In this work,we investigate a classical pseudomonotone and Lipschitz continuous variational inequality in the setting of Hilbert space,and present a projection-type approximation method for solving this *** method requires only to compute one projection onto the feasible set per iteration and without any linesearch procedure or additional projections as well as does not need to the prior knowledge of the Lipschitz constant and the sequentially weakly continuity of the variational inequality mapping.A strong convergence is established for the proposed method to a solution of a variational inequality problem under certain mild ***,we give some numerical experiments illustrating the performance of the proposed method for variational inequality problems.

This study aims to evaluate the effects of climate change and El Nino-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)on reference evapotranspiration(ET_(o))in the climate sub-regions of South Vietnam(SVN)and the role of the related meteorological *** trend analysis shows that ET_(o) has been increasing quite clearly,especially during the rainy *** examining the contribution of meteorological variables to the increase of ET_(o),it is indicated that temperature is the main *** the meteorological variables that are related to ET_(o),temperature is also the factor that has gained the most significant *** of variance reveals that there is no difference in the increase of ET_(o) among the climate sub-regions of *** effect of ENSO on ET_(o) is assessed based on the difference in the mean value of ET_(o) between the El Nino and La Nina *** results show that this difference is most obvious from October to May,and the main factor contributing to the increase is not temperature but sunshine *** difference in sunshine hours between the warm and cold phases in these months is around one hour per day,contributing about58%-86%to the ET_(o) *** analysis of variance shows that ENSO has different levels of influences on ET_(o) in the climate *** to the increase in ET_(o) due to climate change over the past 40 years,the ET_(o) difference between El Nino and La Nina phases is many times *** addition,since the effect of ENSO on ET_(o) is most obvious in the study area during the dry season,it is much *** order to mitigate the effect of ENSO on drought in this area,monitoring and forecasting meteorological variables that have the main contribution to the variation of ET_(o),including the number of sunshine hours,should be promoted.

Time-stamped data is fast and constantly growing and it contains significant information thanks to the quick development ofmanagement platforms and systems based on the Internet and cutting-edge information communication *** the time series data including time series prediction has many practical *** new techniques were developed for use with various types of time series data in the prediction *** those,this work suggests a unique strategy to enhance predicting quality on time-series datasets that the timecycle matters by fusing deep learning methods with fuzzy *** order to increase forecasting accuracy on such type of time-series data,this study proposes integrating deep learning approaches with fuzzy ***,it combines the long short-termmemory network with the complex fuzzy set theory to create an innovative complex fuzzy long short-term memory model(CFLSTM).The proposed model adds a meaningful representation of the time cycle element thanks to a complex fuzzy set to advance the deep learning long short-term memory(LSTM)technique to have greater power for processing time series *** on standard common data sets and real-world data sets published in the UCI Machine Learning Repository demonstrated the proposedmodel’s utility compared to other well-known forecasting *** results of the comparisons supported the applicability of our proposed strategy for forecasting time series data.

The purpose of this paper was to assess the impact of urbanization on the groundwater level(GWL)in aquifers of Binh Duong(BD)*** research method is to analyze the trend of GWL,the recharge capacity of surface over time and the relationship between *** data of the GWL used in the study are the average values in the dry and rainy seasons of 35 observation wells from 2011 to 2018,which are in Pleistocene and Pliocene *** ability to recharge groundwater from the surface in this study was represented by the curve number(CN),a parameter used in hydrology for calculating direct runoff or infiltration from *** land use data to identify the CN was analyzed from the Landsat *** results show that besides over-exploitation,the change of surface characteristic due to the urbanization development process is also the cause of the GWL *** analysis of seasonal GWL data shows that the increase in impervious surface area is the cause of GWL decline in the Pleistocene aquifer,which is more evident in the rainy season than in the dry *** statistical results also show that in the rainy season and in shallow aquifers,a higher CN change can be found with the wells that had a remarkable GWL decline compared to the remaining wells.

Four activated carbon(AC) samples prepared from rice husk under different activation temperatures have been characterized by N2adsorption–desorption isotherms, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA–DTA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The specific surface area of AC sample reached 2681 m2 g 1under activation temperature of 800 1C. The AC samples were then tested as electrode material; the specific capacitance of the as-prepared activated carbon electrode was found to be 172.3 F g 1using cyclic voltammetry at a scan rate of 5 mV s 1and 198.4 F g 1at current density 1000 mA g 1in the charge/discharge mode.& 2014 Chinese Materials Research Society. Polyphenols,including phenolic acids,flavonoids,and procyanidins,are abundant in food and beverage derived from ***(Camellia sinensis)is particularly rich in polyphenols(e.g.,catechins,theaflavins,thearubigins,gallic acid,and flavonols),which are thought to contribute to the health benefits of *** intake of tea polyphenols has been described to prevent and/or attenuate a variety of chronic pathological conditions like cardiovascular diseases,neurodegenerative diseases,diabetes,and *** review focuses on established antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of tea polyphenols and underlying mechanisms of their involvement in inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD).Tea polyphenols act as efficient antioxidants by inducing an endogenous antioxidant defense system and maintaining intracellular redox *** polyphenols also regulate signaling pathways such as nuclear factor-κB,activator protein 1,signal transducer and activator of transcriptions,and nuclear factor E2-related factor 2,which are associated with IBD *** pieces of evidence have indicated that tea polyphenols enhance epithelial barrier function and improve gut microbial dysbiosis,contributing to the management of inflammatory ***,this study suggests that supplementation of tea polyphenols could prevent inflammatory conditions and improve the outcome of patients with IBD.

Improving the accuracy of flood prediction and mapping is crucial for reducing damage resulting from flood *** this study,we proposed and validated three ensemble models based on the Best First Decision Tree(BFT)and the Bagging(Bagging-BFT),Decorate(Bagging-BFT),and Random Subspace(RSS-BFT)ensemble learning techniques for an improved prediction of flood susceptibility in a spatially-explicit manner.A total number of 126 historical flood events from the Nghe An Province(Vietnam)were connected to a set of 10 flood influencing factors(slope,elevation,aspect,curvature,river density,distance from rivers,flow direction,geology,soil,and land use)for generating the training and validation *** models were validated via several performance metrics that demonstrated the capability of all three ensemble models in elucidating the underlying pattern of flood occurrences within the research area and predicting the probability of future flood *** on the Area Under the receiver operating characteristic Curve(AUC),the ensemble Decorate-BFT model that achieved an AUC value of 0.989 was identified as the superior model over the RSS-BFT(AUC=0.982)and Bagging-BFT(AUC=0.967)models.A comparison between the performance of the models and the models previously reported in the literature confirmed that our ensemble models provided a reliable estimate of flood susceptibilities and their resulting susceptibility maps are trustful for flood early warning systems as well as development of mitigation plans.

Amyloid beta(Aβ)precursor protein(APP)is a key protein in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Both APP and its paralogue APLP1(amyloid beta precursor-like protein 1)have multiple functions in cell adhesion and *** it was thought that autophagy is a novel beta-amyloid peptide(Aβ)-generating pathway activated in ***,the protein proteolysis of APLP1 is still largely *** present study shows that APLP1 is rapidly degraded in neuronal cells in response to stresses,such as proteasome *** of the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress by proteasome inhibitors induces autophagy,causing reduction of mature APLP1/*** autophagy or JNK stress kinase rescues the protein expression for both APP and ***,our results suggest that APP/APLP1 is degraded through autophagy and the APLP1 proteolysis is mainly mediated by autophagy-lysosome pathway.
