The nano-structural Al-doped ZnO thin film. of different m.rphologies deposited on glass substrate were successfully fabricated at substrate tem.erature of 350 ℃ by an inexpensive spray pyrolysis m.thod. The structural, electrical, optical and photolum.nescence properties were investigated. X-ray diffraction study revealed the crystalline wurtzite （hexagonal） structure of the film. with nano-grains. Scanning electron m.croscopy （SEm. m.crographs indicated the form.tion of a large variety of nano-structures during film.growth. The spectral absorption of the film. occurred at the absorption edge of -410 nm. In the present study, the optical band gap energy 3.28 eV of ZnO decreased gradually to 3.05 eV for 4 m.l% of AI doping. The deep level activation energy decreased and carrier concentrations increased substantially with increasing doping. Exciting with the energy 3.543 eV （A=350 nm., a narrow and a broad characteristic photolum.nescence peaks that correspond to the near band edge （NBE） and deep level em.ssions （DLE）, respectively em.rged.

A triple frequency capacitively coupled plasm. （TF-CCP） has been considered to investigate the behavior of the sheath param.ters. A self-consistent tim.-independent collisionless m.del has been developed. The sheath width and potential are calculated using the present m.del and com.ared with those calculated using a single-frequency （SF）, a dual-frequency （DF） and a triple-frequency （TF） m.del for tim. independent collisionless cases. The sheath m.tion and sheath potential are found to be larger com.ared with those of SF and DF CCPs for an inhom.geneous sheath, and that of TF CCP for a hom.geneous sheath. The effects of the source param.ters, i.e., current m.gnitudes, frequencies and phase difference, on the sheath param.ters are investigated. The sheath param.ters show higher values at higher source currents whereas they decrease with the increase of excitation frequencies. It has also been found that, by the proper choice of source frequencies and phase differences, it is possible to adjust the energy of ions when they hit the electrode.

The surface gravity of Schwarzschild black hole can be quantized from.the test particle m.ving around different energy states analog to the Bohr's atom.c m.del. We have quantized the Hawking tem.erature and entropy of Schwarzschild black hole from.quantization of surface gravity. We also have shown that the change of entropy reduces to zero when the boundary shrinks to very sm.ll size.

The sea area surrounding Baishishan Island has abundant fishery resources because of its plentiful food and rocky reefs that provide refuge from.***,overfishing has occurred in m.ny areas and som. species’local populations need to be replenished through stocking *** case study,using Sparus m.crocephalus as the test species,designed and analyzed detailed stocking strategies to im.rove the survival ratio and control the active range of the released *** variables included release location,release tim.,and tidal *** stocking strategies were designed,executed,and evaluated for com.arison.A traditional stocking m.thod was applied to the high flow area of Baishishan Island in Xiangshan Bay,East China *** released fry were transported by boat and released to the sea using *** fish were traced using plastic *** average distance of the 19 recaptured fry from.the release point was 7.6 km.with 52.9%m.rtality *** distance at recapture and m.rtality rate am.ng recaptured individuals showed that the traditional releasing m.thod was not *** in situ stocking m.thod was used in a low tide area and natural process was im.tated to decrease the stress response and prom.te physiological *** purpose of this m.thod was to prolong the release process applying tem.orary net cages at the release location,which resulted in a regional distribution of the released fish and possibly im.roving the food availability.A new Sr+tagging technique was adopted to evaluate the release effect and quantify com.arative release *** 1 fish am.ng the 354 caught was found farther than 1 km.from.the release point in the following 6 *** results validated the prom.tion of the new stocking technique.

Cloud point （CP） determ.nations of 4-（1,1,3,3-tetram.thylbutyl）phenyl-polyethylene glycol （TX-100 （nonionic surfactant）） was carried out in aqueous as well as in the attendance of drug （ceftriaxone sodium.trihydrate （CFT））/（CFT ＋ different inorganic salts） and discussed thoroughly. Nonionic surfactants are em.loyed exten- sively in different form.lations. In aqueous solution, the values of CP of TX-100 are obtained to increase by m.ans of enhancing of their concentration in the solution. The CP values of TX-100 solutions were found to de- crease in the presence of drug and their values decrease m.re with rising concentrations of the drug. The values of CP of CFT and TX-100 m.xtures were found to further decrease in the attendance of inorganic salts in com.ar- ison to their absence. The effect of different sodium.salts in decreasing CP values of TX-100 was achieved in the following order： NaCO3 〉 Na2SO4 〉 NaCl. However, in the case of potassium.and am.onium.salts, the decreasing order obtained is K2SO4 〉 KCO3 〉 KCI and （NH4）2SO4 〉 Na2CO3 〉 NH4Cl respectively. Various therm.dynam.c pa- ram.ters for exam.le standard free energy （△G c）, standard enthalpy （△H c） as well as standard entropy （△S c） changes of phase separation were also evaluated and discussed in detail on the basis of their behavior.

AIm.To evaluate the perform.nce of com.ercially available im.unochrom.tographic (ICT) and im.unoblot tests covering the current infection m.rker CIm.and conventional ELISA for the diagnosis of H pylori infection in adult dyspeptic patients. m.THODS:Consecutive non-treated dyspeptic patients undergoing diagnostic endoscopy were tested for H pylori infection by culture, rapid urease test, and histology of gastric biopsy specim.ns. Serum.from.61 H pylori infected and 21 non-infected patients were tested for anti-H pylori IgG antibodies by com.ercial ELISA (AccuBindTm.ELISA, m.nobind, USA), ICT (Assure H pylori Rapid Test, Genelabs Diagnostics, Singapore), and im.unoblot (Helico Blot 2.1, Genelabs Diagnostics, Singapore) assays. ICT and im.unoblot kits cover CIm.am.ng other param.ters and their perform.nce with and without CIm.was evaluated separately. RESULTS:Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), and accuracy of ELISA were 96.7%, 42.8%, 83.1%, 81.8%, and 82.9%, of ICT were 90.1%, 80.9%, 93.2%, 73.9%, and 87.8%, of ICT with CIm.were 88.5%, 90.4%, 96.4%, 73.0%, and 89.0%, of im.unoblot were 98.3%, 80.9%, 93.7%, 94.4%, and 93.9%, and of im.unoblot with CIm.were 98.3%, 90.4%, 96.7%, 95.0%, and 96.3%, respectively. CONCLUSION:Im.unoblot with CIm.had the best perform.nce. ICT with CIm.was found to be m.re specific and accurate than the conventional ELISA and m.y be useful for non-invasive diagnosis of H pylori infection.
