BACKGROUND The deterioration of thyroid health is involved in the progression of heart failure(HF).This is usually a lengthy process,so there are almost no reports on its rapid *** we report a case of a young male who rapidly developed hypothyroid cardiomyopathy secondary to radioactive iodine treatment,suggesting that severe HF might occur even after a short period of *** SUMMARY A 26-year-old man was referred to our hospital for HF presenting with dyspnea on exertion and chest discomfort lasting for 1 *** received radioactive iodine treatment for hyperthyroidism 1 year ago and had an almost normal echocardiogram 6 mo *** echocardiogram and cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)revealed left ventricle(LV)global hypokinesia and severely depressed systolic *** addition,late gadolinium enhancement indicated no obvious changes in the *** function tests showed decreased serum levels of thyroid hormone(TH)and elevated thyroid-stimulating *** on an exclusionary examination,the patient was diagnosed with hypothyroid cardiomyopathy and was started on replacement *** HF symptoms were completely relieved during the six-month follow-up,and echocardiogram and CMR revealed recovered LV size and ejection *** This report demonstrates that severe fluctuations in TH levels may lead to acute HF,which can completely recover with timely thyroid hormone *** addition,our findings highlight the importance of routinely detecting cardiac function in patients treated with radioactive iodine.

基于大数据分析的弓网参数反事实模型研究

弓网系统是城市轨道交通车辆输电的核心系统。如何改善车辆弓网系统发生的高温高频次燃弧现象是当前弓网系统的重要研究课题之一。针对大部分仿真模型的结果不可解释性的问题,该文提出了使用大数据分析的方式对车辆实际运行参数进行反事实模型的构建,以推断燃弧温度与弓网参数之间的因果关系,从而对弓网系统的运维工作提供理论支持。在数据预处理阶段,基于弓网系统架设原理,通过数据匹配的方式对缺失值进行了补充,并且采用DBSCAN算法对数据异常值进行处理,有效地提升了反事实预测模型的预测精度。在反事实预测模型构建阶段,提出了时间感知网络模型(Time-Aware BPNet)对弓网参数之间的因果关系进行模型拟合并比较。实验结果表明,相比于线性回归、多项式拟合模型、注意力机制的深度学习算法(Attention)和长短期记忆网络(LSTM),时间感知网络模型可以更好地对反事实数据进行预测。

Utilizing a range of techniques including multi-band light curves,softness ratio analysis,structure functions,rms spectra,cross-correlation functions,and ratios of spectra from different intervals,we present a comprehensive study of the complex X-ray spectral variability in Seyfert 1 galaxy Ark 120,through re-analyzing its six XMM-Newton observations taken between 2003 and *** find a clear“softer-when-brighter”trend in the 2–10 ke V power-law component over long timescales,with this trend being timescale dependent,as it is much weaker on shorter timescales,similar to that previously detected in NGC ***,a rare“harder-when-brighter”trend is observed during one exposure,indicating dynamic changes in the spectral variability behavior of the power-law *** exceptional exposure,with the spectral variability indeed marked by a power-law pivoting at an unusually low energy of～2 ke V,suggests intricate variations in the thermal Comptonization processes within the ***,when the data below 2 ke V are included,we identify that the soft excess component adds significant complexity to the spectral variability,such as evidenced by a transition from“harder-when-brighter”to“softer-when-brighter”during another single *** extra complexity arises because the variability of the soft excess sometimes follows and sometimes does not follow the changes in the power-law *** findings underscore the necessity of applying multiple analytic techniques to fully capture the multifaceted spectral variability of AGNs.

Abstra ct Utilizing efficient and durable photocatalysts for the removal of carcinogen Cr(Ⅵ)in wide pH water environment is of great significance for environment ***,three conjugated organic component-functionalized hourglass-type phosphomolybdate hybrids with the formulas(H_(2)DBQ)[Fe(-H_(2)O)_(3)]_(2){Fe[P_(4)Mo_(6)0_(31)H_(7)]_(2)}·7H_(2)O(1),(H_(2)DBQ)_(2)(H_(2)DBP)[Fe(H_(2)O)_(4)]{Fe[P_(4)Mo_(6)O_(31)H_(7)]_(2)}·4H_(2)O(2),(H_(2)DBP)_(2){Fe[P_(4-)Mo_(6)O_(31)H_(9)]_(2)}·10H_(2)O(3)(DBQ=2,2'-dimehyl-6,6'-biquinoline;DBP=4,4'-diaminobiphenyl)were synthesized via hydrothermal method as photocatalysts for reducing Cr(Ⅵ)under visible light *** analysis showed that hybrids 1-3 consist of hourglass-type[Fe(P_(4)Mo_(6)O_(31)H_(6))_(2)]^(10)-(***{P_(4)Mo_(6)}_(2))poly anionic clusters functionalized with different proportional of conjugated organic components(DBQ and DBP)effectively regulated their visible-light absorption capabilities and electron structures,which could be employed to reflect the structure-activity relationship of *** used as catalysts for reducing Cr(Ⅵ),hybrids 1-3 displayed distinct photocatalytic activities with Cr(Ⅵ)removal efficiencies of 91%,86%and 81%with only 10 W of white light being used as illumination,which are superior to that of pristine Fe{P_(4)Mo_(6)}_(2) salt(62%).Moreover,hybrid 1 also maintained high Cr(Ⅵ)removal efficiencies above~85%and high structural stabilities in solutions with wide pH ranges *** investigation showed that the higher organic component conjugation levels could promote the optic al absorption and facilitate the electron transfer between Fe{P_(4)Mo_(6)}_(2) and org anic components,thus resulting in effective Cr(Ⅵ)reduction photocatalytic *** work provides a viable way to design the photocatalysts based on polyoxometalates for removing wastewater pollutants.

In this study,the truncated octahedral CeO_(2)(CeO_(2)-to)with special morphology was prepared by the solvothermal method with oleic acid(OA)and oleamine(OM)as the morphology-directing ***-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)results show that CeO_(2)-to exposes composite{100}and{111}facets,while CeO_(2)cubic(CeO_(2)-c)and CeO_(2)octahedral(CeO_(2)-o)only expose single crystal facets of{100}plane and{111}plane,***,this CeO_(2)-to photocatalyst exhibits remarkable photooxidation performance of gaseous acetaldehyde(CH_(3)CHO)degradation,in which CO_(2)generation value reaches 1.78 and 7.97-times greater than that of CeO_(2)-c and CeO_(2)-o,*** addition,the active species trapping experiment signifies that superoxide(·O_(2)^(-))and holes(h^(+))are the main reactive substances during the CH_(3)CHO degradation process,and the electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)spectra indicates that the former is the major ***,the electron transfer mechanism between CeO_(2)-to{100}and{111}facets and the surface oxygen adsorption ability are revealed via density functional theory(DFT)*** is also confirmed that{100}facets are more conducive to the absorption of acetaldehyde than{111}***,a reasonable mechanism for improved photocatalytic CH_(3)CHO degradation on CeO_(2)-to is proposed based on relevant experiments and DFT *** study demonstrates that the systematic development of surface homojunction structured photocatalysts can efficiently increase the degradation activity for volatile organic compounds(VOCs).It also offers additional direction for optimizing the photocatalytic activity of other ceriumbased photocatalysts.

We propose a scheme for controlling the coherent transport of a single electron through a closed three-level structure in coupled quantum *** coherent transport is externally controlled by applying a weak few-cycle pulse with an adjustable carrier-envelope phase(CEP).It is revealed numerically that there exists a significant dependence of the electron transport on the *** results illustrate the potential to utilize few-cycle pulses for the excitation in coupled quantum dot systems through control of the CEP,as well providing guidance in the design for possible experimental implementations.
