Nucleosides and Nucleotides are polydentate ligands, offering potential binding sites for m.tal ions. Energy interaction param.ters: Slater Condon Fk (cm.1), Spin Orbit interaction ξ4f? (cm.1), Nephelauxetic Ratio (β), Bonding (b1/2) and Covalency (δ) param.ter for the interaction of Pr(III) with Nucleoside and Nucleotide are evaluated to study the m.de of binding of the Nucleic Acid Com.onents (Guanosine and Guanosine Triphosphate) with Pr(III). Further Intensity Param.ters like Oscillation Strength and Judd Ofelt Param.ter (T2, T4, T6) have been evaluated to investigate degree of inner or outer sphere co-ordination of Pr(III) with Nucliec Acid ligands. Com.erative Absorption Spectra in different solvents substantiate the inform.tions, gathered from.the evaluated values of both energy interaction and intensity param.ters. Further evaluation of Therm.dynam.c param.ters (ΔG, ΔH and ΔS) through Kinetic studies enable to provide the detailed inform.tion about the reaction pathways and therm.dynam.c behavour of the com.lexation process of neucleosides and nucleotides with Pr(III) and Ca2+.

This paper analyses the perform.nce of a m.ltiple gain boost converter(m.BC)connected to a solar photovoltaic(SPV)system.with a grid-tied *** capacitor inductor capacitor(CLC)-based m.BC is integrated to lift the output voltage of the SPV to the required *** voltage lifts/levels in a boost converter(BC)are based on the num.er of CLC *** suggested m.BC is com.ared with various conventional BCs in term. of boost factor and com.onent count.A hybrid fuzzy logic-perturb&observe m.xim.m.power point tracker(HFL-P&O m.PT)developed is used to m.nitor P_(m.x)(m.xim.m.power)generated by the ***,a com.arative analysis of the suggested m.PT with a conventional P&O and fuzzy logic-based(FLB)m.PT for a CLC-based m.BC is *** com.arison is m.de in term. of rise tim.,voltage ripples(%),steady-state tim. and boost *** output characteristics of the developed m.del for different irradiation conditions are analysed using the m.TLAB/Sim.link *** m.PT sim.lation result exhibits m.nim.m.oscillations at m.P and a significantly better rise tim. of 0.015 s when com.ared with a conventional m.PT and FLB *** proposed CLC-m.BC gives an appreciable boost factor of *** generated SPV power is supplied to the grid through a conventional inverter and synchronized using a phase-locked loop *** total harm.nic distortion of 1.66%obtained in the output current of the inverter is within the perm.ssible range of the IEEE standards.

Using the m.nthly geopotential heights and winds for 700 and 200 hPa for India during July and August, and the weekly m.100 Soviet rocketsonde tem.erature and wind data for Thum.a (8.5 ° N, 76.9 ° E) during the last week of June and the first week of Septem.er for the two contrasting sum.er m.nsoon years 1975 (a very strong m.nsoon year) and 1979 (a very weak m.nsoon year), a study has been m.de to exam.ne the m.an circulation features of the troposphere over India, and the structures of the tem.eratures and the winds of the m.ddle atm.sphere over Thum.a. The study suggested that the axis of the m.nsoon trough (Am.) at 700 hPa shifted southward in 1975 and northward towards the foothills of the Him.layas in 1979, from.its norm.l position. Superim.osed on the low-pressure area (Am.) at 700 hPa, a well-defined divergence was noticed at 200 hPa over the northern India in *** m.an tem.eratures at 25,50 and 60 km.(m.ddle atm.sphere) over Thum.a were cooler in 1975 than in 1979. While a cooling trend in 1975 and warm.ng trend in 1979 were observed at 25 and 50 km. a reversed picture was noticed at 60 km. There was a weak easterly / westerly (weak westerly phase) zonal wind in 1975 and a strong easterly zonal wind in 1979. A phase reversal of the zonal wind was observed at 50 km. A tentative physical m.chanism.was offered, in term. of upward propagation of the two equatorially trapped planetary waves i.e. the Kelvin and the m.xed Rossby-gravity waves, to explain the occurrence of the two spells of strong warm.ngs in the m.sosphere in 1975.
