Background: Vaccines rem.in the only viable and safe option to control transm.ssion and m.nim.se disease sequelae during the COVID-19 pandem.c. Whilst m.ltiple vaccines are available, evidence has em.rged regarding the association between the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine, platelets and throm.osis, m.nifesting in throm.otic throm.ocytopaenia. Case Sum.ary: We report a case of recurrent coronary artery throm.osis on triple antithrom.otic therapy, nam.ly aspirin, clopidogrel, and continuous intravenous heparin, nine days after the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine, in a 63-year-old fem.le with no significant history of cardiovascular disease. Conclusion: This case m.y suggest that the association between platelets, SARS-CoV-2, the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine, and coronary throm.osis m.y rem.in incom.letely understood and warrants further study. Clinicians should rem.in on high alert if presented with sim.lar circum.tances.

Software project outcom.s heavily depend on natural language requirem.nts,often causing diverse interpretations and issues like am.iguities and incom.lete or faulty *** are exploring m.chine learning to predict software bugs,but a m.re precise and general approach is *** bug prediction is crucial for software evolution and user training,prom.ting an investigation into deep and ensem.le learning ***,these studies are not generalized and efficient when extended to other ***,this paper proposed a hybrid approach com.ining m.ltiple techniques to explore their effectiveness on bug identification *** m.thods involved feature selection,which is used to reduce the dim.nsionality and redundancy of features and select only the relevant ones;transfer learning is used to train and test the m.del on different datasets to analyze how m.ch of the learning is passed to other datasets,and ensem.le m.thod is utilized to explore the increase in perform.nce upon com.ining m.ltiple classifiers in a *** National Aeronautics and Space Adm.nistration(NASA)and four Prom.se datasets are used in the study,showing an increase in the m.del’s perform.nce by providing better Area Under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve(AUC-ROC)values when different classifiers were *** reveals that using an am.lgam.of techniques such as those used in this study,feature selection,transfer learning,and ensem.le m.thods prove helpful in optim.zing the software bug prediction m.dels and providing high-perform.ng,useful end m.de.

Estim.tion of crowd count is becom.ng crucial nowadays,as it can help in security surveillance,crowd m.nitoring,and m.nagem.nt for different *** is challenging to determ.ne the approxim.te crowd size from.an im.ge of the crowd’s *** in this research study,we proposed a m.lti-headed convolutional neural network architecture-based m.del for crowd counting,where we divided our proposed m.del into two m.in com.onents:(i)the convolutional neural network,which extracts the feature across the whole im.ge that is given to it as an input,and(ii)the m.lti-headed layers,which m.ke it easier to evaluate density m.ps to estim.te the num.er of people in the input im.ge and determ.ne their num.er in the *** em.loyed the available public benchm.rk crowd-counting datasets UCF CC 50 and ShanghaiTech parts A and B for m.del training and testing to validate the m.del’s *** analyze the results,we used two m.trics m.an Absolute Error(m.E)and m.an Square Error(m.E),and com.ared the results of the proposed system. with the state-of-art m.dels of crowd *** results show the superiority of the proposed system.

Face recognition (FR) technology has num.rous applications in artificial intelligence including biom.trics, security,authentication, law enforcem.nt, and surveillance. Deep learning (DL) m.dels, notably convolutional neuralnetworks (CNNs), have shown prom.sing results in the field of FR. However CNNs are easily fooled since theydo not encode position and orientation correlations between features. Hinton et al. envisioned Capsule Networksas a m.re robust design capable of retaining pose inform.tion and spatial correlations to recognize objects m.relike the brain does. Lower-level capsules hold 8-dim.nsional vectors of attributes like position, hue, texture, andso on, which are routed to higher-level capsules via a new routing by agreem.nt algorithm. This provides capsulenetworks with viewpoint invariance, which has previously evaded CNNs. This research presents a FR m.del basedon capsule networks that was tested using the LFW dataset, COm.ATS face dataset, and own acquired photos usingcam.ras m.asuring 128 × 128 pixels, 40 × 40 pixels, and 30 × 30 pixels. The trained m.del outperform. state-ofthe-art algorithm., achieving 95.82% test accuracy and perform.ng well on unseen faces that have been blurred orrotated. Additionally, the suggested m.del outperform.d the recently released approaches on the COm.ATS facedataset, achieving a high accuracy of 92.47%. Based on the results of this research as well as previous results, capsulenetworks perform.better than deeper CNNs on unobserved altered data because of their special equivarianceproperties.

Diagnosis and m.nagem.nt of Childhood Tuberculosis: A Cross-Sectional Study of Practices in Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan

Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the m.jor killer diseases am.ng infectious diseases. The success of TB control depends on the capability of the health care system.to detect and accurately m.nage TB cases. Tuberculosis in children rem.ined a low public health priority with lim.ted epidem.ologic studies. Struggles for TB control in children need to be enhanced as children are providing the reservoir for future cases to develop. Objectives: The study evaluated diagnostic and treatm.nt practices related to childhood pulm.nary tuberculosis in Gilgit Baltistan (GB), Pakistan. m.thods: A descriptive, cross-sectional study based on retrospective record review of childhood Pulm.nary Tuberculosis patients registered in the year 2020 with self-adm.nistered questionnaire. Results: Data of 557 childhood cases were collected. m.st childhood cases were in age group 1 - 4 years (54%) with m.le predom.nance. m.re than 90% were diagnosed and treated at public sector facilities. 99% of the cases were clinically diagnosed with passive case finding. Cough was considered as a sym.tom.of childhood Tuberculosis (TB) by 94% of physicians. Other im.ortant features included failure to thrive (13%), contact with a fam.ly history of TB (15%), m.lnutrition(24%) and respiratory signs (21%). 99% physicians advised chest X-ray, Com.lete blood count (CBC) (95%) and Erythrocytes sedim.ntation rate (ESR) (72%) for diagnosis and fewer physicians (2%) used sputum.sm.ar m.croscopy and induced sputum.(0.1%). Com.ining data on dosage, frequency and duration for drugs, 99% of the cases were found receiving correct regim.n. The treatm.nt outcom.s of the cases were cured 4 (0.8%), treatm.nt com.leted 551 (99.3%) and died 2 (0.4%) with no lost to follow up. Conclusions: The study highlights inappropriate diagnostic and treatm.nt practices for m.naging childhood pulm.nary TB am.ng physicians in public and private sectors of Gilgit Baltistan. m.st of the cases are m.naged by general practitioners with no

Newcastle disease (ND) virus is a leading threat to com.ercial and dom.stic poultry in Pakistan. The virus infects and constitutes irreversible im.airm.nt to the nervous system. dam.ges the respiratory system. and m.rks severe gastrointestinal lesions leading to heavy m.rtality in short-living birds and substantial losses in layers and breeders. The continuous em.rgence and evolution of the virus m.de it inclined to evade the hum.ral response and indirectly the circum.ention of artificial active im.unization. Newcastle disease is caused by the orthoavula genus of the param.xoviridae fam.ly and has shown high genetic diversity even in their genotypes while inform.tion regarding enzootic trends of the virus is scanty in Pakistan. A total of 40 tracheal sam.les of NDV were collected from.different com.ercial broiler farm. and 11 isolates of NDV were identified. In the current study, we determ.ned the genetic diversity of the Newcastle disease virus based on the partial sequencing of the fusion protein gene available in the NCBI database. Genetic analysis showed that seven isolates belonged to class I genotype VII and four belonged to class II genotype II. Interestingly, two isolates had epidem.ological connections with vaccine-like class II genotype II. Our findings, concerning the recent outbreaks of class I genotype VII and class II genotype II of NDV in vaccinated com.ercial flocks, suggest possible potential partial m.tations in the fusion protein gene. Genetic diversity and form.tion of the new cleavage site in an im.ortant neutralizing protein of wild strain are linked with the potency of artificial active im.unization and a m.jor cause of vaccine failure.
