Black pepper varieties, namely “Vinh Linh”, “Lada”, “An Do” and “Loc Ninh” were planted in three different ecological regions: Dak Lak, Gia Lai and Dong Nai in order to compare the growth ability, productivity, and quality of peppercorn. The experiments were designed in the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with four replications. The results of study have been indicated that “Vinh Linh” and “Lada” both varieties performed better crucial parameters of growth, productivity and yield, after 36 months planted. Although having greater growth parameter in the location of Dong Nai province, four varieties showed lower yield than other regions. By contrast, the four pepper types achieved the highest yield in Gia Lai, followed by Dak Lak. With respect to peppercorn quality, “Vinh Linh”, “Loc Ninh” and “Lada” achieved requirements of vietnamese Standard (TCVN 7036:2008) including bulk density: 535.69 - 612.72 g/l;piperine: 4.06 - 4.31 g/100g and volatile oil at 2.72 - 3.16 ml/100g. In contrast, “An Do” variety presented the poorest level of piperine (3.78 g/100g), and unachieved requirements.

The hole mediated ferromagnetism is well-known in Mn-doped group III-V, IV such as Ga1-xMnxAs, MnxGe1-x etc. So far, the magnetic ordered in this case of co-dopants is still unclear due to the strong limited from both experiment and theoretical prediction. The Curie temperature increase then saturation for increasing the hole concentration as rising p-type dopants concentration. However, Curie temperature slightly decreases then increase again as increase the n-type dopants concentration. In this work, the review of the effect of co-dopants on Mn-based DMSs was considered for both experiment and theoretical. The issues in case of co-doped have been presented in discussion. The finding the answers which way open the new class spintronic materials to develop applications.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the monetary value of the main environmental and external costs of Yali Hydropower Plant (YHPP) and to incorporate them into the financial viability indices of the plant, namely its net present value and electricity price. The results were found that if the electricity price is kept at its original level of 5.2 US cents/kWh to cover direct costs only, the net present value of the plant would be reduced to about 27% by incorporating environmental and external costs. Alternatively, the electricity price would have to be increased to 5.68 US cents/kWh in order to cover the full costs of YHPP and to maintain the original net present value. The main policy recommendations are: Government regulations should require that the financial analysis and appraisal of all future electricity sources include the full cost of these schemes, including not only direct costs but also environmental and external costs related to preventing or mitigating the environmental impact caused by them. An appropriate financial mechanism should be established to allocate the revenue from full cost electricity pricing to a fund to cover the environmental protection and compensation costs.

This article presents the results of dividing the hydrogeological structure zones in aquifer of Cai Phan Rang river basin, Ninh Thuan province, viet Nam, and the relationship between parameters of hydrogeological structure zones with water storage capacity of hydrogeological structure. Research results divided hydrogeological structure of Cai Phan Rang River Basin into four zones, including three zones with depression bedrock and one zone with slope bedrock, and the results assessed：（1） specific discharge of exploitation well is proportional to zone area of hydrogeological structure; （2） specific discharge of exploitation well is inversely proportional to slope of bedrock surface, slope of water level in zone and area of drainage surface of hydrogeological structure zone; （3） water level fluctuation in zone is proportional to slope of bedrock surface, slope of water level in zone and inversely proportional to distribution area of zone; （4） total mineralization of water is proportional to bedrock surface slope and water level slope in zone, and inversely proportional to drainage surface area of zone and volume of structural depression. Research results are practical significance in solutions proposal to increase exploitation capacity for various water use purposes.

Effect of Meteorological Factors on PM<sub>10</sub>Concentration in Hanoi, vietnam

According to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Hanoi city is currently facing the increased air pollution, especially particulate matter. This study examines the influence of meteorological factors including temperature, humidity and wind speed on PM10 concentration in Hanoi. The data used in this study include 24-h PM10 concentration data, hourly temperature, humidity and wind speed data in 2018 at three automatic air monitoring stations under vietnam Environment Administration and Hanoi Natural Resources and Environment Department. The SPSS statistical analysis tools are utilized to analyze the correlation between PM10 concentration and meteorological factors through the Spearman (r) correlation coefficient. Additionally, the Independent-Sample T-Test is also employed to assess the difference in PM10 concentration in the period between dry season (from October to March) and wet season (from May to September). The results show that there is a trend of seasonal variation of PM10 concentration. Specifically, PM10 concentration recorded a higher value in winter and lower in summer. Different correlations between air pollutants and meteorological factors were also observed. PM10 concentration was inversely correlated (r 10 concentration during dry and wetseason. This outcome has confirmed the important role of meteorological factors in the formation of air pollution with large variations in different seasons and geological areas.

This study investigated the behaviour and commercial catchability of snow crab(Chionoecetes opilio)in response to different low-powered LED lights under laboratory and field *** created a novel choice-experiment in a laboratory setting in which we investigated the behaviour of snow crab in response to coloured LED *** results showed that snow crab movement was dependent on light colour,with animals choosing to move toward blue and white lights,away from purple lights,and no detectable effect for green and red *** then conducted two field experiments to investigate the effect of the same LED lights on the catch rates of commercial traps during the 2016 snow crab fishery on the east coast of Newfoundland and *** from the first field experiment showed that adding white and purple LED lights into baited traps significantly improved Catch Per Unit Effort(CPUE)by 77% and 47% *** from the second field experiment showed that unbaited traps equipped with only LED lights(no bait),could also catch snow crab in comparable amounts to traditional baited traps,with soak time and depth explaining some of the variation in *** together,these experiments suggest that fishing enterprises can improve their catching performance and profitability by adding LED lights to their traps,or by using LED lights as a bait replacement.
