A Distributed Cell Outage Compensation Mechanism Based on RS Power Adjustment in LTE Networks

To solve the coverage and quality problems caused by cell outage in LTE networks, this paper proposes a distributed self-organizing networks management architecture and a distributed cell outage compensation management mechanism. After detecting and analyzing the outage, a cell outage compensation algorithm based on reference signal power adjustment is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can mitigate the performance degradation significantly. Compared with other algorithms, the proposed scheme is more effective in compensating the coverage gap induced by cell outage

An efficient quantum secure direct communication protocol is presented over the amplitude damping *** protocol encodes logical bits in two-qubit noiseless states,and so it can function over a quantum channel subjected to collective amplitude *** feature of this protocol is that the sender encodes the secret directly on the quantum states,the receiver decodes the secret by performing determinate measurements,and there is no basis *** transmission's safety is ensured by the nonorthogonality of the noiseless states traveling forward and backward on the quantum ***,we construct the efficient quantum circuits to implement channel encoding and information encoding by means of primitive operations in quantum computation.

Meter Data Collection Building Area Network(MDCBAN) deployed in high rises is playing an increasingly important role in wireless multi-hop smart grid meter data collection. Recently, increasingly numerous application layer data traffic makes MDCBAN be facing serious communication pressure. In addition, large density of meter data collection devices scattered in the limited geographical space of high rises results in obvious communication interference. To solve these problems, a traffic scheduling mechanism based on interference avoidance for meter data collection in MDCBAN is proposed. Firstly, the characteristics of network topology are analyzed and the corresponding traffic distribution model is proposed. Next, a wireless multi-channel selection scheme for different Floor Gateways and a single-channel time unit assignment scheme for data collection devices in the same Floor Network are proposed to avoid interference. At last, a data balanced traffic scheduling algorithm is proposed. Simulation results show that balanced traffic distribution and highly efficient and reliable data transmission can be achieved on the basis of effective interference avoidance between data collection devices.

The accuracy of the traditional assessment method of the quality of experience(Qo E) has been facing challenges with the growth of high-definition(HD) video streaming *** display-quality damage is the main factor that affects the Qo E in HD video services through UDP network *** this paper,we introduce a novel objective factor known as image damage accumulation(IDA) to assess user's Qo E in HD video ***,this paper quantitatively analyzed the effect on user quality of experience by IDA and established a mapping relationship between mean opinion scores and ***,the probability of image damage caused by compression and transmission were *** on this analysis,an objective Qo E assessment and prediction method for HD video stream service that evaluated the user experience according to IDA are *** proposed method can achieve assessment and prediction accuracy on three distinct subjective tests.

To reduce the energy consumption of the LTE-A system,a distributed energy-saving mechanism based on Co MP(Co MPDESM) is proposed to solve the inadequate coverage problem under the dormant ***,the network is divided into clusters based on the equivalent cell ***,we transfer global optimization into a group of ***,a joint processing-based cooperative cell selection model is constructed to determine cooperative cells and dormant ***,the compensative cells with a determined threshold are selected to control users' ***,a simulation is implemented in *** show that the energy-saving rate can reach 36.4% and that the mechanism meets the network coverage ***,joint processing can be effectively applied in an energy saving mechanism and used to improve the network performance of edge users without increasing transmission power.

Cognitive radio sensor network is applied to facilitate network monitoring and management, and achieves high spectrum efficiencies in smart grid. However, the conventional traffic scheduling mechanisms are hard to provide guaranteed quality of service for the secondary users. It is because that they ignore the influence of diverse transition requirements in heterogeneous traffi c. Therefore, a novel Qo S-aware packet scheduling mechanism is proposed to improve transmission quality for secondary users. In this mechanism, a Qo S-based prioritization model is established to address data classification firstly. And then, channel quality and the effect of channel switch are integrated into priority-based packet scheduling mechanism. At last, the simulation is implemented with MATLAB and OPNET. The results show that the proposed scheduling mechanism improves the transmission quality of high-priority secondary users and increase the whole system utilization by 10%.

当前,多种方法被用来解决网管系统中的策略冲突,不同方法有不同的应用范围,因此,通常需要综合应用多种方法来解决策略之间的冲突.各种方法解决策略冲突解决的过程是相对独立的,其策略冲突解决的结果也是相对独立的.在解决策略冲突的过程中,难以考虑到已经存在的策略冲突解决结果.因此,不同的策略冲突解决方法的结果之间可能存在冲突.分析了网管系统中多策略冲突解决方法的结果中可能存在的冲突,提出了检测及解决这些冲突的方法,并给出了实验结果及结论.
