a.na.oheterojunction com.osite photoca.a.yst Bi2O3/TiO2 working under visible-light （λ≥ 420 nm. wa. prepa.ed by com.ining two sem.conductors Bi2O3 a.d TiO2 va.ying the Bi2O3/TiO2 m.la. ra.io. m.leic a.id wa. em.loyed a. a. orga.ic binder to unite Bi2O3 a.d TiO2 na.opa.ticles. The SEm. TEm. XRD a.d diffuse reflecta.ce spectra.were utilized to cha.a.terize the prepa.ed Bi2O3/TiO2 na.oheterojunction. The na.ocom.osite exhibited unusua. high photoca.a.ytic a.tivity in decom.osing 2-propa.ol in ga. pha.e a.d phenol in a.ueous pha.e a.d, evolution of CO2 under visible light irra.ia.ion while the end m.m.ers exhibited low photoca.a.ytic a.tivity. The com.osite wa. optim.zed to 5 m.l% Bi2O3/TiO2. The rem.rka.le high photoca.a.ytic efficiency origina.es from.the unique rela.ive energy ba.d position of Bi2O3 a.d TiO2 a. well a. the a.sorption of visible light by Bi2O3.

Results showed tha. the pla.m. tem.era.ure wa. up to 10000 K with a.m.xim.m.velocity over 30 m.s, which m.de it possible to m.lt the gra.ula.ed gla.s ra. m.teria. within m.lliseconds. The ca.bona.es in the ra. m.teria. decom.osed com.letely a.d the com.ounds in the ra. m.teria. a.ta.nted 100% vitrifica.ion during the in-flight tim. from.the nozzle exit to substra.e. Tra.itiona. pra.tice includes m.nua. com.a.ison of ea.h biochem. ica. property of the unknown sa.0}le with known reference sa.0}les a.d inference of its identity ba.ed on the m.xim.m.sim.la.ity pa.tern with the known sa.0}les. This process is la.or- intensive, tim.-consum.ng, error-prone, a.d subjective. Therefore, a.tom.tion of sorting a.d sim. ila.ity in ca.cula.ion would be a.va.ta.eous. Here we present a.m.TLa.-ba.ed gra.hica. user interfa.e （GUI） tool na.0}d BioCluster. This tool wa. designed for a.tom.ted clustering a.d iden- tifica.ion of Enteroba.teria.ea. ba.ed on biochem.ca. test results. In this tool, we used two types of a.gorithm., i.e., tra.itiona. hiera.chica. clustering （HC） a.d the Im.roved Hiera.chica. Clustering （IHC）, a.m.dified a.gorithm.tha. wa. developed specifica.ly for the clustering a.d identifica.ion of within this species. IHC ta.es into a.count the va.ia.ility in result of 1-47 biochem.ca. tests fa.0}ly. This tool a.so provides different options to optim.ze the clus- tering in a.user-friendly wa.. Sciences, University of Chit- ta.ong, Ba.gla.esh. Five econom.ca.ly im.orta.t a.ricul- tura. crops （Oryza.sa.iva.L., Triticum.a.stivum.L., Vigna.sinensis L., a.elm.schus esculentus L. a.d a.0}ra.thus tricolor L.） a.d three forest crops （a.a.ia.a.riculiform.s a. Cunn. ex Benth. ＆ Hook, a.bizia.procera.（Roxb.） Benth., a.d Pa.a.eria.thes fa.ca.a.ia.（L.） Nielson） were used a. bioa.sa. species. Experim.nts were conducted on tra.s a. a. a.era.e room.tem.era.ure 27 ~C. The effects of dif- ferent concentra.ions of lea. extra.ts were com.a.ed to controls. Wa.er soluble a.lelochem.ca.s of m. corda.a.inhibited the germ.na.ion a.d initia. growth of the tested a.ricultura. a.d forest crops. Germ.na.ion percent of forest crops declined with increa.ing concentra.ion of extra.ts. The inhibitory effect on root elonga.ion of forest crops wa. pronounced, wherea. a.stim.la.ory effect wa. found on P. fa.ca.a.ia.up to a.concentra.ion of 25 %. a.elm.schus esculentus showed poor germ.na.ion （%） a.d low shoot developm.nt （0.5 cm. a.d no developm.nt of ta.root or la.era. roots a. trea.m.nt of 100 % concentra.ion. Theinhibitory effect wa. proportiona. to the concentra.ions of the extra.ts with higher concentra.ions producing stronger inhibitory effects. Lower concentra.ions showed som. stim.la.ory effect.
