Identification of Alkaloid’s Profile in Ficus benjamina l. Extracts with Higher Antioxidant Power

Different classes of known alkaloid compounds were identified for the first time in leaves and barks of Ficus benjamina l. from Moraceae family. The identification of 28 alkaloids in F. benjamina leaves and 14 alkaloids in its barks was identified using chromatographic analysis as Gas Chromatography associated to Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). This characterization analysis allows to verifying the presence of different alkaloids type-classes in both leaves and barks, such as isoquinoline class, indole class and quinolizidine class. The quantification results are deduced by analysis with spectrophotometric assay, using a calibration curve of boldine as standard alkaloid that reveals the presence of 26 ± 0.1 μg of alkaloids boldine equivalent in 1 gram of F. benjamina leaves and 3.8 ± 0.1 μg alkaloids boldine equivalent in 1 gram of its barks. A significant correlation was observed between the total alkaloid content of crude extracts and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl assay (DPPH), suggesting that the level of antioxidant activity in this species is strongly correlated to the alkaloid content. These findings should provide useful information for future on the pharmaceutical properties of these alkaloids from F. benjamina.

The case of a 52-year-old woman with a past history of thymoma resection who presented with chronic diarrhea and generalized edema is the focal point of this article.A diagnosis of Giardia lamblia infection was established,which was complicated by protein-losing enteropathy and severely low serum protein level in a patient with no urinary protein loss and normal liver *** anti-helmintic treatment,there was recovery from hypoalbuminemia,though immunoglobulins persisted at low serum levels leading to the hypothesis of an immune system ***'s syndrome is a rare cause of immunodeficiency characterized by the association of hypogammaglobulinemia and *** primary immune disorder may be complicated by severe infectious diarrhea secondary to disabled humoral and cellular immune *** is the first description in the literature of an adult patient with an immunodeficiency syndrome who presented with protein-losing enteropathy secondary to giardiasis.

AIM:To study the action of aminoguanidine on pancreatic cancer xenografts in relation to cell proliferation,apoptosis,redox status and ***:Xenografts of PANC-1 cells were developed in nude mice. The animals were separated into two groups:control and aminoguanidine treated. Tumor growth,survival and appearance of metastases were determined in vivo in both groups. Tumors were excised and ex vivo histochemical studies were performed. Cell growth was assessed by Ki-67 expression. Apoptosis was studied by intratumoral expression of B cell lymphoma-2 protein (Bcl-2) family proteins and Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase biotin-dUTP Nick End labeling (Tunel). Redox status was evaluated by the expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS),catalase,copper-zinc superoxide dismutase (CuZnSOD),manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GPx). Finally,vascularization was determined by Massons trichromic staining,and by VEGF and CD34 ***:Tumor volumes after 32 d of treatment by aminoguanidine (AG) were significantly lower than in control mice (P l of AG mice was significantly greater than control animals (P lateral and contralateral palpable metastases was significantly delayed in AG group. AIM To assess the etiology of chronic liver diseases(ClD) from 1998 to 2014 at the outpatient clinic of Gastroenterology of the main hospital in Northwest of Italy among those dedicated to *** A random sample of charts of patients referred to for increased liver enzymes between January 1998 and December 2006, and between January 2012 and December 2014 were reviewed. Etiology search included testing for hepatitis B virus(HBV), hepatitis C virus(HCV), autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, Wilson's disease and hereditary hemocromatosis. A risky alcohol consumption was also considered. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFlD) was diagnosed in patients with histological and/or ultrasound evidence of steatosis/steatohepatitis, and without other causes of *** The number of patients included was 1163. Of them, 528(45%) had positivity for HCV and 85(7%) for HBV. Among the virus-free patients, 417(36%) had metabolic disorders whereas the remaining had history of alcohol abuse, less prevalent causes of ClD or concomitant conditions. In comparison to 1998-2000(41%), a reduction of HCV alone-related cases was detected during the periods 2001-2003(35%, OR = 0.75, 95%CI: 0.53-1.06), 2004-2006(33%, OR = 0.70, 95%CI: 0.50-0.97) and 2012-2014(31%, OR = 0.64, 95%CI: 0.46-0.91). On the contrary, in comparison to 1998-2000(31%), metabolic-alone disorders increased in the period 2004-2006(39%, OR = 1.37, 95%CI: 0.99-1.91) and 2012-2014(41%, OR = 1.53, 95%CI: 1.09-2.16). The other etiologies remained stable. The increase of incidence of metabolic-alone etiology during the period 2004-2006 and 2012-2014 tended to be higher in older patients(≥ 50 years) compared to younger(P = 0.058).CONClUSION In the Northwest of Italy, during this study period, the prevalence of HCV infection decreased notably whereas that of NAFlD increased.

The maternal behavior in mammals is one of the most stable and highly conserved motivated species-specific behaviors and crucial for reproductive functions. During maternal behavior nursing and feeding are associated factors with survival of mammalian offspring, mammals nurse their newborn in a wide diversity in the behavioral. In the mother relationship the suckling is the behavioral patterns that identified and unified mammals and showed several selected evolutionary conserved behavior. The milk is an important reward for the pups, it ensure the surviving. The quality of maternal behavior is transmitted between generations;the inadequate maternal care has harmful effects in the adulthood individual. The specific maternal pattern modalities differ greatly between species;the human bonding has underlying biological mechanisms similar in mammals. Maternal brain is modified in order to prepare the mother-pup relationship, being crucial for the adequate behavioral display in the mother-pup relationship. A bulk of surrounding factor such as sensorial stimulus, temperature, ultrasonic communication, and reinforcing stimulus determines the quality of the nursing and care of the progeny. Mother care and nursing quality have long lasting effects in adulthood, determining cognitive and behavioral development and some specific psychiatric and psychological condition in human populations.

本论文是以翻译报告做为主要任务,更具体地说,是著名作家兼翻译家傅雷在其著作《傅雷家书》中使用简单过去时（pretérito perfecto simple）以及未完成过去时（pretérito imperfecto del indicativo）的用法。进行中译西翻译的过程中最大困难之一就是准确使用西班牙文的简单过去时以及未完成过去时,这是因为汉语表达这两种时态的方式跟西班牙文很不一样,因此经常会引起疑问或歧义。本研究参考了先前研究之后决定将康苏尔洛·马科斯·马丁内（Consuelo Marcos Martínez）博士和兰教授以及其他研究员的结论作为该论文的理论框架。在分析译文的过程中,发现若翻译员以该论文所提及的理论框架来进行翻译任务,他将能做出一个较准确的选择,但也同时发现在很多情况下这两种时态是可互换的。因此,奥尔特加教授与卡斯塔涅达教授（Ortega y Casta（?）eda）的结论能为两者之间的细微差别提供理论和见解。
