Solid polymer electrolytes （SPEs） are highly promising for realizing high-capacity,low-cost,and safe Li metal ***,the Li dendritic growth and side reactions between Li and SPEs also plague these ***,a fluorinated lithium salt coating （FC） with organicinorganic gradient and soft-rigid feature is introduced on Li surface as an artificial protective layer by the in-situ reaction between Li metal and fluorinated carboxylic *** FC layer can improve the interface stability and wettability between Li and SPEs,assist the transport of Li ions,and guide Li nucleation,contributing to a dendrite-free Li deposition and long-lifespan Li metal *** symmetric cell with FC-Li anodes exhibits a high areal capacity of 1 mah cm-2at 0.5 ma cm-2,and an ultra-long lifespan of 2000 h at a current density of 0.1 m A ***,the full cell paired with the LiFePO4cathode exhibits improved cycling stability,remaining 83.7%capacity after 500 cycles at 1 *** matching with the S cathode,the FC layer can prevent the shuttle effect,contributing to stable and high-capacity Li-S *** work provided a promising way for the construction of stable all-solid-state lithium metal batteries with prolonged lifespan.

药品生物制品检验检测机构的动物实验室承担着检测和科研工作的重要支撑任务。本文梳理了中检院CNAS⁃CL06质量管理体系在运行中积累的管理经验,为同类机构在运行中提供借鉴,以保障动物实验数据的科学性。本实验动物机构顺利通过了CNAS实验动物机构认可,并在现场监督评审中按时完成了整改,同时依据《实验动物饲养和使用机构质量和能力认可准则》(CNAS⁃CL06)开展体系定期自查。在自查过程中一边检查问题一边完善体系内容,从动物采购、职业健康安全、动物疾病治疗与护理、设施运行突发事件演练等几方面着手,充实了质量管理体系内容,确保体系持续有效运行,保障了动物实验数据的有效性和标准化,同时在动物实验平台共享方面贡献了中检院的管理思路,为动物实验的云平台建设提供硬件和软件支撑。本文旨在根据工作实际探索形成实验动物行业质量管理模式,为制定和执行国家标准、行业/团体标准、认可认证标准等机构提供基础数据,为开展动物实验的机构提供可供探讨的管理模式,也为推动整个动物实验的规范化、科学化发展水平夯实基础。

目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)认知衰弱危险因素,探讨预后及意义。方法选择2022年1月至2023年7月我院收治的59例COPD患者为对象,其中无认知衰弱18例为对照组,认知衰弱41例为观察组。采用一般资料调查表、衰弱表型量表(frailty phenotype scale)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(hospital anxiety and depression scale)、主观认知下降问卷(subjective cognitive decline)、简易精神状态评估量表(mini⁃mental state examination scale)搜集资料,收集出院后6个月生存状况。使用卡方检验、秩和检验、t检验、Logistic回归分析、Cox生存分析等对数据进行分析。结果观察组平均年龄(61.25±9.86)岁,吸烟12例(66.67%)较对照组(56.74±8.53)岁,吸烟14例(34.15%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组教育程度、共病指数、生活能力差异有统计学意义(P=0.004,0.000,0.016)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄(OR=0.005,95%CI:0~0.108)、教育程度(OR=0.004,95%CI:0~0.102)和生活能力(OR=0.093,95%CI:0.011~0.784)是COPD患者认知衰弱的影响因素(P<0.05)。随访6个月生存者51例(86.44%),死亡者8例(13.56%)。Cox生存分析显示,COPD患者认知衰弱预后不良是认知正常的2.48倍(95%CI:1.548~4.395,P=0.001)。结论高龄、教育程度低、生活能力低下是COPD患者认知衰弱的危险因素。尽早干预,延缓认知衰弱进展,以期降低COPD认知衰弱患者病死率具有临床意义。

The photodissociation dynamics of Br-C bond cleavage for BrCN in the wavelength region from 225 nm to 260 nm has been studied by our homebuilt time-slice velocity-map imaging *** images for both of the ground state Br(^(2)P_(3/2))and spin-orbit excited Br^(*)(^(2)P_(1/2))channels are obtained at several photodissociation *** the analysis of the translational energy release spectra,the detailed vibrational and rotational distributions of CN products have been measured for both of the Br and Br^(*) *** is found that the internal excitation of the CN products for the Br^(*) channel is colder than that for the Br *** most populated vibrational levels of the CN products are v=0 and 1 for the Br and Br^(*) channels,*** the Br channel,the photodissociation dynamics at longer wavelengths are found to be different from those at shorter wavelengths,as revealed by their dramatically different vibrational and rotational excitations of the CN products.

目的:分析急性胰腺炎患者血清CXC趋化因子配体10(CXCL10)和CC类趋化因子22(CCL22)水平与疾病严重程度的关系及临床诊断价值。方法:选取急性胰腺炎患者102例,分为轻症组(轻症急性胰腺炎患者,47例)、中度重症组(中度重症急性胰腺炎患者,31例)和重症组(重症急性胰腺炎患者,24例)。选择52例体检健康者为健康组。采用全自动生化分析仪检测受试者肝功能指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)]、肾功能指标[肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)]以及淀粉酶(AMY)水平。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中CXCL10、CCL22水平。采用急性胰腺炎严重程度床边指数(BISAP)评分评估急性胰腺炎患者疾病严重程度。采用Logistic回归分析中度重症和重症急性胰腺炎发生的影响因素。采用Pearson法分析急性胰腺炎患者血清CXCL10、CCL22水平及BISAP评分间的相关性。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价血清CXCL10、CCL22水平诊断中度重症和重症急性胰腺炎的价值。结果:与健康组比较,轻症组ALT、Scr、BUN、AMY水平升高,中度重症组和重症组ALT、AST、Scr、BUN、AMY水平升高(均P<0.05)。与轻症组比较,中度重症组BUN水平升高,重症组ALT、AST、Scr、BUN水平升高(均P<0.05)。与中度重症组比较,重症组BUN水平升高(P<0.05)。四组血清CXCL10、CCL22水平及BISAP评分依次升高(均P<0.05)。急性胰腺炎患者血清CXCL10和CCL22水平呈正相关(P<0.05);血清CXCL10、CCL22水平与BISAP评分呈正相关(均P<0.05)。血清CXCL10、CCL22、BISAP评分是中度重症和重症急性胰腺炎发生的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。血清CXCL10、CCL22对中度重症和重症急性胰腺炎均有一定诊断价值,且两项联合诊断价值更高(均P<0.05)。结论:急性胰腺炎患者血清CXCL10、CCL22水平呈高表达,且随疾病严重程度的加重而升高,两者联合诊断中度重症和重症急性胰腺炎的价值较高。

目的研究褪黑素在体外培养中改善高龄卵巢功能减退女性颗粒细胞线粒体功能、减轻氧化应激状态的作用及可能机制。方法收集在2022年3月至6月期间在郑州大学第二附属医院生殖医学中心接受辅助生殖技术助孕患者取卵后废弃的卵泡液,提取壁层颗粒细胞,按患者年龄分为高龄组(年龄≥38岁,6例)和年轻对照组(年龄<35岁,6例)。使用透射电子显微镜观察颗粒细胞的线粒体超微结构,通过ATP检测试剂盒检测细胞内ATP,实时荧光定量PCR检测线粒体DNA(mitochondrial DNA,mtDNA)拷贝数,JC-1荧光探针检测线粒体膜电位,MitoSOX?Red线粒体氧化物指示剂检测活性氧含量,Western blotting法检测SIRT3、SOD2的蛋白表达。将高龄组的颗粒细胞样本根据随机数字表法分为褪黑素处理组和空白对照组(各5例),检测在体外培养颗粒细胞时添加褪黑素1μmol/L后线粒体上述检测指标与空白对照组的差异。转染siRNA下调颗粒细胞内SIRT3,检测褪黑素添加前后上述检测指标并与阴性对照组比较。结果高龄组颗粒细胞的线粒体超微结构与年轻对照组相比存在明显差异,线粒体结构显示不清,线粒体嵴少见且不规律排列,ATP水平(P=0.012)、mtDNA拷贝数(P=0.005)和线粒体膜电位(P=0.009)显著低于年轻对照组,活性氧含量显著增加(P=0.003),SIRT3和SOD2水平显著降低(P<0.001和P=0.002),差异均有统计学意义。经褪黑素体外培养后,线粒体超微结构有所恢复,ATP水平(P<0.001)、mtDNA拷贝数(P=0.038)和线粒体膜电位(P=0.002)高于空白对照组,SIRT3和SOD2水平高于空白对照组(P=0.011和P=0.031),活性氧含量低于空白对照组(P<0.001),差异均有统计学意义。siRNA转染后的颗粒细胞SIRT3的表达显著下调(P<0.001)。经褪黑素处理后,细胞内ATP水平、mtDNA拷贝数和线粒体膜电位均低于未下调SIRT3的阴性对照组(P<0.001、P=0.001、P<0.001),活性氧含量高于阴性对照组(P<0.001),差异均有统计学意义。结论在体外培养中添加褪黑素可以改善高龄卵巢功能减退女性颗粒细胞的线粒体功能和氧化应激状态。褪黑素除了直接抗氧化作用,还可通过调节SIRT3和SOD2水平来降低活性氧含量。

The tautomerization of H2NCH2C(OH)NH to H2NCH2CONH2 is an important step by way of Strecker synthesis for the production of glycine in the interstellar medium (ISM) with respect to the origin of amino acids on the early *** work indicates two mechanisms for the tautomerization to occur.k CVT/SCT (rate constant) is 45.6s-1 at 50 K,obtained with the small curvature tunneling (SCT) approximation and canonical variational transition state theory (CVT),to support one mechanism assisted by quantum tunneling in the *** mechanism is through the (H2O) 2-coupled proton *** the (H2O)2 coupled reaction,two H2O molecules act as a catalyst to reduce the barrier energy by 23.7 kcal mol 1,and cooperatively let a proton pass a hydrogen-bonded bridge composed of H2NCH2C(OH)NH with (H2O)*** is 8.08×10-4 s-1 at 100 K,calculated with TST kinetics,to demonstrate the ***,the tautomerization is feasible in the ISM.H2NCH2C(OH)NH and H2NCH2CONH2 will be detected in the ISM and found in carbonaceous *** results present new evidence for the third theory on the origin of amino acids on the early Earth.

Premature Stop Codon at Residue 101 within HIV-1 Rev Does Not Influence Viral Replication of Clade BC but Severely Reduces Viral Fitness of Clade B

HIV-1 Rev is an accessory protein that plays a key role in nuclear exportation,stabilization,and translation of the viral *** of HIV-1 clade BC often shows a truncation of 16 AAs due to a premature stop codon at residue *** stop codon presents the highest frequency in clade BC and the lowest frequency in clade *** order to discover the potential biological effect of this truncation on Rev activity and virus replication of clade BC,we constructed Rev expression vectors of clade BC with or without 16 AAs within C-terminal separately,and replaced the stop codon by Q in a CRF07_BC infectious *** found that 16 AAs truncation had no effect on expression and activity of Rev in clade ***,the mutation from the stop codon to Q had no effect on virus replication of clade ***,to investigate the effect of this truncation on Rev activity and replication capacity of clade B,Rev expression vectors of clade B carrying or lacking 16 AAs in C-terminal were constructed respectively,and residue Q at position 101 within Rev was substituted by the stop codon in a clade B infectious *** was found that 16 AAs truncation significantly down-regulated Rev expression and impaired clade B Rev ***,a Q-to-stop codon substitution within Rev significantly reduced viral replication fitness of clade *** results indicate that the premature stop codon at residue 101 within Rev exerts diverse impact on viral replication among different HIV-1 clades.
