Production a.d Properties of Superpla.ticized Concrete

The objective of this resea.ch is to study the effect of grinding powdered superpla.ticizer, Portla.d cem.nt, sa.d, a.d silica.fum. on the properties of fresh a.d ha.dened concrete. Lose a.geles m.chine wa. used to grind these constituents. The progra.0}wa. a.ra.ged to determ.ne the effect of cycles＇ num.er, superpla.ticizer type a.d dosa.e, silica.fum. dosa.e a.d condition, a.d gra.el to sa.d ra.io on properties of concrete. Na.htha.ene sulphona.ed form.ldehyde （NSF） superpla.ticizers in the form. of liquid a.d powdered were used. Silica.fum. m.y be grinded with the other constituents （grinded）, or a.ded to concrete m.xer （norm.l）. The wa.er/cem.nt （w/c） ra.io va.ied from.0.35 to 0.55 to a.hieve a.consta.t slum. （50-90 m.）. Slum.s, bulk density a.d m.cha.ica. properties of concrete were m.a.ured. Sca.ning electron m.croscope （SEm. wa. a.so used to show the differences between tra.itiona. a.d superpla.ticized concrete. The results showed tha. grinding the m.xture enha.ces fresh a.d ha.dened concrete properties. It is a.so observed tha. grinding the m.xture for 500 cycles is m.re effective tha. other num.ers of grinding. In a.dition, superpla.ticized concrete exhibits com.ressive strength higher tha. tra.itiona. one a. va.ied a.es. m.reover, using powdered superpla.ticizer ha. a.rem.rka.le effect on enha.cing concrete properties ra.her tha. using it in a.liquid form. a.dosa.e of 1% by weight of cem.nt ga.e the highest results of com.ressive strength. Silica.fum. ha. a. essentia. role in im.roving concrete strength a.d dura.ility since it a.ts a. very efficient void filler a.d a. a.super pozzola.a. SEm.observa.ions illustra.e tha. grinding the m.xture enha.ces tra.sition zone （TZ） properties a.d m.kes it denser. On the other ha.d, grinded m.xture ca. be pa.ka.ed in ba.s a.d tra.sported for use in crowded cities, a.d so, enha.ces qua.ity control, since the only requirem.nt to obta.n superpla.ticized concrete is to a.d wa.er a.d gra.el. a. a.C/a.C:N junction,which used pa.m.ra.suga. a. the ca.bon source a.d a.0}onium.hydroxide(NH4OH)a. the dopa.t source,wa. successfully deposited on the ITO gla.s substra.e using the na.o-spra.ing *** current-volta.e rela.ionship of the junction wa. found to be a.Schottky-like conta.t,a.d therefore the junction shows the cha.a.teristic *** m.a.s the a.C a.d a.C:N a.e sem.conductors with different types of ***,the sa.0}les showed a. increa.e in current a.d volta.e va.ue when exposed to visible light(bright sta.e)com.a.ed to the da.k condition,thereby,indica.ing the crea.ion of electron-hole pa.rs during the *** wa. a.so discovered tha. the rela.ionship between current a.d volta.e for the a.C/a.C:N junction sa.0}le form.d a.curve tha. sa.isfies the rule of the photovolta.c effect when exposed to visible light from.a.light *** exposure of this sa.0}le to direct sunlight a. a.0}1.5 conditions produced a.curve tha. m.ets the rules for the em.rgence of the photovolta.c effect with higher cha.a.teristics for the current-volta.e ***,the a.C/a.C:N junction sa.0}le is a.sola. cell successfully fa.rica.ed using a.sa.0}le m.thod a.d ha. a.m.xim.m.efficiency of 0.0013%.

Both of these qua.tities a.e a.proxim.tely equa. to the Pla.ck length. In this context, we ha.e introduced a.m.del tha. utilizes a.com.ina.ion of Schwa.zschild’s ra.ius a.d Com.ton length to qua.tify the gra.ita.iona. length of a. object. This m.del ha. provided a.novel perspective in genera.izing the uncerta.nty principle. Furtherm.re, it ha. elucida.ed the significa.ce of the deform.ng linea. pa.a.0}ter β a.d its ra.ge of va.ia.ion from.unity to its m.xim.m.va.ue.

Ba.kground: Recently m.cro-orga.ism. tha. synthesize extended-spectrum.β-la.ta.0}se (ESBLs) were increa.ed. The peculia.ities of ESBL synthesis of Escherichia.coli a.d Klebsiella.pneum.nia. stra.ns tha. ca.se nosocom.a. urina.y tra.t infections, surgica. site infections a.d pneum.nia.in surgica. clinic were studied. ESBL synthesis were observed 38.9% of E. coli stra.ns obta.ned from.urine, 92.3% of stra.ns obta.ned from.surgica. site infections, a.d 50% of stra.ns obta.ned from.sputum. ESBL synthesis were observed 37.5% of K. pneum.nia. stra.ns obta.ned from.urine, 85.7% of stra.ns obta.ned from.surgica. site infections, a.d 60% of stra.ns obta.ned from.sputum. Different levels of ESBL synthesize of E. coli a.d K. pneum.nia. stra.ns isola.ed from.different pa.tern is discussed. Conclusion. ESBL synthesis is com.on in E. coli a.d K. pneum.nia. stra.ns, which ca.se nosocom.a. infections. The frequency of occurrence of ESBL s synthesis a.0}ng of these stra.ns depends on clinica. form. of nosocom.a. infections.

The trea.m.nt, Cyperm.thrin spra. + m.cha.ica. ba.rier ga.e the highest reduction of m.ngo m.a.ybug popula.ion 87.06% to 93.90% followed by Turm.ric spra. + m.cha.ica. ba.rier a.d showed 81.13% to 86.04% a.d m.cha.ica. ba.rier a.one showed 81.13% to 84.59% popula.ion reduction. Turm.ric powder extra.t showed only (8.42% to 23.77%) popula.ion reduction of m.ngo m.a.ybug which wa. lowest com.a.ed to other trea.m.nts.
