A Bandwidth Control Method Providing Entrance QoS for Multimedia Communication

With the development of wideband IP network, many new IP-Based multimedia applications appear ceaselessly. The real-time multimedia application requires that the IP network provides QoS. To the end-to-end real-time multimedia communication, the QoS service includes the trunk QoS and the entrance QoS. The trunk QoS has some feasible technologies, such as RSVP and DiffServ. But, the entrance QoS has few technologies at the moment. So, this paper introduces the entrance bandwidth control to get the end-to-end QoS. The design and scheme of bandwidth controller applying to the usual Internet application and real-time media communication is provided in this paper. It distinguishes between the usual 1nternet applications, such as HTTP and FTP, and the real-time multimedia applications, such as Internet telephony and videoconferencing. Then they will be dealt with in different ways in order to satisfy the QoS requirements of different types of services. In this paper, we propose a new bandwidth control method for real-time multimedia communication. The principle, the implementing flow, the control policy and the application scheme are discussed.

Tetracycline repressor(TetR)family regulators(TFRs)are the largest group of DNA-binding transcription factors and are widely distributed in bacteria and *** play vital roles in controlling the expression of various genes and regulating diverse physiological ***,a TFR protein Pseudomonas virulence regulator A(PvrA),was identified from Pseudomonas aeruginosa as the transcriptional activator of genes involved in fatty acid utilization and bacterial ***,we show that PvrA can simultaneously bind to multiple pseudo-palindromic sites and upregulate the expression levels of target ***-electron microscopy(cryo-EM)analysis indicates the simultaneous DNA recognition mechanism of PvrA and suggests that the bound DNA fragments consist of a distorted B-DNA double *** crystal structure and functional analysis of PvrA reveal a hinge region that secures the correct domain motion for recognition of the promiscuous ***,our results showed that mutations disrupting the regulatory hinge region have differential effects on biofilm formation and pyocyanin biosynthesis,resulting in attenuated bacterial ***,these findings will improve the understanding of the relationship between the structure and function of the TetR family and provide new insights into the mechanism of regulation of *** virulence.

In this paper, methylmethacrylate-acrylic acid MMA-AA hydrophilic and hydrophobic copolymers were prepared by copolymerization for preparing membrane materials. The composite membrane of cellulose acetate (CA) blended with MMA-AA hydrophobic copolymer was used for the separation of methanol from pentane-methanol mixture. When the methanol concentration was only 1 wt%, the permeate flux still maintained at 350 g/m(2)h and separation factor was as big as 800. The composite membrane of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) blended with MMA-AA hydrophilic copolymer was used for the separation of ethanol-water mixture. The permeate flux was increased to 975 g/m(2)h at 74 degrees C and the separation factor reached 3000 at 25 degrees C. The PVA/MMA-AA blended membrane surface modified by ammonia plasma was also investigated for separating ethanol-water mixture. Both permeate flux and separation factor of the membrane was improved. However, there was no obvious difference of plasma treatment time in the interval of 20 similar to 40 min.

Trombe wall and phase change materials(PCMs)are two effective ways to regulate indoor thermal ***,Trombe wall surfers from overheating in summer and PCMs suffer from low heat transfer rate caused by the limited thermal *** compensate the shortcomings of the two methods,this paper proposed a Trombe wall system integrated with *** on a light-weight building envelope in Changsha,China,the thermal comfort of 10 kinds of Trombe wall systems with PCMs with a melting temperature of 18-28℃ were *** the integrated indoor discomfort duration(I_(D)),integrated indoor discomfort degree-hour(I_(DH)),indoor air temperature(T_(in)),PCM liquid fraction(γ)and heat flux across wall(q)as evaluation indexes,the indoor thermal comfort was assessed in hot summer and cold winter *** show that the Trombe wall helped PCMs complete the phase change process *** wall with PCM25 next to the wall inner surface possessed the lowest annual I_(D) and I_(DH),as 2877 h and 12,974℃·h,*** with the values in a traditional building,the I_(D) and I_(DH) were reduced by 7.01% and 14.14%.In order to give full play to the heat storage and heat release of the Trombe wall with PCMs,PCMs with phase change temperature 7℃ lower than the peak ambient temperature in summer or 8℃ higher than the winter night temperature was recommended according to regional climate conditions.

目的:通过离体平滑肌张力实验,研究并比较氢溴酸山莨菪碱(654-1)和盐酸消旋山莨菪碱(654-2)对大鼠、小鼠和豚鼠八种离体平滑肌的解痉作用。方法:SD大鼠,随机分组后,采用生理信号测量系统分别记录乙酰胆碱(Ach)刺激大肠、小肠及胃平滑肌的收缩值及给药后的舒张值,计算解痉率。英国种豚鼠,同法研究药物对胆囊、膀胱、气管、子宫平滑肌的影响。KM小鼠,同法研究药物对冠脉平滑肌的影响。结果:给药后(10^(-5)-10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)),Ach刺激的大鼠离体大肠、小肠、胃平滑肌,豚鼠离体胆囊、膀胱、气管平滑肌显著舒张(p<0.05);仅654-1高剂量组对离体大肠平滑肌的效果显著优于654-2(p<0.05)。给药后(10^(-5)-10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)),缩宫素刺激的豚鼠离体子宫未舒张,部分样本收缩增强。给药后(10^(-4)-10^(-3)mol·L^(-1)),高K+溶液刺激的小鼠离体冠脉平滑肌舒张(p<0.05),见效时间较长。结论:在所研究的八种离体平滑肌中,两种药物对刺激后的豚鼠离体子宫无解痉作用,其余均有效,且对小鼠离体冠脉平滑肌的起效缓慢。整体而言654-1解痉率较654-2略优,但两者并无统计学差异。

The quantum Ising model for perfect matching and solving it with variational quantum eigensolver

Obtaining all perfect matchings of a graph is a tough problem in graph theory, and its complexity belongs to the #P-Complete class. The problem is closely related to combinatorics, marriage matching problems, dense subgraphs, the Gaussian boson sampling, chemical molecular structures, and dimer *** this paper, we propose a quadratic unconstrained binary optimization formula of the perfect matching problem and translate it into the quantum Ising model. We can obtain all perfect matchings by mapping them to the ground state of the quantum Ising Hamiltonian and solving it with the variational quantum eigensolver. Adjusting the model's parameters can also achieve the maximum or minimum weighted perfect matching. The experimental results on a superconducting quantum computer of the Origin Quantum Computing Technology Company show that our model can encode 2~n dimensional optimization space with only O（n） qubits consumption and achieve a high success probability of the ground state corresponding to all perfect matchings. In addition, the further simulation results show that the model can support a scale of more than 14 qubits, effectively resist the adverse effects of noise, and obtain a high success probability at a shallow variational depth. This method can be extended to other combinatorial optimization problems.

The transcription activator-like effector nuclease （TALEN） technique combined with the somatic cel nuclear transfer （SCNT） method has been successfuly applied for creating geneticaly modiifed pigs. However, methods for isolating cels with bialelic indels requires further improvement because of the relatively low enrichment efifciency of mutated somatic cels. Moreover, little is known regarding the off-target effects of the TALEN system and the heredity of TALEN-modiifed pigs. In this study, an efifcient method to increase the enrichment efifciency of TALEN-mediated bialelic knockout （KO） cels was established, and corresponding geneticaly modiifed pigs with the expected genotype were generated whose off-target effect, fertility and heredity characteristics were aslo evaluated. Two TALEN pairs were constructed to target the porcine α-1,3-galactosyltransferase （GGTA1） gene locus. TALEN mRNA was transfected into the ear ifbroblasts folowed by the enrichment of α-Gal nul cels of minipigs using isolectin B4 （IB4） lectin and magnetic beads. A total of 115 cel colonies were formed and validated to beGGTA1 KO cels by sequencing and 10 bialelic KO cel colonies were used as nuclear donors for SCNT. ThirtyGGTA1 bialelic KO piglets were successfuly delivered and grew normaly. Seventeen potential off-target sites were investigated, and no off-target events were detected in the live piglets. To determine the fertility and heredity characteristics of TALEN-modiifed pigs, 10 mature founders were mated with each other and the mutations were determined to be transmitted to the F1 piglets. We established a robust and safe technology for developing geneticaly modiifed pig lines with expected genotypes for agricultural breeding and biomedical application.
