.thods， thereby presenting a robust solution for sensitive data risk projection.

m.cobacterium.tuberculosis （m.B）, causative agent of tuberculosis, is one of the m.st dreaded diseases of the century. It has long been studied by researchers throughout the world using various wet-lab and dry-lab techniques In this study, we focus on m.ning useful patterns at genom.c level that can be applied for in silico functional characterization of genes from.the m.B com.lex. The m.del developed on the basis of the patterns found in this study can correctly identify 99.77% of the input genes from.the genom. of m.B strain H37Rv. The m.del was tested against four other m.B strains and the hom.logue m. bovis to further evaluate its generalization capability. The m.an prediction accuracy was 85.76%. It was also observed that the GC content rem.ined fairly constant throughout the genom., im.licating the absence of any pathogenicity island transferred from.other organism.. This study reveals that dinucleotide com.osition is an efficient functional class discrim.nator for m.B com.lex. To facilitate the application of this m.del, a web server Tuber-Gene has been developed, which can be freely accessed at http：//***/tb2/.

A series of natural berberine-derived nitroim.dazoles as novel antibacterial agents were designed, synthesized and characterized by nuclear m.gnetic resonance(Nm.), infrared spectra(IR), and high resolution m.ss spectra(HRm.) spectra. The antim.crobial evaluation showed that som. target m.lecules exhibited m.derate to good inhibitory activities against the tested bacteria and fungi including clinical drug-resistant strains isolated from.infected patients. Especially, 2-fluorobenzyl derivative8 f not only gave strong activity against drug-resistant E. coli with the m.nim.l inhibitory concentration(m.C) value of0.003 m.m. 33-fold m.re active than norfloxacin, but also exhibited low toxicity toward RAW 264.7 cells and less propensity to trigger resistance. The aqueous solubility and Clog P values of target com.ounds were investigated to elucidate the structureactivity relationships. m.lecular docking and quantum.chem.cal studies for com.ound 8 f rationally explained its antibacterial effect. The further exploration of antibacterial m.chanism.revealed that the highly active com.ound 8 f could effectively perm.abilize E. coli cell m.m.rane and intercalate into DNA isolated from.resistant E. coli to form.8 f-DNA com.lex that m.ght block DNA replication to exert the powerful bioactivities. Com.ound 8 f could also selectively address resistant E. coli from.a m.xture of various strains.

A series of novel naphthalim.de-derived m.tronidazoles as new type of antim.crobial agents were for the first tim. designed, synthesized and characterized by Nm., IR and HRm. spectra. Experim.ntal results revealed that m.st of them.displayed m.derate to good antibacterial activity towards Gram.positive and negative bacteria. Especially, com.ound 7b was able to not only exhibit effective inhibition towards the growth of P. vulgaris（m.C = 0.002 m.ol/m.L） and S. dysenteriae（m.C = 0.01 m.ol/m.L）, but also have rapidly killing effect and prevent the developm.nt of bacterial resistance. Further research revealed that the highly active m.lecule 7b could not only intercalate into calf thym.s DNA to form.a steady supram.lecular com.lex and thus m.ght block DNA replication to exert the powerful bioactivities, but also be effectively transported by hum.n serum.album.n（HSA） via the form.tion of the 1：1supram.lecular com.lex, in which hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic effect played im.ortant roles in the association of com.ound 7b with HSA. m.lecular docking indicated that the supram.lecular interactions between 7b and topoisom.rase II were driven by hydrogen bonds.

目的:不同距离观看3D影像后调节幅度、集合近点(NPC)及近隐斜视和视力疲劳的症状分析。方法:前瞻性研究,包括30例青年。每人每天三次分别在特定距离和不同距离观看3D影像,并连续三天进行观察,每一距离使用相同视频,相同的时间和不同的屏幕大小。使用K-m.ltim.dia player 3D播放器。观看3D影响后立即记录立体视觉、调节幅度、调节近点及近隐斜视和视力疲劳症状等相关变量。分别使用TNO测量视功能,RAF尺测量调节幅度和集合近点,棱镜杆测量近隐斜视,封闭式问卷调查视力疲劳症状的发生情况。用描述性统计和配对t检验进行数据分析,定性数据采用卡方检测。结果:在40 cm.3 m.6 m.调节幅度分别减少了0.66 D,1.12 D和1.44 D,集合近点显著降低了0.63 cm.0.93 cm.1.23 cm.近隐斜视分别增加了0.87,2.74和2.2棱镜度。结果发现,大多数受试者在每一距离处都出现眼周疼痛,头痛和刺激等反应。在家庭环境中,头痛、盗汗、疲劳、刺激和恶心等症状会显著增加,此外,通过使用笔记本电脑观看3D可能会引起头痛和盗汗等相关不适症状。结论:观看3D前后、在三种不同距离处,调节幅度、集合近点及近隐斜视和视力疲劳的症状显著不同。在不同距离观看3D影像后,视力疲劳为主要症状。
