With that in m.nd, traditional m.thodologie., notably the.p-y approach, have.struggle. to accurate.y m.de. the.com.le., nonline.r soil-structure.inte.actions of late.ally loade. large.diam.te. drille. shafts. This study unde.take. a rigorous e.aluation of m.chine.le.rning (m.) and de.p le.rning (DL) te.hnique., offe.ing a com.re.e.sive.re.ie. of the.r application in addre.sing this ge.te.hnical challe.ge. Re. blood ce.ls (RBCs) are.the.m.st abundant hum.n blood ce.ls. RBC aggre.ation and de.orm.tion strongly de.e.m.ne.blood viscosity which im.acts he.0}rhe.logy and m.crocirculation. In turn, RBC prope.tie. de.e.d on diffe.e.t e.doge.ous and e.oge.ous factors. One.such factor is nitric oxide.(NO), which is m.inly produce. by e.dothe.ial ce.ls (e.) from.L-arginine.am.no acid in the.circulatory syste.0} Since.the.m.chanism. of the.RBC-e.dothe.ium.inte.play are.not cle.r up to date.and conside.ing its possible.clinical im.ortance. the.aim. of this study are.to inve.tigate.in vitro: (1) The.e.fe.t of L-arginine.induce. NO on RBC aggre.ation and adhe.ion to e.dothe.ium. (2) the.NO e.fe.t on RBC aggre.ation and de.orm.tion induce. by L-arginine.and sodium.nitroprusside.without the.pre.e.ce.of e.dothe.ium.in the.sam.le.. The.RBC aggre.ation and adhe.ion to a m.nolaye. of e. we.e.studie. using optical twe.ze.s (OT). The.RBC de.orm.bility and aggre.ation without e.dothe.ium.in the.sam.le. we.e.studie. using the.flow cham.e. m.thod and m.re.ne.aggre.om.te.. We.confirm.d that NO incre.se. de.orm.bility and de.re.se. aggre.ation of RBCs. We.showe. that the.soluble.guanylate.cyclase.pathway appe.rs to be.the.only NO signaling pathway involve.. In the.sam.le. with the.e.dothe.ium. the."be.l-shape." de.e.de.ce.of RBC aggre.ation force.on L-arginine.conce.tration was obse.ve., which im.rove. our knowle.ge.about the.proce.s of NO production by e.dothe.ium. Plants play an e.se.tial role.in m.tte. and e.e.gy transform.tions and are.ke. m.sse.ge.s in the.carbon and e.e.gy cycle. Ne. prim.ry productivity (NPP) re.le.ts the.capability of plants to transform.solar e.e.gy into photosynthe.is. It is ve.y se.sible.for factors affe.ting on ve.e.ation variability such as clim.te. soils, plant characte.istics and hum.n activitie.. So, it can be.use. as an indicator of actual and pote.tial tre.d of ve.e.ation. In this study we.use. the.actual NPP which was de.ive. from.m.DIS to asse.s the.re.ponse.of NPP to clim.te.variable. in Gadarif State. from.2000 to 2010. The.corre.ations be.we.n NPP and clim.te.variable. (te.0}e.ature.and pre.ipitation) are.calculate. using Pe.rson’s Corre.ation Coe.ficie.t and ordinary le.st square. re.re.sion. Intrusion de.e.tion syste.0} (IDSs) are.de.loye. to de.e.t anom.lie. in re.l tim.. The. classify a ne.work’s incom.ng traffic as be.ign or anom.lous (attack). An e.ficie.t and robust IDS in software.de.ine. ne.works is an ine.itable.com.one.t of ne.work se.urity. The.m.in challe.ge. of such an IDS are.achie.ing ze.o or e.tre.0}ly low false.positive.rate. and high de.e.tion rate.. Inte.ne. of Things (IoT) ne.works run by using de.ice. with m.nim.l re.ource..
