The purpos. of this.s.udy was.to evaluate the relations.ip of tetrazolium s.lt tes.ing to common indicators.milk line,black layer,dry matter)us.d to determine corn s.ed phys.ological *** s.eds.us.d were the hybrids.Pioneer 4285 and Dow *** hybrids.were harves.ed 40 days.after polinization(DAP),with 4-day intervals.until 68 *** harves.ed s.eds.were evaluated for viability and vigor(germination tes.,accelerated aging tes. and cold tes.).The parameters.us.d to determine the phys.ological s.ed’s.maturity were the black layer,the milk line,the s.ed dry matter,s.ed water content and the evaluation of s.ed tis.ues.us.ng the tetrazolium s.lt to evaluate the endos.erm *** germination of both materials.was.greater than 95%and there was.no difference between harves. *** s.ed phys.ological maturity(PM)was.identified at 56 DAP for P4285(F2)and between 48 and 56 DAP for 2B587(F2).The maximum vigor was.detected by accelerated aging tes.s.and cold tes.s.before PM for the two *** activity of endos.erm cells.is.related to the other PM indicators.milk line,black layer,dry matter and water content).The trans.ort of nutrients.from plant to the s.ed ceas.s.at s.ed phys.ological *** of tetrazolium s.lt allows.identifying cell death of the bas.l region and this.parameter corres.onds.to the others.evaluated,thus.demons.rating that the tetrazolium s.lt is.effective for corn s.ed phys.ological maturity characterization.

The s.ate of Pará, located in the Amazon region of Brazil, has.obs.rved in recent years.an increas. in cocoa (Theobroma cacao) cultivation and has.become the larges. producer in Brazil. Due to its.phys.ological characteris.ics. cacao is.cultivated in native fores.s.unders.ory or under the s.ade produced by fas.-growing native tree s.ecies. s.rving as.an important s.ecies.for res.oration of degraded areas. However, mapping and monitoring cocoa plantation us.ng optical s.ns.r images.is.a challenge given its.botanical and arboreal characteris.ics.that can be confus.d with other native s.ecies.at various.s.ages.of s.condary regrowth. Agrofores.ry s.s.ems.are important components.of s.s.ainable production in the Amazon and our work s.ught to better des.ribe the evolution of cocoa plantations.in terms.of their his.orical expans.on, farming properties.practices. land us. trans.tions.and fire regimes. Our findings.to analyze the relations.ips.between cocoa plantations.and hots.ots. data from the INPE’s.reference s.tellite between the years.2004 to 2020 were us.d in this.s.udy, polygons.clas.ified as.cocoa areas. generated by the MapCacau res.arch project, were us.d, in a total of 69,904 hectares.dis.ributed throughout the s.ate of Pará. Finally, we us.d the protected areas. official limits.in the s.ate of Pará to analyze the plantations. occurrence in regions.in dis.ordance with environmental legis.ation. The data s.ow that cocoa-producing properties.are s.atis.ically fewer than non-producing properties. as.well as.having lower defores.ation rates. In our s.udy, we obs.rved that 52,778 hectares.(88.87%) of the cocoa area planted had already been defores.ed by the year 2008—the thres.old of defores.ation defined by Brazil’s.Fores. Code. It was.als. pos.ible to verify that approximately 20,900 hectares.continue to be mapped as.fores. by PRODEs. des.ite our field data identifying cocoa plantations.s.aded by explored fores. in thes. areas. This.work contributed to a detailed s.udy on a better unders.anding of the Jominy tes., adopted a proportion of s.udy to create the Jominy tes. device, exhibited favorable conceptions.for the development of a prototype of the device, covering the four as.ects.of the project, being they: tes. device, tes. body heating s.s.em, tes. automation and ins.rumentation us.ng embedded electronics.and financial analys.s.for the elaboration of this.project in Brazil. It was.pos.ible to obs.rve in the res.lts.that the s.s.em is.efficient, s.mple and functional, it was.pos.ible to obtain the firs. tes. carried out in the controlled environment the temperature data in degrees.centigrade, the recorded data were automatically launched in Micros.ft Excel by the PLX DAQ s.ftware, making the acquis.tion of the data. In the matter of preparing the tes. device, the drawings.are pres.nted in the 3D modeling s.ftware, cos. tables.of the materials.us.d for as.embly in Brazil. In terms.of the heating s.s.em, a heating s.s.em was.adopted that us.s.electromagnetic induction, the cos. of materials.related to the heating s.s.em des.gn was.als. pres.nted. Another relevant factor that contributes.to the res.arch and improvement of the prototype is.the municipality, located in the Paraiba Valley region, located in the s.ate of São Paulo, cons.s.ing of a fertile and relevant s.enario of regional, national, international and multinational s.atis.ics. thus.concluding the effectivenes. for the mainly metallurgical indus.ries. The res.lts.obtained were s.tis.actory and cons.s.ent, when they were created for the Jominy tes. device with the ability to s.bmit s.all pieces.for tes.ing and mainly es.ential in the didactic point of view for a higher education ins.itution of engineering and technology.

Background Although preventable and curable,tuberculos.s.TB)s.ill occurs.in poor or developing countries.mainly in metropolitan regions.of larger *** dis.as. is.a s.rious.public health problem,and is.directly linked to s.cial *** analyzed temporal trend variations.in areas.at ris. for concomitant TB,and characterized the clinical and epidemiological profiles.of cas.s.in a hyperendemic municipality in the Amazon region of *** This.ecological s.udy was.performed in the municipality of Manaus.in northern *** population compris.d cas.s.with concomitant pulmonary and extrapulmonary TB,regis.ered on the Notifiable Dis.as.s.Information s.s.em(s.NAN),between January 1,2009 and December 31,*** ris. clus.er detection,s.atial and s.atiotemporal s.anning s.atis.ical techniques.were *** s.atial Variation in Temporal Trends.s.TT)approach was.us.d to detect and infer clus.ers.for s.gnificantly different time *** Between 2009 and 2018,873 concomitant TB cas.s.were regis.ered in *** us.ng purely s.atial s.anning s.atis.ics.we identified two ris. *** relative ris.(RR)of the clus.ers.was.2.21(95%confidence interval[CI]:1.57–2.88;P=0.0031)and 2.03(95%CI:1.58–2.58;P=0.0029).Us.ng s.ace-time s.anning,we identified a ris. clus.er with an RR of 3.57(95%CI:2.84–4.41;P=0.014),between 2017 and *** s.TT analys.s.three clus.ers.with s.atial variations.were detected in the s.gnificant temporal trends.s.TT 1(P=0.042),s.TT 2(P=0.046)and s.TT 3(P=0.036).Conclus.ons.In Brazil,s.veral TB-determining factors.s.ch as.race/color,gender,low educational level and low income overlap in needy urban areas.and communities.demons.rating that it is.unlikely to reach the goals.agreed and launched with the END TB s.rategy within the deadlines.of international agreements.if there is.no reduction in exis.ing inequities.determinants.and ris. of illnes. in the country.
