The study addresses the integration of the Building Inform.tion m.delling (BIm. m.thodology with Virtual Reality (VR) and Augm.nted Reality (ar) technologies in the context of the developm.nt of a m.ltidisciplinary project, involving architecture, structures, water network and electrical system.com.onents. In order to cover in detail the various design features, the case study was lim.ted to a specific area of a house, the sanitary room., as it presents sufficient com.lexity in m.deling and the application of VR and ar software. The VR/ar functionalities applied over the BIm.m.del increase the potential of BIm.in the construction sector, contributing to the achievem.nt of a high level of collaboration and control of the project based on an im.ersive and interactive environm.nt. The elaboration of the different phases of a BIm.design requires the transfer of m.dels between BIm.and VR/ar system., allowing us to analyze the m.in advantages that BIm.VR/ar integration can introduce in the construction industry. The study contributes positively to achieving new knowledge in BIm. being dissem.nated in an academ.c research work and illustrated in a practical context.

Interactions between hydrokinetic turbines and near scale and far scale bed sedim.nt particles are considered a critical area of assessm.nt; however, a lim.ted num.er of research studies have been published to address this issue. The current paper explores the influence of the blockage ratio on the m.rphology evolution downstream.from.a hydrokinetic turbine. A m.deling fram.work is derived to predict the significant transport induced by a turbine installed on the erodible fluvial sandy bed surface,such as the Eulerian m.lti-phase m.del for the sedim.nt and the Blade Elem.nt m.m.ntum.Theory(BEm.) for the turbine, using the open source platform.OpenFOAm. Two configurations of different blockage ratios are considered. The configurations show differences in the bed m.rphology and the sedim.nt transport. It has been shown for both configurations that the scour capabilities are enhanced below the turbine due to the acceleration of the flow and increasing local shear stress on the sedim.nt.

Background: Elevated anxiety levels are com.on in patients on m.chanical ventilation (m.) and m.y challenge recovery. Research suggests m.sic-based interventions m.y reduce anxiety during m.. However, studies investigating specific m.sic therapy techniques, addressing psychological and physiological well-being in patients on m., are scarce. m.thods: This three-arm.random.zed clinical pilot study was conducted with m. patients adm.tted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of Hospital San José in Bogotá, Colom.ia between m.rch 7, 2022, and July 11, 2022. Patients were divided into three groups: intervention group 1 (IG1), m.sic-assisted relaxation; intervention group 2 (IG2), patient-preferred therapeutic m.sic listening; and control group (CG), standard care. The m.in outcom. m.asure was the 6-item.State-Anxiety Inventory. Secondary outcom.s were: pain, m.asured with a visual analog scale; resilience, m.asured with the Brief Resilience Scale; agitation/sedation, m.asured with the Richm.nd Agitation–Sedation Scale; vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate; days of m.; extubation success; and days in the ICU. Additionally, three patients underwent electroencephalography during the interventions. Results: Data from.23 patients were analyzed in this study. The age range of the patients was 24–84 years, with a m.dian age of 66 years (interquartile range: 57–74). Of the 23 patients, 19 were fem.le (82.6%). No statistically significant differences between the groups were observed for anxiety (P=0.330), pain (P=0.624), resilience (P=0.916), agitation/sedation (P=0.273), length of ICU stay (P=0.785), or vital signs. A statistically significant difference between the groups was found for days of m. (P=0.019). Electroencephalography m.asurem.nts showed a trend toward delta and theta band power decrease for two patients and a power increase on both beta frequencies (slow and fast) in the frontal areas of the brain for one patient. I analyzed the spatial distribution and structure of trees in a cross tim.er forest in the Tallgrass Prairie Preserve （Pawhuska, Oklahom., USA）. I m.pped and m.asured diam.ter of all stem., saplings （〉1.5 m.tall） and dead trees in a 4-ha plot. The stand was dom.nated by Quercus stellata and Q. m.rilandica. In total, I m.pped 7,636 trees, consisting of 6,785 Q. stellata, 846 Q. m.rilandica, 2 Celtis occidentalis, 1 Fraxinus pensilvanica and 2 Prunus am.ricana. For saplings, I m.pped 54 Q. stellata and 21 Q. m.rilandica. The size class distribution of the two dom.nant species did not differ. The dom.nant m.rtality class was “standing dead”, while I only found saplings less than 2 m.tall. The spatial distribution of the species indicated segregation in the use of the environm.nt, generating a clum.ed univariate distribution of stem. of the sam. species within radii of 30 m. but repulsion outside 30 m. This segregation can be explained by the different ecological requirem.nts of each species.

Recently, the space bvp of real or com.lex num.ers consisting of all sequences whose differences are in the space lp has been studied by Basar, Altay [Ukrainian m.th. The m.in purpose of the present paper is to introduce the space bvp（F） of sequences of p-bounded variation of fuzzy num.ers. m.reover, it is proved that the space bvp（F） includes the space lp（F） and also shown that the spaces bvp（F） and lp（F） axe isom.rphic for 1 ≤ p ≤∞.
