＜正＞Evasion of apoptosis is a major contributor to the development of cancer. The relative expression （or activity） of various anti - apoptotic and pro - apoptotic Bcl - 2 family proteins is a critical determinant of apoptosis sensitivity . Pro - apoptotic Bcl - 2 family member Bax is a crucial protein in the induction of apoptosis and its activation is required for this process. Native （inactive） Bax is a global cytosolic protein. The activation step for Bax requires its conformational change, translocation to mitochondria, membrane insertion and oligomerization. Bax activation can be triggered by BH - 3 - only proteins, such as Bid and PUMA. We have found that Bax protein is instable in the malignant B - cells. Bax degradation activity is associated with clinical prognosis of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia （CLL）. Ubiquitin/proteasome system plays a central role in the degradation of short - lived proteins and thus regulates basic cellular processes including cell transformation, signal transduction and apoptosis. We conformed that Bax degradation is ubiquitin/proteasome - dependent in the malignant B - cells. Bax can be stabilized and activated by the proteasome inhibitor, PS - 341. It was detected that Bax protein contains a destabilizing domain within its hydrophobic core and this domain is responsible for the recognition and / or conjugation for the ubiquitin system. Bax is vulnerable to ubiq-uitin - dependent degradation during its conformational change. Understanding the fundamental mechanisms how Bax is regulated in cancer cells provides an insight into its potential role in tumourigenesis and anti - cancer therapy.

New drug development relies heavily on in vitro models. However, in vitro models of fibrosis resembling in vivo fibrotic tissues and suitable for high-throughput quantification of global fibrogenesis have not been reported previously. This, at least in part, accounts for the limited progress in the development of anti-fibrotic drugs. In vitro models are especially important in the development of anti-fibrotic drugs, since fibrotic diseases in vivo are often complicated by inflammation, which can both serve as an initiating factor and contribute to disease progression. Soft-switching techniques are attractive to unity-power-factor AC/DC converter in the view of the size reduction and EMI suppression. A soft-switched boost PFC converter has been studied based on its topology analysis, PSIM simulation and circuit experiment. A special limitation of soft-switching techniques has been found in their AC/DC applications.

Data trading enables data owners and data requesters to sell and purchase *** the emergence of blockchain technology,research on blockchain-based data trading systems is receiving a lot of ***,to reduce the on-chain storage cost,a novel paradigm of blockchain and cloud fusion has been widely considered as a promising data trading ***,the fact that data can be used for commercial purposes will encourage users and organizations from various fields to participate in the data *** the data marketplace,it is a challenge how to trade the data securely outsourced to the external cloud in a way that restricts access to the data only to authorized users across multiple *** this paper,we propose a cross-domain bilateral access control protocol for blockchain-cloud based data trading *** consider a system model that consists of domain authorities,data senders,data receivers,a blockchain layer,and a cloud *** proposed protocol enables access control and source identification of the outsourced data by leveraging identity-based cryptographic *** the proposed protocol,the outsourced data of the sender is encrypted under the target receiver’s identity,and the cloud provider performs policy-match verification on the authorization tags of the sender and receiver generated by the identity-based signature ***,data trading can be achieved only if the identities of the data sender and receiver simultaneously meet the policies specified by each *** demonstrate efficiency,we evaluate the performance of the proposed protocol and compare it with existing studies.
