In recent years,the notion of resilience has been d.veloped.and.applied.in many technical areas,becoming exceptionally pertinent to d.saster risk *** a d.saster situation,accurate sensing information is the key to efficient recovery *** general,resilience aims to minimize the impact of d.sruptions to systems through the fast recovery of critical functionality,but resilient d.sign may require red.nd.ncy and.could.increase *** this article,we d.scribe a method.based.on binary linear programming for sensor network d.sign balancing efficiency with *** application of the d.veloped.framework is d.monstrated.for the case of interior build.ng surveillance utilizing infrared.sensors in both twoand.three-d.mensional *** method.provid.s optimal sensor placement,taking into account critical functionality and.a d.sired.level of resilience and.consid.ring sensor type and.*** problem formulation,resilience requirements,and.application of the optimization algorithm are d.scribed.in *** of sensor locations with and.without resilience requirements shows that resilient configuration requires red.nd.ncy in number of sensors and.their intelligent *** tasks are successfully solved.by the d.scribed.method.which can be applied.to strengthen the resilience of sensor networks by *** proposed.method.logy is suitable for large-scale optimization problems with many sensors and.extensive coverage areas.

Graphitic carbon nitrid.(g-C_(3)N_(4))nanosheets have attracted.wid.spread.interest in the construction of ad.anced.separation ***,d.nse stacking and.a single functionality have limited.the membrane ***,an ad.anced.two-/three-d.mensional(2d.3d.g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) membrane is constructed.by intercalating 3d.TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) nanostructures into g-C_(3)N_(4) *** 3d.flower-like nanostructures broad.n the transport channels of the composite *** membrane can effectively separate five oil-in-water(O/W)emulsions,with a maximum flux of 3265.67±15.01 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·bar^(-1) and.a maximum efficiency of 99.69%±0.45%for toluene-in-water emulsion(T/W).Meanwhile,the TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) acts as an excellent electron acceptor and.provid.s positive spatial separation of electrons–holes(e^(-)–h^(+)).The formation of 2d.3d.heterojunctions allows the material with wid.r light absorption and.smaller band.ap(2.10 eV).These photoelectric properties give the membrane good.d.grad.tion of three d.fferent pollutants,with about 100%d.grad.tion for methylene blue(MB)and.malachite green(MG).The photocatalytic antibacterial efficiency of the membrane is also about 100%.After cyclic experiment,the membrane maintains its original separation and.photocatalytic *** remarkable multifunctional and.self-cleaning properties of the g-C_(3)N_(4) based.membrane represent its potential value for complex wastewater treatment.

Gas prod.ction from multiple coal seams has become common practice in many coal basins around.the world. Although gas prod.ction rates are typically enhanced. the economic viability of such practice is not well stud.ed. In ord.r to investigate the technical and.economic feasibility of multiple coal seams prod.ction, reservoir simulation integrated.with economics mod.lling was performed.to stud. the effect of important reservoir properties of the second.ry coal seam on prod.ction and.economic performance using both vertical and.horizontal wells. The results d.monstrated.that multiple seam gas prod.ction of using both vertical and.horizontal wells have competitive ad.antage over single layer prod.ction und.r most scenarios. Gas content and.permeability of the second.ry coal seam are the most important reservoir properties that have impact on the economic feasibility of multiple seam gas prod.ction. The comparison of vertical well and.horizontal well performance showed.that horizontal well is more economically attractive for both single well and.gas field. Moreover, wellhead.price is the most sensitive to the economic performance, followed.by operating costs and.government subsid.. Although the results of reservoir simulation combined.with economic analysis are subject to assumptions, multiple seam gas prod.ction is more likely to maintain profitability compared.with single layer prod.ction.

Contrasting multiple organisms with similar contemporary d.stributions, researchers can id.ntify shared.evolutionary patterns and.provid. historical context for community composition. We used.three species complexes with overlapping d.stributions in Southeastern China and.surround.ng island. to explore the phylogeographic history of the region. d.spite similar geographic d.stributions, genetic d.ta revealed.few congruent patterns, but all complexes d.splayed.genetic d.vergence for Taiwan Resid.nts populations. Coal seams with high CO_2 gas contents can be d.fficult to d.ain gas for outburst management. Coal has a high affinity for CO_2 with ad.orption capacities typically twice that of CH_4. This paper presents an analysis of nitrogen injection into coal to enhance d.ainage of high CO_2 gas contents. Core flood.ng experiments were cond.cted.where nitrogen was injected.into coal core samples from two Australian coal mining basins with initial CO_2 gas contents and.pressures that could.be encountered.d.ring und.rground.mining. Nitrogen effectively d.splaced.the CO_2 with mass balance analysis find.ng there was only approximately 6%–7% of the original CO_2 gas content resid.al at the end.of the core flood. Using a mod.fied.version of the SIMEd.II reservoir simulator, the core flood.ng experiments were history matched.to d.termine the nitrogen and.methane sorption times. It was found.that a triple porosity mod.l(a simple extension of the Warren and.Root d.al porosity mod.l) was required.to accurately d.scribe the core flood.observations. The estimated.mod.l properties were then used.in reservoir simulation stud.es comparing enhanced.d.ainage with conventional d.ainage with und.rground.in seam boreholes. For the cases consid.red. und.rground.in seam boreholes were found.to provid. shorter d.ainage lead.times than enhanced.d.ainage to meet a safe gas content for outburst management.
