低渗致密碳酸盐岩油气藏常与储层中裂缝的发育有着密切关系.在对岩心裂缝发育特征分析和叠前地震资料评价的基础上,本文利用叠前地震方位各向异性技术对TNB构造带嘉二段储层裂缝发育密度和方向进行了区域上的检测,分析了裂缝相对发育带的分布规律.研究表明,裂缝发育带在区域上呈现一定的分区性,既受TNB背斜带的宏观控制,又受后期叠加局部构造的影响.研究成果为下一步该地区的井位部署提供了参考依据,同时也展现了叠前地震方位各向异性技术在储层裂缝检测中的应用前景.

Effect of intramuscular injection of hepatocyte growth factor plasmid DNA with electroporation on bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis in rats

Background So far, there is no efficient treatment for pulmonary fibrosis. The objective of this study was to determine whether intramuscular injection of the hepatocyte growth factor （HGF） pfasmid DNA by in vivo electroporation could prevent bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats, and to investigate the possible mechanisms. Methods Twenty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups： control group （group C）, model group （group M）, early intervention group （group Ⅰ ） and late intervention group （groupⅡ）. Groups M, Ⅰ and Ⅱ were intratracheally infused with bleomycin, then injected the plasmid pcDNA3.1-hHGF to group Ⅰ on day 7, 14 and 21. Group Ⅱ received the same treatment like Group Ⅰ on day 14 and 21. All the rats were killed on day 28 after bleomycin injection. We detected Homo HGF expression in the rats with ELISA method and estimated the pathological fibrosis score of lung tissue using hematoxylin eosin （HE） and Massion staining. The mRNA expression of transforming growth factor-β1 （TGF-β1）, cycloxygenase-2 （COX-2）, and rat HGF in rat pulmonary parenchyma were evaluated by RT-PCR. Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting were performed to determine the protein expression of transforming TGF-β1 and COX-2 in lung parenchyma. Results The plasmid pcDNA3.1-hHGF could express hHGF in NIH3T3 cells and the hHGF protein is secreted into the culture medium. The expression of hHGF protein could be monitored in quadriceps muscle, plasma and lung in Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Pulmonary fibrosis levels of Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were obviously lower than that of group M （P〈0.05）. Expression of TGF-β1 protein and mRNA in lung tissue was markedly decreased in Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ compared with Group M （P〈0.05）. The level of expression of HGF and COX-2 mRNA was higher in Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ than in Group M （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Injection of the plasmid pcDNA3.1-hHGF into skeletal muscle with electroporation has a potential role in the treatment of bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis. Exog

A new flavonoid 1 rhamnocitrin-3-O-（6＂-femloyl）-β-D-galactopyranoside-4＇-O-β-D- glucospyranoside called kansuensisoside A together with a known flavonoid 2 （rhamnocitrin- 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside-4＇-O-β-D-glucospyranoside） were isolated from the extract of the whole plant of Oxytropis kansuensis Bunge. The structure of 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D-NMR techniques （COSY, HMQC, HMBC） and HR-ESIMS.

Light-driven nitrogen fixation to produce ammonia is a green and economical technology of nitrogen reduction but is still quite challenging, especially in an air atmosphere without any sacrificial ***, we demonstrate efficient photocatalytic nitrogen fixation using water and air directly by loading lanthanide–transition metal(4f–3d) cluster NdCo_(3) on two-dimensional P-doped graphitic carbon nitrides(PCN) material surface. Benefiting from the increase in the number of nitrogen vacancies(NVs) and highly matched band gap structure and excellent hole trapping ability of clusters, the NdCo_(3)/PCN photocatalyst exhibits efficient nitrogen reduction activity with 371(in air) and 825 μmol h^(-1)g^(-1)(in pure nitrogen)without any sacrificial reagents. The introduction of potassium sulfate inhibits hydrogen production and promotes nitrogen reduction activation. This work suggests that anchoring precisely structured clusters on 2D materials may enhance photocatalytic nitrogen reduction under normal temperature and pressure.

Gas flexible pipes are critical multi-layered equipment for offshore oil and gas development. Under high pressure conditions, small molecular components of natural gas dissolve into the polymer inner liner of the flexible pipes and further diffuse into the annular space, incurring annular pressure build-up and/or production of acidic environment, which poses serious challenges to the structure and integrity of the flexible pipes. Gas permeation in pipes is a complex phenomenon governed by various factors such as internal pressure and temperature, annular structure, external temperature. In a long-distance gas flexible pipe, moreover, gas permeation exhibits non-uniform features, and the gas permeated into the annular space flows along the metal gap. To assess the complex gas transport behavior in long-distance gas flexible pipes, a mathematical model is established in this paper considering the multiphase flow phenomena inside the flexible pipes, the diffusion of gas in the inner liner, and the gas seepage in the annular space under varying permeable properties of the annulus. In addition, the effect of a variable temperature is accounted. A numerical calculation method is accordingly constructed to solve the coupling mathematical equations. The annular permeability was shown to significantly influence the distribution of annular pressure. As permeability increases, the annular pressure tends to become more uniform, and the annular pressure at the wellhead rises more rapidly. After annular pressure relief followed by shut-in, the pressure increase follows a convex function. By simulating the pressure recovery pattern after pressure relief and comparing it with test results, we deduce that the annular permeability lies between 123 and 512 m D. The results help shed light upon assessing the annular pressure in long distance gas flexible pipes and thus ensure the security of gas transport in the emerging development of offshore resources.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)are regarded as promising energy storage devices due to their low cost,high capacity,and ecological ***,the severe dendritic growth and side reactions hinder their practical applicability ***,an ultrathin Cu coating layer(~200 nm)is decorated on zinc foils via filtered cathodic vacuum arc deposition technology,aiming to achieve high-performance *** Cu layer effectively suppresses chemical corrosion and hydrogen evolution reactions and enables preferential(002)Zn deposition during the stripping/plating ***,the Cu@Zn anode represents an elongated cycle life over 4,000 h at 2 mA·cm^(-2)/2 mAh·cm^(-2).Even in conditions of high current density of 5 and 10 mA·cm^(-2),the Cu@Zn anode shows prolonged cycling stability exceeding 4000 and 2000 h,*** advantages also bring high Coulombic efficiency of 99.87%under 5 mAh·cm^(-2)in Cu@Ti||Zn half-cell over 1500 ***,the Cu@Zn||MnO_(2)full cell demonstrates a superior cyclability with a specific capacity of 203 mAh·g^(-1)after 500 cycles a1 A·g^(-1).

The safety of risers in hang-off states is a vital challenge in offshore oil and gas engineering.A new hang-off system installed on top of risers is proposed for improving the security of *** approach leads to a challenging problem:coupling the dynamics of risers with a new hang-off system combined with multiple structures and complex *** accurately analyze the dynamic responses of the coupled system,a coupled dynamic model is established based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam-column theory and penalty function method.A comprehensive analysis method is proposed for coupled dynamic analysis by combining the finite element method and the Newmarkβ*** analysis program is also developed in MATLAB for dynamic *** simulation results show that the dynamic performances of the risers at the top part are significantly improved by the new hang-off system,especially the novel design,which includes the centralizer and articulation *** bending moment and lateral deformation of the risers at the top part decrease,while the hang-off joint experiences a great bending moment at the bottom of the lateral restraint area which requires particular attention in design and *** platform navigation speed range under the safety limits of risers expands with the new hang-off system in use.

We extend our research on the energy flux and waveform characteristics of gravitational waves generated by merging nonspinning binary black holes through self-consistent effective one-body theory to include binary systems with slowly spinning black ***,we decompose the equation for the null tetrad component of the gravitationally perturbed Weyl tensorψ_4~B into radial and angular parts,leveraging the second-order approximation of the rotation parameter ***,we derive an analytical solution for the radial equation and observe that our results are contingent upon the parameters a_(2),a_(3),and a,which represent the second-and third-order correction parameters,***,we calculate the energy flux,the radiation-reaction force and the waveform for the“plus”and“cross”modes of the gravitational waves generated by merging slowly spinning binary black holes.

A recent study published by Simon Alberti1 in Cell has revealed that DNA double-strand break(DSB)sites that prevent the disjunction of broken DNA ends are formed through poly(ADPribose)(PAR)polymerase 1(PARP1)-DNA co-condensation.1(Fig.1).Here,a comprehensive and novel model was provided for the ordered assembly of PARP1-DNA condensates,which can rationally make clear broken DNA end synapses and how repair effectors are recruited to repair DSB.
