Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation(AMOC)plays a central role in long-term climate variations through its heat and freshwater transports,which can collapse under a rapid increase of greenhouse gas forcing in climate *** studies have suggested that the deviation of model parameters is one of the major factors in inducing inaccurate AMOC *** this work,with a low-resolution earth system model,the authors try to explore whether a reasonable adjustment of the key model parameter can help to re-establish the AMOC after its *** a new optimization strategy,the extra freshwater flux(FWF)parameter is determined to be the dominant one affecting the AMOC’s *** traditional ensemble optimal interpolation(EnOI)data assimilation and new machine learning methods are adopted to optimize the FWF parameter in an abrupt 4×CO_(2) forcing experiment to improve the adaptability of model parameters and accelerate the recovery of *** results show that,under an abrupt 4×CO_(2) forcing in millennial simulations,the AMOC will first collapse and then re-establish by the default FWF parameter ***,during the parameter adjustment process,the saltier and colder sea water over the North Atlantic region are the dominant factors in usefully improving the adaptability of the FWF parameter and accelerating the recovery of AMOC,according to their physical relationship with FWF on the interdecadal timescale.

The precision of landslide displacement prediction is crucial for effective landslide prevention and mitigation ***,the role of surface monitoring frequency in influencing prediction accuracy has been largely *** study examined the effect of varying monitoring frequencies on the accuracy of displacement predictions by using the Baijiabao landslide in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area(TGRA)as a case *** collected surface automatic monitoring data at different intervals,ranging from daily to *** Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition(EEMD)algorithm was utilized to dissect the accumulated displacements into periodic and trend components at each monitoring *** fitting was applied to forecast the trend component while the periodic component was predicted with two state-of-the-art neural network models:long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)and Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU).The predictions from these models were integrated to derive cumulative displacement forecasts,enabling a comparative analysis of prediction accuracy across different monitoring *** results demonstrate that the proposed models achieve high accuracy in landslide displacement forecasting,with optimal performance observed at moderate monitoring ***,the daily mean average error(MAE)decreases sharply with increasing monitoring frequency,reaching a *** findings were corroborated by a parallel analysis of the Bazimen landslide,suggesting that moderate monitoring intervals of approximately 7 to 15 days are most conducive to achieving enhanced prediction accuracy compared to both daily and monthly intervals.

BACKGROUND Minimally invasive esophagectomy(MIE)is a widely accepted treatment for esophageal cancer,yet it is associated with a significant risk of surgical adverse events(SAEs),which can compromise patient recovery and long-term *** preoperative identification of high-risk patients is critical for improving *** To establish and validate a risk prediction and stratification model for the risk of SAEs in patients with *** This retrospective study included 747 patients who underwent MIE at two centers from January 2019 to February *** were separated into a train set(n=549)and a validation set(n=198).After screening by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression,multivariate logistic regression analyzed clinical and intraoperative variables to identify independent risk factors for SAEs.A risk stratification model was constructed and validated to predict the probability of *** SAEs occurred in 10.2%of patients in train set and 13.6%in the validation *** with SAE had significantly higher complication rate and a longer hospital stay after *** key independent risk factors identified included chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,a history of alcohol consumption,low forced expiratory volume in the first second,and low albumin *** stratification model has excellent prediction accuracy,with an area under the curve of 0.889 for the training set and an area under the curve of 0.793 for the validation *** The developed risk stratification model effectively predicts the risk of SAEs in patients undergoing MIE,facilitating targeted preoperative interventions and improving perioperative management.

Recent developments in chirality chemistry have revealed remarkable instances of atropisomers featuring multiple chiral elements. Despite significant progress in the synthesis and application of atropisomers, developing a synthetic protocol for the simultaneous introduction of axial and point chirality is still a fascinating challenge. In this context, we present a convenient and versatile method for synthesizing novel atropisomers with axial and point chirality. This approach, based on a new reaction mechanism with nickel-controlled Si–C bond activation, facilitates the controllable migratory insertion of aldehydes into the Ni–C bond. We utilize multidimensional strategies of desymmetrization, kinetic resolution and dynamic kinetic resolution to complete enantioselective nickel-catalyzed ring expansion of benzosilacyclobutenes with aldehydes. The design of multidimensional kinetic resolution, desymmetrization, and dynamic resolution, features a straightforward catalytic system, mild reaction conditions, and broad functional group tolerances. Various axially chiral biaryl oxasilacycles bearing carbon-or siliconstereogenic centers are obtained with excellent diastereo-and enantio-selectivities(up to >20:1 dr and >99.9% ee) through the use of a chiral Ni complex with a large cavity-type 1,1,4,4-tetra-aryl-2,3-O-isopropylidene-L-threitol(TADDOL)-derived phosphoramidite ligand.

Flexible Zn-air batteries （ZABs） are considered one of the most promising energy storage systems in wearable electronic *** key component in the flexible ZABs is the air cathode,which hosts the reversible electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction （OER） and oxygen reduction reaction （ORR） to attain long-term *** the present work,combining the advantage of the electrospinning technique and biomass-derived heteroatomic porous carbon,Fe2P/Co2P heterojunctions supported on N,P co-doped porous carbon are prepared,exhibiting excellent electrocatalytic OER/ORR performances,which is better than the commercial electrocatalysts based on noble ***,the flexible aqueous ZABs as fabricated present remarkable charge and discharge rates,power density,volumetric energy density,folding durability,as well as long-term operational *** initiating a novel route toward the design and development of air cathode electrode materials,this work paves the way for the practical deployment of flexible ZABs.

土壤中铬(Cr)污染是全球性环境问题,六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)因其高毒性及致癌性而成为关注焦点。土壤中的Cr主要以Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的形式存在,两者之间的转化受到诸如土壤pH值、氧化还原电位(Eh)、天然氧化还原剂、有机质和微生物的影响。随着工农业活动的增多,土壤中的Cr浓度不断增加,并通过植物吸收进入食物链等多种途径,对生态系统和人体健康构成威胁。本文对Cr在全球范围内的污染现状及来源、土壤中Cr的不同价态及其毒性特征进行了评述,并分析了pH、Eh对土壤中Cr的具体存在形态与价态的影响,及天然氧化还原剂、有机质等因素利用自身化学性质充当电子供体或受体的角色对土壤中Cr价态进行转化的氧化还原机理,以及不同影响因素之间的相互作用关系,从而可以全面理解土壤中Cr价态转化的行为机制。此外,在对Cr价态影响因素深入了解的基础上,总结了以生物炭和纳米材料为代表的先进修复技术方法,这些材料和方法由于能够将Cr(Ⅵ)有效地还原为毒性较小的Cr(Ⅲ),从而降低生态环境风险,因而是一类具有巨大潜在应用价值的修复材料和修复方法,但大规模应用的可行性及其修复效果仍需要进一步验证。

Frustrated lanthanide oxides with dense magnetic lattice and suppressed ordering temperature have potential applications in cryogenic magnetic ***,the crystal structure,magnetic properties,magnetic phase transition(MPT)together with magnetocaloric effect(MCE)of LnOF(Ln=Gd,Dy,Ho,and Er)compounds were *** study shows that these compounds crystallize in the centrosymmetric space group R3m with an ideal triangular *** long-range magnetic ordering is observed above 2 K for LnOF(Ln=Gd,Ho,and Er).However,DyOF compound undergoes an MPT from paramagnetic(PM)to antiferromagnetic(AFM)at the Neel temperature(TN≈4 K).Considerable reversible MCE is observed in these triangular-lattice *** the magnetic field change(μ0ΔH)of 0-2 T,the maximum values of magnetic entropy change(-ΔSMmax)of them are 6.1,9.4,12.7,and 14.1 J/(kg·K),***,the value of ErOF with Ising-like spin is 2.3 times that of GdOF,which provides an approach for exploring magnetic refrigerants with excellent low-field cryogenic magnetocaloric effect.

运用文献资料法、田野考察法和逻辑分析法,在梳理藏族赛马文化符号起源、发展与传承的基础上,归纳演绎藏族赛马文化符号铸牢中华民族共同体意识的内在逻辑,并提出实践路径,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供一种实践方案与实践载体。研究认为,藏族赛马文化符号与中华民族共同体意识相互影响、相互成就,藏族赛马文化符号能够丰富和发展中华民族共同体意识,使其更具多样性和包容性,而中华民族共同体意识凸显了藏族赛马文化符号的特色和价值,能够推动其在新时代传承、传播与弘扬。借助藏族赛马文化符号铸牢中华民族共同体意识,可沿着“编码-解码”的推进路径,即通过推出系列报道、生动讲述基层和宣传先进典型进行编码,通过完善赛马规则、创造时代价值及丰富解码方式进行解码。通过挖掘与传播藏族赛马文化符号的价值意蕴,潜移默化地铸牢各族群众中华民族共同体意识的思想自觉和行动自觉。

目的:观察宁神温胆汤联合针刺治疗精神分裂症幻听的疗效。方法:选择2021年4月—2023年4月绍兴市第七人民医院精神科病区收治的106例精神分裂症幻听患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组各53例。对照组给予常规无抽搐电休克治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予宁神温胆汤联合针刺治疗。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、阳性症状量表(SAPS)评分、MILLER幻觉量表评分的变化。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为96.23%(51/53),对照组为79.25%(42/53),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SAPS评分及中医证候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组SAPS评分及中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组MILLER幻觉量表评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组MILLER幻觉量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未见严重不良反应。结论:宁神温胆汤联合针刺治疗精神分裂症幻听临床疗效较好,可缓解精神分裂症及幻听相关临床症状。
