The Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a network that is constructed in reg.ons that are inaccessible to hum.n *** widespread deploym.nt of wireless m.cro sensors will m.ke it possible to conduct accurate environm.ntal m.nitoring.for a use in both civil and m.litary *** m.ke use of these data to m.nitor and keep track of the physical data of the surrounding.environm.nt in order to ensure the sustainability of the *** data have to be picked up by the sensor,and then sent to the sink node where they m.y be *** nodes of the WSNs are powered by batteries,therefore they eventually run out of *** energ. restriction has an effect on the network life span and environm.ntal *** objective of this study is to further im.rove the Eng.oove Leach(EL)protocol’s energ. efficiency so that the network can operate for a very long.tim. while consum.ng.the least am.unt of *** lifespan of WSNs is being.extended often using.clustering.and routing.*** m.ta Inspired Hawks Frag.0}nt Optim.zation(m.HFO)system.which is based on passive clustering.is used in this study to do *** cluster head is chosen based on the nodes’residual energ.,distance to neig.bors,distance to base station,node deg.ee,and node *** on distance,residual energ.,and node deg.ee,an alg.rithm.known as Heuristic Wing.Antfly Optim.zation(HWAFO)selects the optim.m.path between the cluster head and Base Station(BS).They exam.ne the num.er of nodes that are active,their energ. consum.tion,and the num.er of data packets that the BS *** overall experim.ntation is carried out under the m.TLAB *** the analysis,it has been discovered that the sug.ested approach yields noticeably superior outcom.s in term. of throug.put,packet delivery and drop ratio,and averag. energ. consum.tion.

Introduction:Toxic epiderm.l necrolysis(TEN)is a m.dical em.rg.ncy that m.st com.only occurs as an adverse effect of certain ***,we describe a case of a 41-year-old m.n with no com.rbid illness who developed *** presentation:The patient had been prescribed ibuprofen for m.alg.a and developed skin lesions after the sing.e *** lesions were erythem.tous papules and m.cules distributed all over the body after ibuprofen *** was diag.osed based on the patient’s clinical presentation and laboratory *** was treated with intravenous dexam.thasone,intravenous im.unog.obulin,and *** dressing.chang.s and skin care was done with saline,chlorhexidine,and liquid *** patient was intubated and tracheostom.zed,and he g.adually im.roved and ***,he developed septicem.a in the intensive care unit and was treated ***:The m.nag.m.nt of TEN includes cessation of the causative cause,m.ltidisciplinary intensive care unit(ICU)care,prevention and early detection of sepsis,fluid and electrolyte balance,adequate analg.sia and tem.erature control,proper org.n support,ag.ressive nutritional m.nag.m.nt,and g.od psycholog.cal *** pharm.colog.cal therapy for TEN includes corticosteroids,intravenous im.unog.obulin,and *** key elem.nts of m.nag.m.nt are aseptic care and proper dressing.of the ***:TEN is associated with hig. m.rtality if not m.nag.d in a system.c and protocolized way.

Thalidom.de is widely used in the treatm.nt of m.ltiple m.elom. (m.). In recent years, several cases of pulm.nary hypertension have been reported following.treatm.nt with thalidom.de. The aim.of this review was to evaluate the published literature on m.ltiple m.elom. patients with pulm.nary hypertension following.thalidom.de treatm.nt. A literature search was perform.d between 2000 and 2016. A total of 7 elig.ble studies were identified and deem.d elig.ble, including.11 cases—approxim.tely 37% (4 cases) with Ig. (k), 27% (3 cases) with Ig. (λ) m., 27% (3 cases) with Ig. (k) m., and one case (9%) with prim.ry plasm. cell leukem.a (PPCL). The vast m.jority of cases—82% (9 cases)—are associated with thalidom.de, while only 18% (2 cases) are related to thalidom.de derivatives (lenalidom.de and pom.lidom.de). In conclusion, pulm.nary hypertension induced by thalidom.de or derivatives in m.ltiple m.elom. (m.) patients is related to a m.ltifactorial etiolog. including.the pathophysiolog. of the disease, throm.oem.olic events, preexisted cardiovascular conditions, com.rbidities, and com.ination with other chem.- or bio-therapeutic ag.nts. m. patients should be evaluated for sig.s and sym.tom. underlying.cardiopulm.nary disease before initiating. and during.treatm.nt with thalidom.de.

Nine new tetra Schiff bases (m. - m.) were prepared in m.derate yields via the condensation of different arom.tic am.nes and bis-Schiff base (m.) in m.crowave synthesizer. Also five new azo-Schiff bases (m.6 - m.0) were prepared by the condensation of (m.) with the azo-salicylaldehyde (m.1 - m.5) using.the sam. m.thod. The g.een synthesis by m.crowave irradiation was chosen as route due to its novelty, cleanliness, efficiency, tim. and solvent saving.properties com.ared with the conventional m.thods which lack these advantag.s;such as tim. consum. and wasting.environm.nt polluting.org.nic solvents to achieve the sam. efficiency in synthesis. The prepared com.ounds which are believed by us to be com.etent as photosensitizers in photochem.cal system. were identified by IR and Nm. spectroscopy besides elem.ntal analysis.
