This study proposes an approach based on machine learning to forecast currency exchange rates by applying sentiment analysis to messages on Twitter(called tweets).A dataset of the exchange rates between the United States Dollar(USD)and the Pakistani Rupee(PKR)was formed by collecting information from a forex website as well as a collection of tweets from the business community in Pakistan containing finance-related *** dataset was collected in raw form,and was subjected to natural language processing by way of data *** variable labeling was then applied to the standardized dataset,where the response variables were divided into two classes:“1”indicated an increase in the exchange rate and“−1”indicated a decrease in *** better represent the dataset,we used linear discriminant analysis and principal component analysis to visualize the data in three-dimensional vector *** that were obtained using a sampling approach were then used for data *** machine learning classifiers—the simple logistic classifier,the random forest,bagging,naïve Bayes,and the support vector machine—were applied to the optimized *** results show that the simple logistic classifier yielded the highest accuracy of 82.14%for the USD and the PKR exchange rates forecasting.

The title compound, 4-hexyl-1-（4-nitrophenyl）-1-H-1,2,3-triazole （CI4HIsN402）, was synthesized using one-pot strategy via click reaction and the structure was characterized mainly by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, NmR, FT-IR and mS. C14H18N4O2 was crystallized from an EtOH/EtOAc solution in triclinic system, space group PI, with a = 5.3679（3）, b = 7.5499（5）, c = 17.5534（11） A, a = 92.360（4）, β = 90.359（4）, γ = 98.864（4）°, V （A3） = 702.24（8）, Z = 2, crystal size （mm） = 0.42 × 0.26 × 0.18, Rint = 0.096. Packing diagram indicates that there is dimeric interaction between two units via N（3）...H（6）. The crystal structure of the title compound （1） is stabifized by intermolecular interactions. In addition, X-ray analys!s also reveals C-H…π and π-π interactions in the molecule. Theoretical investigations were performed by using Gaussian 09 software at the B3LYP/6, 31G （d,p）level of density,finctional theory （DFT）.to compare the theoretical results with the experimental and to probe structural properties. The molecular electrostatic potential （mEP） mapped over the entire stabilized geometry of the molecule indicated their chemical reactivities. Furthermore, frontier molecular orbital （electronic properties） was computed at the same level of DFT as used. forenergy minima structure.

A new compound 3-（2-（3,5-diphenyl-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl）thiazol-4-yl）-2Hchromen-2-one was synthesized by cyclocondensation of 3,5-diphenyl-4,5-dihydropyrazole-1-carbothioamide with 3-（2-bromoacetyl）-2H-chromen-2-one in ethanol at reflux for 2hrs. The compound was characterized by IR, 1H-NmR, 13C-NmR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The newly synthesized compound（C27H19N3O2S） crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 5.2476（6）, b = 18.289（2）, c = 23.115（3） , α = 93.546（7）, β = 94.715（6）, γ = 92.347（7）°, V = 2204.3（4）3, Z = 4, mr = 449.51, crystal size = 0.38 mm × 0.22 mm × 0.16 mm,（I 2σ（I）） = 35317, 9736, 3785, Rint = 0.081,（Δρ）max = 0.19 and（Δρ）min = –0.24 e·-3. DNA interaction studies revealed that the target compound strongly interacts with DNA through an intercalation binding mode and the binding constant of the compound is 7.45 × 104 m-1.

Background: Consequences of incidental gallbladder cancer(iGBC) following cholecystectomy may include repeat operation(depending on T stage) and worse survival(if bile spillage occurred), both avoidable if iGBC were suspected ***: A retrospective single-institution review was done. Ultrasound images for cases and controls were blindly reviewed by a radiologist. Chi-square and Student’s t tests, as well as logistic regression and Kaplan–meier analyses were used. A P ≤ 0.01 was considered ***: Among 5796 cholecystectomies performed 2000–2013, 26(0.45%) were iGBC cases. These patients were older(75.61 versus 52.27 years), had more laparoscopic-to-open conversions(23.1% versus3.9%), underwent more imaging tests, had larger common bile duct diameter(7.13 versus 5.04 mm) and higher alkaline phosphatase. Ultrasound imaging showed that gallbladder wall thickening(GBWT) without pericholecystic fluid(PCCF), but not focal-versus-diffuse GBWT, was associated significantly with iGBC(73.9% versus 47.4%). On multivariable logistic regression analysis, GBWT without PCCF, and age were the strongest predictors of iGBC. The consequences iGBC depended significantly on intraoperative bile spillage, with nearly all such patients developing carcinomatosis and significantly worse ***: Besides age, GBWT, dilated common bile duct, and elevated alkaline phosphatase, number of preoperative imaging modalities and the presence of GBWT without PCCF are useful predictors of *** spillage causes poor survival in patients with iGBC.

maritime transport has been playing a decisive role in global trade. Its contribution to the air pollution of the sea and coastal areas has been widely recognized. The air pollutant emission inventories of several harbors in China have already been established. However,the emission factors of local ships have not been addressed comprehensively, and thus are lacking from the emission inventories. In this study, on-board emission tests of eight diesel-powered offshore fishing ships were conducted near the coastal region of the northern Yellow Bo Sea fishing ground of Dalian, China. Results show that large amounts of fine particles（ 0.5 μm, 90%） were found in maneuvering mode, which were about five times higher than those during cruise mode. Emission rates as well as emission factors based on both distance and fuel were determined during the cruise and maneuvering modes（including departure and arrival）. Average emission rates and distance-based emission factors of CO, HC and Pm were much higher during the maneuvering mode as compared with the cruise mode. However, the average emission rate of Nitrous Oxide（NOx） was higher during the cruise mode as compared with the maneuvering modes. On the contrary, the average distance-based emission factors of NOxwere lower during the cruise mode relative to the maneuvering mode due to the low sailing speed of the latter.

Objective:To test the effect of voltage-gated sodium channels (VGSCs) blockers on the motility and viability of human spermin-vitro and to evaluate the tested compounds as potential contact ***: Sperm samples were obtained from healthy non-smoking volunteers of age 25-30 years who had not taken any drug 3 months before and during the course of the study. The effect of VGSCs blockers evaluated from two pharmacological classes including antiarrhythmic (amiodarone, procainamide and disopyramide) and antiepileptic (carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenytoin, and lamotrigine) drugs. They were tested on thein-vitro motility and viability of human sperm using Computer Assisted Semen ***:All tested drugs except oxcarbazepine showed dose dependent inhibition of total motility with significant reduction (Pmaximum concentration of 200 μm when compared with the control. The concentrations of drugs that reduced total sperm motility to 50% of control (half maximal inhibitory concentration) were 2.76, 14.16 and 20.29 μm for phenytoin, lamotrigine and carbamazepine, respectively;and 2.53, 5.32 and 0.37 μm for amiodarone, procainamide and disopyramide, respectively. The anti-motility effects were reversible to various degrees. There was statistically insignificant difference in the inhibition of sperm viability among amiodarone, procainamide and disopyramide. Phenytoin demonstrated the most potent spermicidal ***:VGSCs blockers have significant adverse effects onin-vitro motility of human spermatozoa. Soin-vivo studies are required to determine their potential toxicological effects on human semen quality, which is an important factor regarding fertility. moreover, these drugs have the potential to be developed into contact spermicidal.
