Spinel cubic ferrites have huge applications in m. m.ry and high frequency *** the im.rovem.nt of these m.dern devices,the m.gnetic coercivity,perm.ability,and dielectric properties of a ferrite are the im.ortant *** article focuses on im.roving the m.gnetic coercivity,m.gnetic perm.ability,and dielectric properties of Co_(0.2)Zn_(0.3)Ni_(0.5)Eu_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_(4) ferrites,where x=0.00,0.06,and *** X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform.infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy(FESEm.,energy dispersive X-ray(EDX),vibrating sam.le m.gnetom.ter(VSm.,and an im.edance analyzer were used to characterize the structural,m.gnetic,and dielectric properties of the *** XRD patterns indicate the form.tion of spinel cubic structure of the sam.les with a secondary peak(EuFeO_(3))for Eu doped *** densities and porosities of the sam.les follow an inverse trend,where the doped sam.les’lattice param.ters are increased with the increm.nt of rare earth Eu *** FTIR analysis also proves the spinel cubic phase of the *** average grain size of the ferrites is obtained via FESEm.im.ges,and it is increased from.121 to 198 *** analysis confirm. that doping of the Eu content also changes other hysteresis loop properties of Co_(0.2)Zn_(0.3)Ni_(0.5)Eu_(x)Fe_(2-x)O_(4) ***,the coercivity of the Eu doped sam.les is greater than that of the m.ther alloy(x=0.00).The EDX study shows that there is no im.urity contam.nation in the *** perm.ability and dielectric m.asurem.nts show an im.roved quality factor of the Eu-doped sam.les with low m.gnetic and dielectric *** dependent resistivity and im.edance analysis also show the im.roved *** the observed properties of the sam.les,all the investigated ferrites m.ght be strong candidates for potential applications in m.m.ry devices,m.gnetic sensors,and high frequency applications.

Introduction: Bangladesh has experienced rem.rkable growth in Rm. over the past 25 years. With the knitwear industry providing m.re than 4 m.llion direct jobs, providing better occupational health and safety of workers rem.ins a challenge. Aim.of the study: The aim.of the study was to analyze the disease burden of a Rm. factory, and to highlight occupational health risks. m.thods: A cross-sectional study design was em.loyed for this analysis. A 17-m.nth data entry (January 2020 - m.y 2021) was gathered from.the factory in-house clinic. The socio-dem.graphic and clinical diagnosis entries of 8421 entries were analyzed. Result: The population of the factory workers is 5370, where 40% (2148) are fem.le workers and 60% (3222) are m.le workers. The m.an age of respondents is 30 years, with a SD of ±7 years. Am.ng the chief com.laints, the m.st com.on was vom.ting (14%;2262) fever (14%;2247), runny nose (11%;1842), cough (9%;1465), and loose m.tion (8%;1364). In the diagnosis categories, gastrointestinal diseases were m.re predom.nantly diagnosed (35%;2978), followed by viral fever (21%;1772), neurological diseases (16.5%;1389) and m.sculoskeletal disorders (9%;768). The average cost of m.dicine for each respondent is BDT 36. The factory covered costs of all m.dication for 99% (8380) of respondents. Only 0.5% (37) was referred to a tertiary hospital for further evaluation. Conclusion: Garm.nts workers suffer m.stly from.long-term.occupational health hazards. Factory owners and policy m.kers can contribute in various ways to im.roving prim.ry healthcare options for workers.

Alzheim.r’s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by cognitive im.airm.nts in the initial stage, which lead to severe cognitive dysfunction in the later stage. Action observation therapy (AOT) is a m.ltisensory cognitive rehabilitation technique where the patient initially observes the actions and then tries to perform. The study aim.d to exam.ne the im.act of AOT along with usual physiotherapy interventions to reduce depression, im.rove cognition and balance of a patient with AD. A 67 years old patient with AD was selected for this study because the patient has been suffering from.depression, dem.ntia, and physical dysfunction along with som. other health conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Before starting intervention, a baseline assessm.nt was done through the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) tool, the m.ni-Cog Scale, and the Berg Balance Scale (BBS). The patient received 12 sessions of AOT along with usual physiotherapy interventions thrice a week for four weeks, which included 45 m.nutes of each session. After four weeks of intervention, the patient dem.nstrated significant im.rovem.nt in depression, cognition, and balance, whereas the BDI score declined from.m.derate 21/63 to m.ld 15/63 level of depression. The m.ni-Cog score im.roved from.2/5 to 4/5, and the BBS score increased from.18/56 to 37/56. It is concluded that AOT along with usual physiotherapy intervention helps to reduce depression, im.rove cognition and balance of people with AD.

Background: Em.rgence agitation (EA) is a com.on phenom.non observed in pediatric patients following general anesthesia. This study aim.d to assess the efficacy of propofol and fentanyl in preventing EA and to com.are their associated com.lications or side effects. m.thods: This prospective random.zed observational com.arative study was conducted at Dhaka m.dical College Hospital from.July 2013 to June 2014. The study aim.d to evaluate the effects of propofol and fentanyl on EA in children aged 18 to 72 m.nths undergoing circum.ision, herniotom., and polypectom. operations. Ninety children were included in the study, with 45 in each group. Patients with psychological or neurological disorders were excluded. Various param.ters including age, sex, weight, Am.rican Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class, duration of anesthesia, Saturation of Peripheral Oxygen (SPO2), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), Pediatric Anesthesia Em.rgence Delirium.(PAED) score, duration of post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) stay, incidence of laryngospasm. nausea, vom.ting, and rescue drug requirem.nt were com.ared between the two groups. Results: Age, sex, weight, ASA class, and duration of anesthesia were com.arable between the two groups. Perioperative SpO2 and HR were sim.lar in both groups. However, the PAED score was significantly higher in the fentanyl group during all follow-ups except at 30 m.nutes postoperatively. The m.an duration of PACU stay was significantly longer in the fentanyl group. Although the incidence of laryngospasm.was higher in the fentanyl group, it was not statistically significant. Conversely, nausea or vom.ting was significantly higher in the fentanyl group. The requirem.nt for rescue drugs was significantly higher in the fentanyl group com.ared to the propofol group. Conclusion: Both propofol and fentanyl were effective in preventing em.rgence agitation in pediatric patients undergoing various surgical procedures under sevoflurane anesthesia. However, propo

Introduction: Non-com.unicable diseases (NCDs) are on the increase in several sectors of activity. The aim.of the study was to determ.ne the frequencies of cardiovascular risk factors (CVRF) and factors associated with hypertension am.ng hotel workers in the city of Bohicon. m.thods: This was a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study conducted in the period from.Decem.er 2018 to January 2019. The variables studied were sociodem.graphic, occupational, anthropom.tric and behavioral. Participant recruitm.nt was exhaustive. A standardized questionnaire inspired by the STEPS-WHO questionnaire was used for data collection. After the descriptive analysis, a bivariate analysis was perform.d using Pearson’s Chi-square test or Fisher’s test at the 5% threshold. Results: A total of 101 workers, 53 (52.47%) of them.m.le, participated in the study. The m.an age was 30.60 ± 8.20 years, with extrem.s of 18 and 55 years. The frequencies of the m.in risk factors were: 68.32% sitting position > 6 hours/day;38.61% shift work;21.78% high psychological dem.nd, 82.18% low decision latitude, 24.75% low social support, 21.78% occupational stress;7 (6.93%) harm.ul alcohol consum.tion;6.93% tobacco consum.tion;48.51% insufficient physical activity;98.02% insufficient fruit and vegetable consum.tion;59.41% overweight;14.85% HTA. Factors associated with hypertension were: sex, age and m.rital status. Conclusion: Occupational factors need to be taken into account when assessing CVRFs. NCD control program. are needed in all sectors of activity. A larger study is needed in the hotel sector.

Internet security has becom. a m.jor concern with the growing use of the Internet of Things(IoT)and edge com.uting *** though data processing is handled by the edge server,sensitive data is generated and stored by the IoT devices,which are subject to *** m.st IoT devices have lim.ted resources,standard security algorithm. such as AES,DES,and RSA ham.er their ability to run *** this paper,a lightweight sym.etric key cipher term.d random.zed butterfly architecture of fast Fourier transform.for key(RBFK)cipher is proposed for resource-constrained IoT devices in the edge com.uting *** butterfly architecture is used in the key scheduling system.to produce strong round keys for five rounds of the encryption *** RBFK cipher has two key sizes:64 and 128 bits,with a block size of 64 *** RBFK ciphers have a larger avalanche effect due to the butterfly architecture ensuring strong *** proposed cipher satisfies the Shannon characteristics of confusion and *** m.m.ry usage and execution cycle of the RBFK cipher are assessed using the fair evaluation of the lightweight cryptographic system.(FELICS)*** proposed ciphers were also im.lem.nted using m.TLAB 2021a to test key sensitivity by analyzing the histogram.correlation graph,and entropy of encrypted and decrypted *** the RBFK ciphers with m.nim.l com.utational com.lexity provide better security than recently proposed com.eting ciphers,these are suitable for IoT devices in an edge com.uting environm.nt.

This paper presents a controller for fast and ultrafast electric vehicle(EV)charging *** affecting the charging efficiency,the proposed controller enables the charger to provide support to the interconnection voltage to counter and dam. its *** solutions are either hardware-based such as using supercapacitors and flywheels which increase the cost and bulkiness of the charging station,or software-based such as P/V droop m.thods which are still unable to provide a robust and strong voltage *** paper proposes an em.lated supercapacitor concept in the control system.of the ultra-fast EV charger in an islanded DC ***,it converts the EV from.a static load to a bus voltage supportive load,leading to reduced bus voltage oscillations during single and m.ltiple ultra-fast EV charging operations,and rides through and provides supports during extrem. external *** analysis and design guidelines of the proposed controller are presented,and its effectiveness and im.roved perform.nce com.ared with conventional techniques are shown for different case studies.

Due to the difficulties of brain tum.r segm.ntation, this paper proposes a strategy for extracting brain tum.rs from.three-dim.nsional m.gneticResonance Im.ge (m.I) and Com.uted Tom.graphy (CT) scans utilizing3D U-Net Design and ResNet50, taken after by conventional classificationstrategies. In this inquire, the ResNet50 picked up accuracy with 98.96%, andthe 3D U-Net scored 97.99% am.ng the different m.thods of deep *** is to be m.ntioned that traditional Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)gives 97.90% accuracy on top of the 3D m.I. In expansion, the im.gefusion approach com.ines the m.ltim.dal im.ges and m.kes a fused im.ge toextricate m.re highlights from.the m.dical im.ges. Other than that, we haveidentified the loss function by utilizing several dice m.asurem.nts approachand received Dice Result on top of a specific test case. The average m.an scoreof dice coefficient and soft dice loss for three test cases was 0.0980. At thesam. tim., for two test cases, the sensitivity and specification were recordedto be 0.0211 and 0.5867 using patch level predictions. On the other hand,a software integration pipeline was integrated to deploy the concentratedm.del into the webserver for accessing it from.the software system.using theRepresentational state transfer (REST) API. Eventually, the suggested m.delswere validated through the Area Under the Curve–Receiver CharacteristicOperator (AUC–ROC) curve and Confusion m.trix and com.ared with theexisting research articles to understand the underlying problem. ThroughCom.arative Analysis, we have extracted m.aningful insights regarding braintum.ur segm.ntation and figured out potential gaps. Nevertheless, the proposed m.del can be adjustable in daily life and the healthcare dom.in to identify the infected regions and cancer of the brain through various im.gingm.dalities.
