Antibiotic misuse has resulted in the emergence of superbugs,warranting new antibacterial *** amorphisation oxygen vacancy-rich porous Sn_(3)O_(x)nanosheets in situ grown on Ni foam are successfully designed via a simple,one-step hydrothermal method,resulting in enhanced photoelectrochemical(PEC)bacterial *** this system,the porous structure enriches its surface with oxygen vacancies,which can extend the absorption spectrum into the near-infrared region,while oxygen vacancies can enhance the separation of electronhole *** importantly,the sheet-like porous structure enhances surface active sites and increase the contact area between bacteria and ***,the reactive oxygen species produced during the PEC process can directly act on the surface of bacteria and is100%effectively against drug-resistant Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in water within 30 *** study acts as a foundation for the development of novel photoelectrocatalyst electrodes for efficient water purification.

Perching allows small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)to maintain their altitude while significantly extending their flight duration and reducing ***,current research on flying habitats is poorly adapted to unstructured environments,and lacks autonomous capabilities,requiring ideal experimental environments and remote control by *** solve these problems,in this paper,we propose a bat-like UAV perching mechanism by investigating the bat upside-down perching method,which realizes double self-locking in the perching state using the ratchet and four-link dead point *** on this perching mechanism,this study proposes a control strategy for UAVs to track targets and accomplish flight perching autonomously by combining a binocular camera,single-point LiDAR,and pressure *** perching experiments were conducted for crossbar-type objects *** experimental results show that a multirotor UAV equipped with the perching mechanism and sensors can reliably achieve autonomous flight perching and re-flying off the target *** power consumption is reduced to 2.9%of the hovering state when perched on the target object.

The in situ(TiC+TiB)/TA15 composites with different volume percentages of reinforcement(10%,15%,20%and 25%)were prepared by water-cooled copper crucible vacuum suspension melting *** structures and compositions of the TA15 alloy and its composites were analyzed by XRD and EDS,and their electrochemical corrosion behaviors in the 3.5%NaCl solution were *** wear testing was conducted using a reciprocating ball-on-disc wear tester under a 10 N *** show that the in situ fibrous TiB phase and the granular TiC phase are uniformly distributed on the composite *** microhardness can reach up to 531 HV as 25vol.%TiC+TiB reinforcement is *** with the TA15 alloy,the volume wear rate decreases from(2.21±0.07)×10^(-4)to(1.75±0.07)×10^(-4)mm^(3)·N^(-1)·m^(-1)by adding 15vol.%TiC+TiB reinforcement,and the wear mechanism is adhesive *** the volume percentage of the reinforcement phase reaches 25%,the volume wear rate increases from(1.75±0.07)×10^(-4)to(2.41±0.07)×10^(-4)mm^(3)·N^(-1)·m^(-1),and the wear mechanism changes into abrasive *** volume loss resulted by the interaction between corrosion and wear accounts for more than 27%of the total wear *** volume loss due to wear-induced corrosion changes from 1.94%to 4.06%with different additions of *** volume loss caused by corrosion-induced wear initially increases from 24.08%to 26.90%as the reinforcement increases from 0 to 15%due to the increase of corrosion potential,and then decreases from 26.90%to 25.68%as the reinforcement increases from 15%to 25%due to the peeling of TiC phase.

AIM: To investigate the synergistic effect of oxymatrine(OM) and angiogenesis inhibitor NM-3 on modulatingapoptosis in human gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901,MKN-45, MKN-74. METHODS: Human gastric cancer lines SGC-7901,MKN-45, MKN-74 were treated with OM in the absenceand presence of NM-3. The inhibitory rates weredetected by MTT assay. Synergistic effect of OM andNM-3 on the growth of survivin, bcl-2, bax and p53 inSGC-7901 cells were examined by semiquantitative RT-PCR and Western blotting, and their growth inhibitoryeffects were also observed on SGC-7901 tumor xenograftin nude ***: OM combined with NM-3 exhibited asynergistic inhibitory effect on the growth of SGC-7901,MKN-45 and MKN-74 cells in a time-dependent ***-four hours after treatment with OM, NM-3 aloneand their combination, mRNA expression of survivin andbcl-2 in SGC-7901 cells decreased, p53 mRNA expressionincreased. OM (4 g/L) combined with NM-3 significantlyincreased the expression of p53 mRNA and decreasedthe expression of survivin and bcl-2 compared witheither agent alone (193% ± 34% vs 129% ± 12%;44% ± 18% vs 92% ± 18%; 36 ± 17% vs 93% ± 23%,P < 0.05). Western blotting showed that the synergisticeffect of OM and NM-3 on protein translation of survivin,bcl-2 and p 53 was in accordance with their ***, OM/NM-3 combination obviously exhibitedantitumor growth effect in xenografted human gastriccancer cells SGC-7901 compared with either agent ***: OM combined with NM-3 has synergisticinhibitory effects on human gastric cancer cells in vitro and can suppress the growth of xenografted human gastric cancer cells SGC-7901 in vivo.

Carbon nitride has been extensively used as a visible-light photocatalyst,but it has the disadvantages of a low specific surface area,rapid electron-hole recombination,and relatively low light *** this study,single-atom Ag was successfully anchored on ultrathin carbon nitride(UTCN)via thermal polymerization,the catalyst obtained is called *** Ag hardly changed the carbon nitride's layered and porous physical *** exhibited efficient visible-light photocatalytic performances in the degradation of various recalcitrant pollutants,eliminations of 85% were achieved by visible-light irradiation for *** with Ag improved the photocatalytic performance of UTCN by narrowing the forbidden band gap from 2.49 to 2.36 e V and suppressing electron-hole pair *** addition,Ag doping facilitated O_(2) adsorption on UTCN by decreasing the adsorption energy from -0.2 to -2.22 e V and favored the formation of O_(2)^(·-).Electron spin resonance and radical-quenching experiments showed that O_(2)^(·-)was the major reactive species in the degradation of Acetaminophen(paracetamol,APAP).

The effect of Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) mass ratio and CaO content on the viscosity and structure of the CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-6MgO-1.5ZrO_(2)-1.5CeO_(2) slag was *** results show that with the increase in Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) mass ratio,the viscous flow units within the slag gradually change from Si-O-Si to Al-O-Al and ***,the substitution of Al_(2)O_(3) for SiO_(2) leads to the transformation of Si-O bonds towards weaker Al-O bonds,which weaken the bond strength of the aluminosilicate networks,thus leading to a decrease in the viscosity of *** increase in CaO content effectively promotes the depolymerization of the aluminosilicate networks,resulting in a significant decrease in the viscosity of the *** slag with Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) of 0.7-1.5 and CaO of 30 wt.%shows promise as the reference slag system for the Fe-collection smelting of spent automotive catalysts due to its good comprehensive performance.

Thermal and induced flow velocity characteristics of radio frequency（RF） surface dielectric barrier discharge（SDBD）plasma actuation are experimentally investigated in this paper. The spatial and temporal distributions of the dielectric surface temperature are measured with the infrared thermography at atmospheric pressure. In the spanwise direction, the highest dielectric surface temperature is acquired at the center of the high voltage electrode, while it reduces gradually along the chordwise direction. The maximum temperature of the dielectric surface raises rapidly once discharge *** several seconds（typically 100 s）, the temperature reaches equilibrium among the actuator＇s surface, plasma, and surrounding air. The maximum dielectric surface temperature is higher than that powered by an AC power supply in dozens of k Hz. Influences of the duty cycle and the input frequency on the thermal characteristics are analyzed. When the duty cycle increases, the maximum dielectric surface temperature increases linearly. However, the maximum dielectric surface temperature increases nonlinearly when the input frequency varies from 0.47 MHz to 1.61 MHz. The induced flow velocity of the RF SDBD actuator is 0.25 m/s.

In this paper,an accelerated proximal gradient algorithm is proposed for Hankel tensor completion *** our method,the iterative completion tensors generated by the new algorithm keep Hankel structure based on projection on the Hankel tensor ***,due to the special properties of Hankel structure,using the fast singular value thresholding operator of the mode-s unfolding of a Hankel tensor can decrease the computational ***,the convergence of the new algorithm is discussed under some reasonable ***,the numerical experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
