While encryption technology safeguards the security of network communications,malicious traffic also uses encryption protocols to obscure its malicious *** address the issues of traditional machine learning methods relying on expert experience and the insufficient representation capabilities of existing deep learning methods for encrypted malicious traffic,we propose an encrypted malicious traffic classification method that integrates global semantic features with local spatiotemporal features,called BERT-based Spatio-Temporal Features Network(BSTFNet).At the packet-level granularity,the model captures the global semantic features of packets through the attention mechanism of the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers(BERT)*** the byte-level granularity,we initially employ the Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit(BiGRU)model to extract temporal features from bytes,followed by the utilization of the Text Convolutional Neural Network(TextCNN)model with multi-sized convolution kernels to extract local multi-receptive field spatial *** fusion of features from both granularities serves as the ultimate multidimensional representation of malicious *** approach achieves accuracy and F1-score of 99.39%and 99.40%,respectively,on the publicly available USTC-TFC2016 dataset,and effectively reduces sample confusion within the Neris and Virut *** experimental results demonstrate that our method has outstanding representation and classification capabilities for encrypted malicious traffic.

High content of asphaltenes and waxes leads to the high pour point and the poor flowability of heavy oil,which is adverse to its efficient development and its transportation in *** the interaction mechanism between asphaltene-wax is crucial to solve these problems,but it is still *** this paper,molecular dynamics simulation was used to investigate the interaction between asphaltenewax and its effects on the crystallization behavior of waxes in heavy *** show that molecules in pure wax are arranged in a paralleled *** wax molecules in heavy oil,which are close to the surface of asphaltene aggregates,are bent and arranged *** the mass fraction of asphaltenes in asphaltene-wax system(ωasp) is 0-25 wt%,the attraction among wax molecules decreases and the bend degree of wax molecules increases with the increase of ω*** ωaspincreases from 0 to 25 wt%,and the attraction between asphaltene-wax is stronger than that among *** causes that the wax precipitation point changes from 353 to 333 *** the ωaspincreases to 50 wt%,wax molecules are more dispersed owing to the steric hindrance of asphaltene aggregates,and the interaction among wax molecules transforms from attraction to *** causes that the ordered crystal structure of waxes can't be formed at normal ***,the asphaltene,with the higher molecular weight or the more hetero atoms,has more obvious inhibition to the formation of wax ***,resins also have an obvious inhibition on the wax crystal due to the formation of asphalteneresin aggregates with a larger *** results reveal the interaction mechanism between asphaltene-wax,and provide useful guidelines for the development of heavy oil.

Hydrogen acquisition from solar energy is an effective way to address energy crisis,which makes the development of efficient photocatalysts become the main direction of scientific ***,cobalt phthalocyanine/oxygen-doped g-C_(3)N_(4)(CoPc/OCN) S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst was designed by coupling multi-step calcination with solvothermal method for enhanced photothermal-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) *** multistep calcined g-C_(3)N_(4) is easier for O-doping formation,and the ethanol solvothermal strategy is utilized to enhance the dispersion of CoPc on OCN nano sheet surface and forms sufficient S-scheme heterojunction through *** addition,the active sites and excellent photothermal properties of CoPc itself further improve the integrated photocatalytic activity of CoPc/OCN S-scheme *** optimal photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate of CoPc/OCN S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst reached 9.56 mmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1),which is 2.69 and 1.23 times higher than that of CN and OCN,*** work provides a valuable design idea and scheme for enhancing the multi-factor co-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) evolution performance.

Metallosalen covalent organic frameworks(M(salen)-COFs)have garnered significant attention as promising candidates for advanced heterogeneous catalysis,including organocatalysis,electrocatalysis,and photocatalysis,due to their unique structural advantages(combining molecules catalysts and crystalline porous materials)and tunable topological *** is essential to provide a comprehensive overview of emerging designs of M(salen)-COFs and corresponding advances in this ***,this review first summarizes the reported metallolinkers and the synthesis methods of M(salen)-*** addition,the review enumerates the excellent M(salen)-COF based heterogeneous catalysts and discusses the fundamental mechanisms behind the outstanding heterogeneous catalytic performance of M(salen)-*** mechanisms include the pore enrichment effect(enhancing local concentration within porous materials to promote catalytic reactions),the three-in-one strategy(integrating enrichment,reduction,and oxidation sites in one system),and the incorporation of a built-in electric field(implanting a built-in electric field in heterometallic phthalocyanine covalent organic frameworks).Furthermore,this review discusses the challenges and prospects related to M(salen)-COFs in heterogeneous catalysis.

The development of green route for preparing propylene oxide (PO) with molecular oxygen is of significance both in academic and industrial. In this work, propylene epoxidation coupled with furfural oxidation catalyzed by platinum meso-tetraphenylporphyrin (Pt (II)TPP) has been developed. Propylene conversion and PO selectivity reached up to 56%and 83%, respectively. Meanwhile, furfural was almost completely converted to furoic *** on operando characterizations and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) tests, a mechanism involved high-valent Pt species was proposed. This work is expected to provide a potential application prospects for producing PO and furoic acid simultaneously in chemical industry.
