due to the rapid advancements in network technology,blockchain is being employed for distributed data *** the Internet of Things(IoT)scenario,different participants manage multiple blockchains located in different trust domains,which has resulted in the extensive development of cross-domain authentication ***,the emergence of many attackers equipped with quantum computers has the potential to launch quantum computing attacks against cross-domain authentication schemes based on traditional cryptography,posing a significant security *** response to the aforementioned challenges,our paper demonstrates a post-quantum cross-domain identity authentication scheme to negotiate the session key used in the cross-chain asset exchange ***,our paper designs the hiding and recovery process of user identity index based on lattice cryptography and introduces the identity-based signature from lattice to construct a post-quantum cross-domain authentication ***,our paper utilizes the hashed time-locked contract to achieves the cross-chain asset exchange of blockchain nodes in different trust ***,the security analysis reduces the security of the identity index and signature to Learning With Errors(LWE)and Short Integer Solution(SIS)assumption,respectively,indicating that our scheme has post-quantum *** but not least,through comparison analysis,we display that our scheme is efficient compared with the cross-domain authentication scheme based on traditional cryptography.

Objective:Yiqi Fumai Lyophilized Injection(YQFM),a Chinese medicine injection,has been widely used for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,especially heart failure(HF).However,bioactive compounds and underlying mechanisms of YQFM in treating HF remain poorly *** and Methods:network pharmacology was employed to investigate the bioactive compounds and mechanisms of YQFM.A compound-target network was constructed to screen bioactive compounds based on contribution index ***,an adriamycin-induced HF rat model was established to evaluate the cardio-protective effects of YQFM by hematoxylin and eosin staining and enzyme-linked immunosorbent ***:network pharmacology indicated that YQFM may alleviate HF through 3. compounds and 109 ***,ginsenosides Rb1,Rg1,Re,Rf,Rb2,Rh1,schisandrin,and ginsenoside Rc were indicated as the top contributors of YQFM in treating *** was predicted to act on multiple targets such as vascular endothelial growth factor A,interleukin-2(IL-2),IL-6,and IL-1β,as well as to regulate signaling pathways such as hypoxia-inducible factor 1,tumor necrosis factor,VEGF,and *** pharmacological study suggested that YQFM could attenuate cardiac injury and up-regulate plasma concentrations of VEGFR-1 and NO in HF *** Rb1,as the major contributor from network pharmacology analysis,also showed a cardioprotective effect and up-regulation of VEGFR-1 in ***:Ginsenosides and schisandrin were predicted as the most important contributors to the cardioprotective effect of *** Rb1 was proved to alleviate HF and increase the plasma concentration of VEGFR-1.

To investigate the influence of extractable organic matter （EOM） on pore evolution of lacustrine shales, Soxhlet extraction, using dichloromethane, was performed on a series of Chang 7 shale samples （Ordos Basin, china） with vitrinite reflectance of 0.64% to 1.3.%. Low-pressure gas adsorption experiments were conducted on the samples before and after extraction. The pore structure parameters were calculated from the gas adsorption data. The results show complex changes to the pore volumes and surface areas after extraction. The pore development of both the initial and extracted samples is strongly controlled by total organic carbon （TOC） content. Micropores developed mainly in organic matter （OM）, while mesopores and macropores predominantly developed in fractions other than OM. The influence of EOM on micropores is stronger than on mesopores and macropores. Organic solvents with a higher boiling point should be used to explore the effect of EOM on pore structure in the future.

There are currently approximately 4000 mutations in the SARS-CoV-2 S protein gene and emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants continue to spread rapidly *** vaccines with high efficacy and safety urgently need to be developed to prevent SARS-CoV-2 variants ***,we described a novel self-assembling universal mRNA vaccine containing a heterologous receptorbinding domain(HRBD)-based dodecamer(HRBD^(dodecamer))against SARS-CoV-2 variants,including Alpha(B.1.1.7),Beta(B.1.3.1),Gamma(B.1.***.28.1),Delta(B.1.617.2)and Omicron(B.1.1.529).HRBD containing four heterologous RBD(Delta,Beta,Gamma,and Wild-type)can form a stable dodecameric conformation under T4 trimerization tag(Flodon,FD).The HRBD^(dodecamer)-encoding mRNA was then encapsulated into the newly-constructed LNPs consisting of a novel ionizable lipid(4N4T).The obtained universal mRNA vaccine(4N4T-HRBD^(dodecamer))presented higher efficiency in mRNA transfection and expression than the approved ALC-03.5 LNPs,initiating potent immune protection against the immune escape of SARS-CoV-2 caused by evolutionary *** findings demonstrated the first evidence that structure-based antigen design and mRNA delivery carrier optimization may facilitate the development of effective universal mRNA vaccines to tackle SARS-CoV-2 variants pandemic.

Hydrogen and light hydrocarbon components are essential resources of the *** optimization of the refinery hydrogen system and recovery of the light hydrocarbon components contained in the gas streams are key strategies to reduce the operating costs for sustainable *** research efforts have been focused on the optimization of single impurity hydrogen network,and the flowrates of the hydrogen sources and sinks are assumed to be ***,their flowrates vary along with the quality of crude oil and refinery processing plans.A general superstructure of multicomponent refinery hydrogen network is proposed,which considers four components,namely H_(2),H_(2)S,CH_(4) and C_(2+),as well as the flowrate variations of hydrogen source and hydrogen *** mathematical model based on the superstructure is developed with objective functions,inc{3.ding the minimization of total annualized cost and the maximization of overall satisfaction of the hydrogen ***,the model considers the removal of hydrogen sulfide and the recovery of light hydrocarbon components(i.e.,C_(2+))in the *** verify the applicability of the proposed mathematical model,a simplified industrial case study with four scenarios is *** optimization results show that the economic benefit can be maximized by considering both the direct reuse of gas streams from high-pressure separator(HP gas stream)and from low-pressure separator(LP gas stream)and the recovery of the light hydrocarbon *** fuzzy optimization method can be used to guide the optimal design of the refinery hydrogen system with multi-period variable flowrates.

The MADS-box(DAM)gene PpDAM6,which is related to dormancy,plays a key role in bud endodormancy release,and the expression of PpDAM6 decreases during endodormancy ***,the interaction network that governs its regulation of the endodormancy release of flower buds in peach remains *** this study,we used yeast two-hybrid(Y2H)assays to identify a mitogen-activated protein kinase,PpMAPK6,that interacts with PpDAM6 in a peach dormancy-associated SSHcDNA ***6 is primarily located in the nucleus,and Y2H and bimolecular fluorescence complementation(BiFC)assays verified that PpMAPK6 interacts with PpDAM6 by binding to the MADS-box domain of *** real-time PCR(qRT-PCR)analysis showed that the expression of PpMAPK6 was opposite that of PpDAM6 in the endodormancy release of three cultivars with different chilling requirements(Prunus persica‘Chun{3.e’,Prunus persica ***‘Zhongyou 5’,Prunus persica‘Qingzhou peach’).In addition,abscisic acid(ABA)inhibited the expression of PpMAPK6 and promoted the expression of PpDAM6 in flower *** results indicated that PpMAPK6 might phosphorylate PpDAM6 to accelerate its degradation by interacting with *** expression of PpMAPK6 increased with decreasing ABA content during endodormancy release in peach flower buds,which in turn decreased the expression of PpDAM6 and promoted endodormancy release.

中医舌诊的客观化、定量化研究是中医现代化发展中的重要课题.数字化采集到的舌图像包括舌体及部分面部区域,为了便于后续舌象自动分析,需要首先将舌体部分从图像中分割出来,分割效果将直接影响后续舌象特征分析的准确性.基于传统方法的舌象分割技术虽然取得了很大进展,但其性能仅能达到半自动分割,对较难分割的图像往往需要借助人机交互来完成.近年来,深度学习技术在图像处理及计算机视觉等多个领域取得了突破,其在图像语义分割任务中也取得了远超传统方法的进展.基于深度学习的舌象分割技术已经基本实现了全自动的鲁棒分割.本文首先从传统分割方法和基于深度学习的分割方法两方面对中医舌象分割技术发展中的主要方法进行综述;其次,采用我们收集的舌象数据库对典型的方法进行性能评估,并对不同舌象分割方法的特点进行分析与讨论.最后,对中医舌图像分割方法潜在的发展方向进行了展望.

岩土颗粒材料在达到Mohr-Coulomb塑性极限之前可能已经发生了没有明显局部损伤的全域准均匀破坏,即分散性失稳。近年来,网络科学工具在颗粒材料环境中的应用为研究其失稳破坏现象提供了有趣新颖的洞见。采用离散单元法对不同初始密实度的颗粒体系进行等体积应变加载路径的数值试验,发现初始状态越松散的颗粒体系越有可能发生分散性失稳;采用网络科学的理论和方法分析颗粒接触网络的拓扑结构特性和演化规律,发现颗粒材料分散性失稳的结构根源是颗粒接触网络完全崩塌。将颗粒体系划分为强、弱接触系统以构建强接触子网络、弱接触子网络和强-弱接触子网络,研究颗粒接触网络及其3.子网络的特征量演化,结果表明:当颗粒材料开始处于不稳定状态时,易受扰动的弱接触系统的部分接触先失效,导致强接触系统失去其稳定支撑作用而降低承载能力。随着加载的继续,系统通过非局部的自组织过程导致接触结构的全面崩塌,最终触发整体分散性失稳。因此,先于整体失稳的部分弱接触的失效,可视为颗粒材料分散性失稳的关键性临界征兆。
