multiple efforts have been performed worldwide around diverse aspects of land ***,land administration data and systems’notorious heterogeneity remains a longstanding challenge to develop a harmonized *** this sense,the traditional Spatial Data Infrastructures adoption is not enough to overcome this challenge since data sources’heterogeneity implies needs related to harmonization interoperability,sharing,and integration in land administration *** paper proposes a graph-based represen-tation of knowledge for integrating multiple and heterogeneous data sources(tables,shape-files,geodatabases,and WFS services)belonging to two Colombian agencies within a decentralized land administration *** knowledge graphs are developed on an ontology-based knowledge representation using national and international standards for land *** approach aims to prevent data isolation,enable cross-datasets integration,accomplish machine-processable data,and facilitate the reuse and exploitation of multi-jurisdictional datasets in a single approach.A real case study demonstrates the applicability of the land administration data cycle deployed.

many progresses have been made since the Digital Earth notion was envisioned thirteen years ***,the mechanism for integrating geographic informa-tion into the Digital Earth is still quite *** this context,we have developed a process to generate,integrate and publish geospatial Linked Data from several Spanish National *** data-sets are related to four Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community(INSPIRE)themes,specifically with Administrative units,Hydrography,Statistical units,and *** main goal is to combine different sources(heterogeneous,multidisciplinary,multitemporal,multiresolution,and multilingual)using Linked Data *** goal allows the overcoming of current problems of information integration and driving geographical information toward the next decade scenario,that is,‘Linked Digital Earth’.

AIm To investigate the synergistic hepato-protective properties of curcumin and vitamin E in an Hfe^(-/-)high calorie diet model of *** Hfe^(-/-)C57bl/6J mice were fed either a high calorie diet or a high calorie diet with 1 mg/g curcumin; 1.5 mg/g vitamin E; or combination of 1 mg/g curcumin + 1.5 mg/g vitamin E for 20 wk. Serum and liver tissue were collected at the completion of the experiment. Liver histology was graded by a pathologist for steatosis, inflammation and fibrosis. RNA and protein was extracted from liver tissue to examine gene and protein expression associated with fatty acid oxidation, mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative stress *** Hfe^(-/-)mice fed the high calorie diet developed steatohepatitis and pericentral fibrosis. Combination treatment with curcumin and vitamin E resulted in a greater reduction of percent steatosis than either vitamin E or curcumin therapy alone. Serum alanine aminotransferase and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) activity score were decreased following combination therapy with curcumin and vitamin E compared with high calorie diet alone. No changes were observed in inflammatory or fibrosis markers following treatment. Epididymal fat pad weights were significantly reduced following combination therapy, however total body weight and liver weight were unchanged. Combination therapy increased the m RNA expression of Adipo R2, Ppar-α, Cpt1 a, Nrf-1 and Tfb2 m suggesting enhanced fatty acid oxidation and mitochondrial biogenesis. In addition, combination treatment resulted in increased catalase activity in Hfe^(-/-)mice. CONCLUSION Combination curcumin and vitamin E treatment decreases liver injury in this steatohepatitis model, indicating that combination therapy may be of value in NAFLD.

利用甘蔗蔗渣(SB)和芦笋皮(AP)这两种农业工业废弃物,对以甘薯淀粉为基础的泡沫托盘(分别为淀粉/SB 和淀粉/AP托盘)进行了生物降解,提高了泡沫托盘的性能。制备了含不同浓度SB 和AP(0%-40%w/w)的淀粉/SB和淀粉/AP 托盘,并对其微观结构、物理、热学和力学性能进行了表征。纤维废料的加入使发泡托盘发黄,与无纤维的甘薯淀粉发泡托盘相比,发泡托盘亮度低,孔隙率高,机械阻力大,变形性好,吸水性好。添加SB的泡沫托板多孔性较低,吸水能力较低,抗拉强度较AP高。AP纤维的浓度越高(大于30%),泡沫托盘就越容易膨胀。纤维废弃物的加入提高了甘薯淀粉泡沫托盘的热稳定性。所制备的复合发泡托盘可作为膨化聚苯乙烯在食品干包装中的替代品。

High resolution imaging of inner jets in Active Galactic Nuclei(AGNs)with Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI)at millimeter wavelengths provides deep insight into the launching and collimation mechanisms of relativistic *** bl Lac object,PKS 1749+096,shows a core-dominated jet pointing toward the northeast on parsec-scales revealed by various VLBI *** order to investigate the jet kinematics,in particular,the orientation of the inner jet on the smallest accessible scales and the basic physical conditions of the core,in this work we adopted a super-resolution technique,the Bi-Spectrum maximum Entropy method(BSmEm),to reanalyze VLBI images based on the Very Long Baseline Array(VLBA)observations of PKS 1749+096 within the VLBA-BU-blAZAR 7 mm monitoring *** observations include a total of 105 epochs covering the period from 2009 to *** found that the stacked image of the inner jet is limb-brightened with an apparent opening angle of 50°.0±8°.0 and 42°.0±6°.0 at the distances of 0.2 and 0.3 mas(0.9 and 1.4 pc)from the core,corresponding to an intrinsic jet opening angle of 5°.2±1°.0 and 4°.3±0°.7,*** addition,our images show a clear jet position angle swing in PKS 1749+096 within the last ten *** discuss the possible implications of jet limb brightening and the connection of the position angle with jet peak flux density and gamma-ray brightness.

Introduction: Neisseria is a large genus of bacteria that colonize mucosal surfaces. Of the 11 species that colonize humans, only two are pathogens, N. meningitidis and N. gonorrhoeae. Both are obligate human pathogens;the last is causal agent of gonorrhea disease. Although curable with timely antibiotic treatment, an annual incidence of more than 62 million cases is estimated by the World Health Organization and there are no successful vaccines available. In contrast, several prophylactic vaccine options for Neisseria meningitidis meningitis do exist. Of note, there is trace of cross parenteral response induced between N. meningitidis and N. gonorrhoeae, and Proteoliposome (PL, also named outer membrane vesicles, OmV) vaccine has shown high impact on this response. Objective: To determine effect of VAmENGOC-BC? and its derivates (AFPL1 and AFCo1) at mucosal and systemic level and possible cross response against Neisseria gonhorroeae in Balb/c and C57bl/6 mice. methods: We evaluated cross response against N. gonorrhoeae in mouse serum IgG and saliva IgA after mucosal immunization with VA-mENGOC-BC or its derivatives (AF, Adjuvant Finlay PL1 or AFCo (cochleate) 1). Results: Immunizations with AFPL1 or AFCo1 induce anti N. gonorrhoeae at saliva IgA and serum IgG responses similar to VA-mENGOC-BC? vaccine. Conclusions: Such data confirms a new possible window of prime-boost vaccination strategy against gonorrhea and extends our knowledge regarding the effect of PL vaccines on cross responses.
