Pyrethroid esters are widely used as insecticides worldwide. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the harmful effect of deltamethrin on the male reproductive system through the assessment of reproductive hormones, inflammatorymarkers, and testicular function. To achieve our aim, eighty male 7-9-week-old, Wistar rats were taken, weighed, and divided into four experimental groups. The first group was kept as a control group, and the other three groups were given deltamethrin orally at different concentrations (0.87, 8.7, and 17.4 mg/kg body weight) for nine weeks. The resultsindicated that deltamethrin administration associated with a significant decrease in reproductive hormones, especially FSH, LH, and significant elevation in the interleukin 2 (IL2), interleukin 6 (IL6), histamine, and cortisol levels. Also, thesignificance of inhibition of sperm motility and viability, decreased testis weights, sperm count, and fructose in semen were noted. These findings clarify the harmful effect of deltamethrin on the male reproductive system by producing a significant alteration in reproductive hormones, inflammatory markers as well as testicular function.

Objectives: In this study molecular/genomic characteristics were done on new tissue biopsies taken from Egyptian patients with refractory metastatic solid tumors aiming for two end points: To figure out a personalized treatment and to find the percent of discrepancy between the elaborated drugs of potential benefit and that stated in the guidelines. methods: 22 eligible patients joined the study. (breast = 5, colon = 3, liver = 2, kidney = 2, ovary = 2, sarcoma = 2, metastasis of unknown origin = 2, Tongue = 1, Adrenal cancer = 1, gastric = 1 and lung cancer = 1). Biopsies were subjected to one or more of the following tests;Immunohistochemistry, Chromogenic/Fluorescence in situ Hybridization, Next Generation Sequencing, Sanger Sequencing. Results: Biomarkers and their corresponding drugs with associated potential benefits were detected as following;TUBB3, PGP and TLE3 (indicating potentiality of paclitaxel) in 22% of cases, TS (Antifolates) 18%, TOPO1 (Irinotecan) 14%, RRm1 (Gemcitabine) 13%, mGmT (Temozolomide) 7%, TOPO2 (Doxorubcin) 7%, ERCC1 (Platinum) 6%, BRAF (Vemurafenib) 2%, KRAS and NRAS (anti EGFR) 2%, C-KIT (TKIs potentiality) 1%, hormonal receptors in 5% of cases (Antihormonal potentiality), monoSPARK and polySPARK in 3% of cases indicating nabpaclitaxel potentiality. Potentiality of some drugs (Based on their corresponding biomarkers) was unexpectedly detected as following;Pemetrexed, irinotecan, dacarbazine and temozolomide in breast cancer patients, platinums and taxanes in liver, Taxanes, gemcitabine, fluoropyramidines, pemetrexed, dacarbazine and temozolomide in kidney cancer, Taxanes, gemcitabine, pemetrexed, dacarbazine and temozolomide in cancer colon, irinotecan in cancer tongue, Pemetrexed and irinotecan in adrenal gland cancer. The percentage of drugs of potential benefit that is not stated in the guidelines case by case was as following: Breast (12%, 15%, 23%, 31%, 21%), Colon (38.1%, 26.5%, 27%), Liver (33.5%, 25%), Kidney (15%, 29%), Ovary

Egypt has a high attitude in construction and demolition waste (CDW) amounts causing a negative impact on the environment. The use of such waste for infrastructures applications can be useful for each environment and in addition an economic benefit to it in the construction. This study explores the possibility of replacing natural coarse aggregate with recycled concrete construction and demolition waste aggregate for general purpose concrete (i.e. plain concrete and low strength structural concrete). Different samples of CDW were extracted from different demolition sites and landfill locations around Tanta city area for the experimental investigation. CDW was crushed with all its hard constituents (e.g. concrete, brick etc.) found in the landfill. Coarse size crushed CDW was used as a coarse aggregate for concrete. main characteristics of CDW aggregate determined in addition to the main properties of concrete which was made using this aggregate were measured. The results showed that the CDW could be transformed into recycled concrete aggregate leading to reduction in the concrete compressive strength ranged from 37% to 62% depending on the type of the CDW constituents.

Total 40 natural compounds were selected to perform the molecular docking studies to screen and identify the potent antiviral agents specifically for Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 that causes coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).The key targets of COVID-19,protease(PDB ID:7BQY)and RNA polymerase(PDB ID:7bV2)were used to dock our target compounds by molecular Operating Environment(mOE)version *** used 3 different conformations of protease target(6m0K,6Y2F and 7BQY)and two different score functions to strengthen the probability of inhibitors *** an extensive screening analysis,20 compounds exhibit good binding affinities to one or both COVID-19 targets.7 out of 20 compounds were predicted to overcome the activity of both *** top 7 hits are,flacourticin(3),sagerinic acid(16),hordatine A(23),hordatine B(24),N-feruloyl tyramine dimer(25),bisavenanthramides B-5(29)and vulnibactins(40).According to our results,all these top hits was found to have a better binding scores than remdesivir,the native ligand in RNA polymerase target(PDB ID:7bV2).Hordatines are phenolic compounds present in barley,were found to exhibit the highest binding affinity to both protease and polymerase through forming strong hydrogen bonds with the catalytic residues,as well as significant interactions with other receptor-binding *** results probably provided an excellent lead candidate for the development of therapeutic drugs against ***,animal experiment and accurate clinical trials are needed to confirm the preventive potentials of these compounds.

The aim of this research was to study the effect of spraying nutritional solution ＂***＂ and chelated iron on vegetative and floral growth characteristics on Gazania plant. Randomized Complete Block Design （R.C.B.D） was adopted utilizing two applications in three replicates. Three concentration levels of nutritional solution *** （10.00, 5.00 and 0.00 mg/L） and four concentration levels of chelated iron （90.00, 60.00, 30.00 and 0.00 mg/L） were applied in this experiment. The interaction between the two factors was also measured. The mean values were compared using L.S.D test at probability level 0.05. Spraying *** at concentration 10.00 mg/L or chelated iron concentration level 90.00 mg/L improved growth parameters. There was significant increase in： number of total leaves per plant, shoot dry weight, leaves total chlorophyll content, number of off-shoots, number and length of primary roots, length of the peduncle, number of flowers, number of petals and flower dry weight. meanwhile leaf carbohydrate contents, phosphorus percentage and leaf iron content were increased significantly compared with the （unsprayed plants）. The interaction treatment, spraying nutritional solution *** at concentration level 10.00 mg/L with 90 mg Lt chelated iron had a significant increase in all studied growth parameters, i.e., the number of flowers and petals gave 8.33 flowers and 18.67 petals compared with the control treatment which gave 3.33 flowers and 13.00 petals. meanwhile leaf carbohydrate contents, phosphorus percentage and leaf iron content increased significantly in comparison with the unsprayed plants which gave the least values.

The present work aimed to investigate the effect of coiling process conditions on microstructure development in a low-Si content TRIP （transformation-induced plasticity）-assisted steel after thermomechanical processing. In this framework, compression samples which were deformed above Tnr and then intercritically annealed were held isothermally for different durations at temperatures below bainite transformation start temperature. microstructure of samples were characterized by optical and electron microscopy, XRD （X-ray diffraction） and m6ssbauer spectroscopy. The results indicated that due to low-silicon content of the present steel, the incomplete bainite reaction phenomena was not observed and, hence, the maximum carbon enrichment of residual austenite was achieved in the samples which held for short durations. It was also shown that the maximum carbon enrichment and volume fraction of residual austenite were achieved at intermediate bainite hold temperature of 450 ℃ as the result of competing phenomena, such as microstructural refinement, dislocation density, carbide precipitation and growth.

The Role of Kappa and Lambda in Subclassification of B Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Sudanese Patients Using Flow Cytometry

Background: B-cell Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) is a neoplasm of lymphoblasts which are of B-cell lineage typically composed of small to medium sized blast cells, moderately condensed to dispersed chromatin with scanty cytoplasm and inconspicuous nucleoli, involving the bone marrow and/or blood. methods and materials: This is a prospective cross-sectional study in which 50 blood and/or bone marrow samples of newly diagnosed patients (B-ALL) were tested for immunophenotyping. All samples were prepared for surface and cytoplasmic markers including kappa and lambda human antibody for 10 minutes in dark place and then run by the Flow Cytometer. Results: 64% of the study populations were males and 36% were females. Cases were classified according to immunophenotype and the age into different subtypes and showed the following frequencies: Pro B-ALL (8%), early pre B-ALL (56%), common B-ALL (16%), Pre-B-ALL (14%) and mature B-ALL (only 6%). Surface immunoglobulin was positive in 10% and negative in 90% of all patients, showing 100% positivity in mature B-ALL and totally negative in other subtypes. While cytoplasmic immunoglobulin was positive in 16% and negative in 84% of all patients and was positive in 100% of Pre-B-ALL and in 50% of mature B-ALL. Surface kappa was more expressed in mature B-ALL than lambda giving a ratio of 2:1, while cytoplasmic kappa:lambda was 6:1 in Pre-B-ALL. Conclusion: Kappa and lambda have important role in B-ALL classification which necessitates their presence in immunophenotyping of B-ALL.

Objective:To identify the anti-Toxoplasma antibodies from blood donors who referred to blood transfusion bases of Jahrom County,using ELISA ***:Based on the prevalence and characteristics method,400 serum samples were collected from blood donors referred to Jahrom blood transfusion bases,Southern Iran,during 2010–2011,designed at testing by *** m and Ig G antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii were tested using ELISA kits(Dia-Pro)on *** data were analysed by SPSS 19 ***:Review of 400 cases,54 of them were Ig G positive for parasites(13.5%)and 346of those with negative Ig G(86.5%).In Ig m examination,1.75%of them have been positive Ig m(7 cases)and 98.25%of them were Ig m negative(393 cases).By comparing the different group ages,40–50 year age group had the highest prevalence of Ig G positive(17.9%)and the age group of 30–40 years had the highest incidence of Ig m negative(2.5%).Conclusions:Due to the serological infection rate of toxoplasmosis obtained from this study,toxoplasmosis should be considered as a significant transfusion risk factor in Jahrom and also in any region with similar situations.

Visfatin, a novel adipokine, was revealed to be associated with obesity and to have insulin mimetic effect that is highly expressed in visceral adipose tissue. The aim of this study was to determine the liver and kidney visfatin relative gene expression. Twenty wistar rats (6-8 weeks old and 125-135 g weight) were used. Animals were randomly assigned into saline-control (SC), saline-training (ST), and Baneh-control (BC), and Baneh-training (BT). Training groups was given exercise on a motor-driven treadmill at 25 m/min (0% grade) for 60 min/day and 5 days/week for eight weeks. Subjects were fed oral, with Baneh extraction and saline for four weeks. Visfatin relative gene expression was detected by Real-time PCR method. Also plasma was collected for glucose measurements. Results demonstrated that Baneh extraction significantly increase visfatin relative gene expression in liver (P ma and liver glucose level increases by Baneh. Exercise training decreses visfatin relative gene expression and Baneh increases visfatin relative gene expression in liver and kidney. Also Baneh can increases plasma glucose and liver glucose and glycogen concentration probably due to high fatty acid and component.

To paraphrase the Greek philosopher Heraclitus, change is the only constant in construction projects. Changes in scope occur as projects progress from design through practical completion. FIDIC General Conditions Clause 13 [1] is one of the most important terms and implementing. It is also major factor for project success. Once all project parties understand and fairly use this clause, the impact will be minimising the expected disputes by 50% at least. Thus, this paper is considering illustrated variation order clause by flow chart technique to ensure that all the engineers are handling easily those subclasses.
