In this pa.er, a. efficient a.d a.cura.e m.thod is presented to solve continuous popula.ion m.dels for single a.d intera.ting species using spectra. colloca.ion m.thod with exponentia. Chebyshev (EC) functions. The first problem.is a.logistic growth m.del in a.popula.ion, while the second problem.is a.prey-preda.or m.del: Lotka.Volterra.system. the tbird is a.sim.le 2-species Lotka.Volterra.com.etition m.del, a.d the fina. one is a.prey-preda.or m.del with lim.t cycle periodic beha.ior. The high a.cura.y of this m.thod is verified through som. num.rica. exa.0}les. The obta.ned num.rica. results a.e com.a.ed with other m.thods, showing tha. the proposed m.thod gives higher a.cura.y.

The Zeit sa.d reservoir is one of the m.st prolific form.tions a. Northwestern side of the Gulf of Suez. In this resea.ch we will try to coordina.e between electrica., petrophysica. properties, depositiona. environm.nt a.d fa.ies discrim.na.ion in order to eva.ua.e the hydroca.bon potentia.ity of studied Zeit Form.tion. The sta.istica. pa.a.0}ters for pota.sium.K）, thorium.Th） a.d Th/U ra.io contents ha.e a.genera. increa.e towa.ds northwestern pa.ts, wherea. ura.ium.U） content ha. a.genera. increa.e towa.ds southea.tern pa.ts. The sa.dstone fa.ies is distinguished from.the other fa.ies by its thorium.content >4 ppm. U ha. high ca.bona.e content（U ≥ 1 ppm.. Rocks' electrica. properties va.y grea.ly depending on a.num.er of fa.tors. electrica. m.a.urem.nts were ta.en a. frequencies ra.ge of(5 × 10-4Hz–100 kHz) for fully sa.ura.ed sa.0}les（cla.ey sa.dstone） with Na.l（20 gm.L）. a. sa.inity, cla. content, a.d frequency increa.e, consequently does the electrica. properties. The continenta. condition a.e present in northwestern pa.t（ba.k-sea. which is distinguished by high K percent, high Th, high Th/U ra.io, a.d low U contents. Low K, Th, a.d Th/U ra.io contents, with high U contents, cha.a.terize the m.rine depositiona. environm.nt tha. existed a.ound the ea.t a.d southea.tern pa.ts（foresea.coincide with the dipping of stra.a.. Furtherm.re, the studied Zeit Form.tion ha. good petrophysica. properties tha. coincide with m.rine conditions. The m.ddle a.d ea.tern pa.ts（a.ound ISS-94 a.d CSS-288） is a.good reservoir（porosity 36%–39%, sha.e content a.bon sa.ura.ion 71%–92%, a.d net pa. thickness 17–63 feet）.

Ba.kground: Wnt signa.ling inhibitors (Dickkopf-1 a.d Sclerostin) signa.ling pla. a.role in va.cula. developm.nt a.d m.y contribute to ca.cifica.ion. a.m. To investiga.e the a.socia.ion between Dickkopf-1 a.d sclerostin serum.concentra.ions in children undergoing m.intena.ce hem.dia.ysis with intim.l m.dia. thickness a.d pea. systolic velocity of the m.in a.teries. Pa.ients a.d m.thods: a.study wa. conducted on 40 children undergoing m.intena.ce hem.dia.ysis a.d controls of the sa.0} a.e a.d sex. The study m.a.ured the initia. m.dia. thickness (Im.) a.d pea. systolic velocity (PSV) of the m.in vessels (ca.otid, ulna., a.d fem.ra.). Dickkopf-1 a.d sclerostin serum.levels in both groups were a.sessed, a.d a.routine investiga.ion wa. perform.d. Results: The findings indica.e tha. the levels of serum.Dickkopf-1 a.d Sclerostin were significa.tly higher in the hem.dia.ysis group 2540.65 (2215.4 - 2909.2 pg/m.) a.d 1.17 (0.85 - 2.03 ng/m.)respectively (P = 0.001), com.a.ed to their control group it wa. 1110.45 (885.45 - 1527.65 pg/m.) a.d 0.28 (0.25 - 0.32 ng/m.)) respectively P = 0.001. a.ditiona.ly, there wa. a.significa.t increa.e in intim.-m.dia.thickness (Im.) with a.decrea.e in pea. systolic velocity (PSV) in the m.in blood vessels, including the ca.otid, ulna., a.d fem.ra. a.teries. a.significa.t correla.ion wa. a.so observed between Dickkopf-1 a.d sclerostin levels a.d Im. of the ca.otid, ulna., a.d fem.ra. a.teries. Conclusion: Wnt signa.ling inhibitors (Dickkopf-1 a.d Sclerostin) exert effects beyond the bone a.d significa.tly contribute to ea.ly va.cula. ca.cifica.ion in pedia.ric pa.ients undergoing m.intena.ce hem.dia.ysis.

Ba.kground: Rena. osteodystrophy (ROD) is a.bone disorder resulting from.chronic kidney disea.e (CKD) a.d rela.ed m.ta.olic disea.es. Dickkopf-rela.ed protein-1 (DKK-1) is critica. in regula.ing bone biology. This study a.m.d to eva.ua.e the serum.DKK-1 level a. a.bone m.rker in children with CKD who undergo regula. hem.dia.ysis (HD). Subjects a.d m.thods: This ca.e-control study involved 40 children with CKD on HD a.d 40 hea.thy children a. controls. The study m.a.ured serum.DKK-1 levels a.d perform.d a.dua.-energy X-ra. a.sorptiom.try sca. (DEXa. in line with routine la.ora.ory investiga.ions. Results: There wa. a.significa.t increa.e in the serum.level of DKK-1 in the pa.ient group com.a.ed to the control group. The DKK-1 levels were 2540.65 (2215.4 - 2909.2) pg/m. a.d 1110.45 (885.45 - 1527.65) pg/m., respectively, with a.p-va.ue of less tha. 0.001. In the hem.dia.ysis group, 25 pa.ients (62.5%) ha. low bone m.nera. density (Bm.) with a.Z-score of under -2.0. Eighteen of these pa.ients ha. low Bm. in both the neck of the fem.r a.d lum.a. spines. a.ditiona.ly, there wa. a.significa.t increa.e in serum.DKK-1 level in pa.ients with low Bm. (2567.35 (2303.8 - 3108.1) pg/m.) com.a.ed to pa.ients with norm.l Bm. (2454 (1859 - 2820) pg/m.) (p = 0.041). There wa. a.so a.significa.t positive correla.ion between DKK1 level a.d phosphorus, a.ka.ine phospha.a.e, a.d Pa.a.horm.ne serum.levels. In conclusion, the study indica.es a.clea. correla.ion between DKK-1 a.d Bm. in children undergoing m.intena.ce hem.dia.ysis. DKK1 is a.prom.sing biom.rker for CKD-m.D.

The current study wa. perform.d to eva.ua.e the liver function sta.us a. well a. m.lecula. cha.a.teriza.ion of the recovered worm. in ra.s experim.nta.ly infected with F. hepa.ica. Sixteen m.le Wister ra.s a.ed 30 da.s were ra.dom.y a.loca.ed into two groups (n = 8). The first group wa. infected ora.ly with 15 via.le encysted m.ta.erca.ia.of F. hepa.ica.per a.im.l. The other group wa. kept non-infected (control group). a. zero tim. (before infection), the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th a.d 14th weeks post-infection (WPI), blood a.d serum.sa.0}les were collected via.puncture of retro-orbita. plexus of veins from.ea.h ra.. Serum.enzym. level (a.T a.d a.T) a.d tota. protein were m.a.ured, a.d the serum.protein profile wa. ca.ried out using a.a.ose gel electrophoresis. During the period of the experim.nt, serum.a.T a.d a.T a.tivities a.d serum.tota. globulins significa.tly increa.ed while serum.tota. proteins a.d a.bum.n m.rkedly decrea.ed in the infected group.
