It has been recognized that a small amount of propane mixed with methane can change greatly in not only the thermodynamics but also the structural properties of gas ***,its mechanism is still not well understood *** this research,structure-Ⅱ(sⅡ)hydrate is synthesized using a methanepropane gas mixture with an initial mole ratio of 99:1,and it is found that large(5~(12)6~4)cages are cooccupied by multiple gases based on the rigid structure analysis of neutron diffraction *** first principles calculation and molecular dynamics simulation are conducted to uncover the molecular mechanism for sⅡmethane-propane hydrate formation,revealing that the presence of propane inhibits the formation of structure-Ⅰ(sⅠ)hydrate but promotes sⅡhydrate *** results help to understand the accumulation mechanism of natural gas hydrate and benefit to optimize the condition for gas storage and transportation in hydrate form.

Plantations of eucalypts as short-rotation tree crops are rapidly expanding in tropical and sub-tropical regions, including southern China, where the soils are acidic and available phosphorus （P） is limited. We investigated seedling growth, dry matter accumulation, and the dynamics of photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of seven Eucalyptus spe- cies/hybrids （E. dunnii, E. grandis, E. grandis x E. camaldulensis, E. urophylla x E. camaldulensis, E. urophylla x E. tereticornis, E. grandis x E. tereticornis, E. urophylla x E. grandis） in response to different levels of P supply （0, 6, 12 and 18 mg-kg-l KH2PO4）. The photosynthetic rate and the chlorophyll content significantly declined as the P supply declined in almost a linear fashion for all species as the P stress period extended. In the absence of P supply, height growth of seedlings of all species was significantly impaired, while root collar diameter growth and whole plant dry matter accumulation was not affected by the level of P supply in most of the species. Significant inter-species variations in growth, dry matter accumulation and photosynthetic rate in response to P supply were detected. Eucalyptus dunnii had the lowest growth perform- ance across all levels of P supply while E. urophylla x E. tereticornis showed superior growth performance. From a practical point of view, E. urophylla x E. tereticornis is suggested as a candidate hybrid for planting on slightly P-deficient sites in southern China while E. dunnii, being a slow-growing species, is not suitable for short-rotation plantation. On plantation sites where severe P deficiency exists, P fertilization needs to be considered to boost rapid growth of seedlings so as to meet the man- agement objectives of short-rotation plantation.

Several new stripe rust pathogen races emerged in the wheat growing regions of China in recent *** races were virulent to most of the designated wheat seedling resistance ***,it is necessary and worthwhile to identify new valuable resistant materials for the sake of diversifying resistant sources,pyramiding different resistance genes and achieving durable ***,we identified the resistance gene,temporarily designated as YrH9017,in wheat-Psathyrostachys huashanica introgression line H9017-14-16-5-3.A total of 146 F2 plants and their derived F2:3 families in a cross of Mingxian 169 and H9017-14-16-5-3 were used to evaluate seedling stripe rust response and as a mapping ***,we constructed a genetic map including eight simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers and expressed sequence tag(EST) ***9017 was located on the long arm of chromosome 2A and closely linked with two EST-sequence tagged site(EST-STS) markers BG604577 and BE471201 at 1.3 and 1.8 cM distance,*** two closest markers could be used for marker-assisted selection of YrH9017 in breeding.

Background The accurate and comprehensive assessment of glycemic control in patients with diabetes is important for optimizing glycemic management and for formulating personalized diabetic treatment schemes. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between 1,5-anhydroglucitol （1,5-AG） and glycemic excursions in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Seventy-one outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly recruited from Chinese People＇s Liberation Army General Hospital. Using a continuous glucose monitoring system （CGMS）, these patients＇ blood glucose levels were monitored for three consecutive days to obtain mean blood glucose （MBG） data. Intraday glycemic excursions were evaluated using the mean amplitude of glycemic excursions （maGE）, the largest amplitude of glycemic excursions （LAGE）, standard deviation of blood glucose （SDBG） and the M-value. Interday glycemic excursion was assessed by absolute mean of daily difference （MODD）. Postprandial glycemic fluctuations were evaluated using postprandial glucose excursions （PPGE） and postprandial incremental area under the curve （iAUC）. Fasting venous blood samples were collected to measure serum 1,5-AG, whole-blood hemoglobin Alc （HbAlc） and serum glycated albumin （GA）. Clinical markers of glycemia and parameters of glycemic excursions from CGMS were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate stepwise regression. Results Pearson correlation analysis revealed that 1,5-AG was significantly correlated with maGE, SDBG, M-value, LAGE, PPGE and iAUC （r values were-0.509,-0.430,-0.530,-0.462,-0.416 and-0.435, respectively, P 〈0.01）, especially in moderately and well-controlled patients, based on defined HbAlc levels. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis revealed a negative correlation between 1,5-AG and the above parameters, but not HbAlc and GA. Finally, HbAlc and GA were positively correlated with MBG and fasting blood glucose （FBG）. Conclusions 1,5-AG was much better than HbAlc and GA

Paper-based devices have attracted extensive attention due to the growing demand for disposable flexible ***,we integrate semiconducting devices on cellulose paper substrate through a simple abrasion technique that yields high-performance photodetectors.A solvent-free WS_(2) film deposited on paper favors an effective electron-hole separation and hampers *** as-prepared paper-based WS2 photodetectors exhibit a sensitive photoresponse over a wide spectral range spanning from ultraviolet(365 nm)to near-infrared(940 nm).Their responsivity value reaches up to~270 ma W^(−1) at 35 V under a power density of 35 mW cm^(−2).A high performance photodetector was achieved by controlling the environmental exposure as the ambient oxygen molecules were found to decrease the photoresponse and stability of the WS_(2) ***,we have built a spectrometer using such a paperbased WS_(2) device as the photodetecting component to illustrate its potential *** present work could promote the development of cost-effective disposable photodetection devices.

为解决仓储系统运行过程中能源消耗过大的问题,针对双层自动化立体仓库进行了能耗分析,建立了双层仓储系统存储、检索任务时间模型以及考虑物品自重的穿梭车(提升机、电梯)运动能耗模型,并利用仿真实验研究了仓库中自动小车及提升机的速度、加速度,货架布局对于仓库运行能耗、吞吐量的关系和影响。实验结果显示增加穿梭车速度、加速度都会提升系统吞吐量,速度对吞吐量的提升更大;增加电梯加速度、速度会适当降低能耗。达到吞吐量500条件下,新的系统布局可以降低20%左右的能耗并提升2.7%的吞吐量,帮助物流企业建立更加合理的仓库布局设计,从而减少存储和检索过程中的能源消耗。

Civil gas energy accidents in China from 2012-2021

In this study,civil gas energy accidents reported by the China Gas Network and related organizations from 2012 to 2021 were collected,and a comprehensive multidimensional correlation analysis was conducted considering factors such as accident timing,geography,causes,and *** results identified July and August,Mondays and Sundays,and the morning,mid-day,and evening cooking times as the high-incidence months,days,and times for gas accidents,*** accidents were found to occur more frequently in eastern coastal areas,provincial capitals,and larger cities,while residential and construction sites were identified as high-risk areas for gas *** were the most prevalent type of gas accident,followed by leaks,fires,and ***-party construction and valve issues were identified as the primary factors contributing to gas leakage,whereas cooking was identified as the most common ignition *** analysis of the Pearson correlation coefficient indicated a significant correlation among the gas accident ***,a time-series prediction model was developed to forecast gas accidents in China,with the results demonstrating fluctuating gas *** study proposes targeted preventive measures in terms of publicity,education,equipment,and facilities to provide scientific support to government units to improve civil gas energy security measures.

OBJECTIVE:The study aim was to use existing relevant indexes to establish an index series for the quantitative measurement of Qi deficiency pattern(QDP) in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS:Seventeen indexes of arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_2),TCM pulse diagnosis,heart rate,and blood pressure were integrated into an index series,and 94 selected subjects were divided into a healthy control group,a mild QDP group,and a typical QDP *** three groups were then synchronously given a breath-holding(BH) test and index detections using TCM apparatus for auxiliary diagnosis and treatment and a *** detections were carried out repeatedly until there was no monotonic change in the value of the minimal SaO_(2d)uring a BH measurement(SaO_(2 min)) or in the duration of BH during a BH measurement(TBH).RESULTS:BH measurement and index detection data from 380 eligible cases were analyzed and a significant intergroup difference was found for 12 ***:An index series for quantitative QDP measurement could comprise the 12 effective indexes:RSaO_(2d)(rate of decline of SaO_(2d)uring a BH measurement),RSaO_(2r)(recovery rate of SaO_2 after a BH measurement),SaO_(2 min),BFV(blood flow velocity),TSaO_(2d)(the time at which SaO_2 started declining during a BH measurement),TBH,TSa_(O2 min)(the time of occurrence of the minimal SaO_(2d)uring a BH measurement),TSa O_(2 max)(the time of occurrence of the maximal SaO_2 after a BH measurement),PTP(pulse-touching pressure),SBP(systolic blood pressure),PWV(pulse wave velocity),and DBP(diastolic blood pressure).Of the indexes,RSaO_(2d)could play akey role in quantitative QDP measurement;RSaO_(2r) and Sa O_2 mincould be used to differentiate the QDP symptom of shortness of breath and as early-warning indexes for chronic obstructive pulmonary ***,TSaO_(2d),and TBHcould be used to quantitatively assess the QDP symptoms of spontaneous perspiration and shortness of breath.
