信息共享下的港口泊位调度模式与方法

区块链等信息技术的发展为上下游港口间的信息共享提供了条件,促进了港口间的协作运营。针对港口间信息不通畅、泊位计划受扰动等问题,提出上下游港口间的信息共享机制,设计了各参与方共享港口作业数据的内容、权限与更新流程,重点研究了信息共享下的动态泊位调度模式和方法,讨论了信息共享的策略、参与度以及时效性等因素对所有船舶在港周转时间的影响。数值实验验证了信息共享的效果,成员参与度、信息的时效性对提升码头服务水平具有重要作用。上游港口即使少部分信息共享,也可提升下游港口的泊位利用效率,缩短船舶在港周转时间,降低不确定性因素对港口泊位计划的干扰,减少上游港口扰动带来的蔓延性影响。

Hantaan virus(HTNV),the prototype virus of hantavirus,could escape innate immunity by restraining type I interferon(IFN)responses.It is largely unknown whether there existed other efficient anti-hantaviral tactics in host cells.Here,we demonstrate that the stimulator of interferon genes(STING)strengthens the host IFNindependent anti-hantaviral immunity.HTNV infection activates RIG-I through IRE1-XBP 1-mediated ER stress,which further facilitates the subcellular translocation and activation of STING.During this process,STING triggers cellular autophagy by interacting with Rab7A,thus restricting viral replication.To note,the anti-hantaviral effects of STING are independent of canonical IFN signaling.Additionally,neither application of the pharmacological antagonist nor the agonist targeting STING could improve the outcomes of nude mice post HTNV challenge in vivo.However,the administration of plasmids exogenously expressing the mutant C-terminal tail(ΔCTT)STING,which would not trigger the type I IFN responses,protected the nude mice from lethal HTNV infection.In summary,our research revealed a novel antiviral pathway through the RIG-I-STING-autophagy pathway,which offered novel therapeutic strategies against hantavirus infection.

在开放科学运动全球化深入发展的转型时期,开放科学软件的相关政策集中涌现,对其进行系统分析可为新形势下我国开放科学政策的优化和完善提供借鉴和参考。本文以联合国教科文组织《开放科学建议书》为主线,梳理出国际上开放科学软件的主要政策,解析其核心内容,提炼出对我国有益的启示。分析表明,美国、法国、澳大利亚和欧盟等都出台了系列政策,推动“开放软件”成为开放科学新的重点领域,已形成较为完备、清晰的政策目标、基本原则和关键举措。对我国开放科学政策和实践的主要启示有:1)注重开放数据与软件政策的协同;2)充分利用开放软件的资源,营造自主可控的科学软件生态系统;3)积极参与开放科学软件开发与利用的国际合作,增加国际话语权和影响力。

Routing optimization for multi-type containerships in a hub-and-spoke network

This paper considers the ship routing optimization problem in a hub-and-spoke network. A routing optimization model for multi-type containerships with time deadlines is established, and the target is to minimize the total cost, which consists of the total travelling cost, total service cost and total waiting cost. The model is set up through an improved genetic algorithm. The study data are from the Pearl River Delta region of China, which include i hub port and 29 feeder ports and have a population of 30 million. Result shows that when the iteration time reaches 190, the total cost comes to 521 thousand yuan near the optimal value. There are 6 routes, including 3 containerships of 100 TEU, 2 containerships of 150 TEU and 1 containership of 200 TEU. At the same time, in the single-type containerships case, there are 7 routes, and when the iteration time reaches 120, the total cost comes to 573 thousand yuan, which is close to the optimal value. Comparing the two cases, it shows that the model for multi-type containerships with time deadlines is reasonable, and the algorithm is practicable. In the last, three factors, which may affect the total cost to carry out sensitivity analysis are chosen. It shows that time deadline, eontainership capacity and cargo handling capacity of each port have significant influence on the total cost. It is also shown that the total cost for multi-type containerships is always less than that for the single-type containerships.

黄芪开沟覆膜露头农艺高产优势明显,但在实际生产中移栽环节主要依靠人工来完成,导致种植成本快速攀升,是制约根茎类中药材产业持续发展的“短板”。针对这一问题,设计槽轮式移栽机点苗机构和覆土机构2个关键部件。盛苗槽采用正反两个方向在沿槽轮圆周方向倾斜排列的方式,通过地轮带动槽轮转动,可实现盛苗槽内的黄芪种苗按照正确的姿态投置在苗沟之中,且满足种苗向苗沟内侧两边交替投置的农艺要求;覆土机构采用螺旋绞龙结构,这样有利于实现苗沟覆土厚度均匀一致,为苗沟回填后保持土壤的平整度提供保障。通过田间试验,样机出苗整齐、长势良好、单株茁壮,无漏苗现象。在综合效益方面,相比对照机具,项目样机可节约地膜用量52 kg/hm^(2),减少用工20人/hm^(2),移栽环节可节省支出2000元/hm^(2),同时为秋季机械化挖掘收获作业创造有利条件。

Identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa genes associated with antibiotic susceptibility

Pseudomonas aeruginosa causes acute and chronic infections in humans and these infections are difficult to treat due to the bacteria’s high-level of intrinsic and acquired resistance to antibiotics. To address this problem, it is crucial to investigate the molecular mechanisms of antibiotic resistance in this organism. In this study, a P. aeruginosa transposon insertion library of 17000 clones was constructed and screened for altered susceptibility to seven antibiotics. Colonies grown on agar plates con- taining antibiotics at minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and those unable to grow at ? MIC were collected. The transposon-disrupted genes in 43 confirmed mutants that showed at least a three-fold increase or a two-fold decrease in suscep- tibility to at least one antibiotic were determined by semi-random PCR and subsequent sequencing analysis. In addition to nine genes known to be associated with antibiotic resistance, including mexI, mexB and mexR, 24 new antibiotic resis- tance-associated genes were identified, including a fimbrial biogenesis gene pilY1 whose disruption resulted in a 128-fold in- crease in the MIC of carbenicillin. Twelve of the 43 genes identified were of unknown function. These genes could serve as targets to control or reverse antibiotic resistance in this important human pathogen.

Diesel soot is related to incomplete fuel oxidation, and possesses the well-known mutagenic effects on human health.Diesel soot was collected from diesel engines and oxidized in laboratorial micro reactor by several prepared rare earth-based catalysts with or without different harmful monoxide gases such as NO, and activities of several rare earth catalysts were studied.The results indicate that soot can be more easily oxidized with monoxide gases.

Coping with Pressures of Modernization by Traditional Farmers: a Strategy for Sustainable Rural Development in Yunnan, China

Traditional farming practices conform to sustainable rural livelihoods, while agricultural modernisation tends to undermine these practices through various perturbations. A case study in Tengchong County (western Yunnan, China) shows that transformation of traditional alder (Alnus nepalensis) and dry rice (upland rice) rotational farming to introduced Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook.) plantations leads to localised water scarcity and soil fertility decline. While farmers are aware of ecological sustainability of traditional farming, they prefer Chinese fir forestry because it is less labour-intensive, has a high market value, and releases time for profitable off-farm work. Farmers adapt to economic liberalization by planting high value crops and trees. However, alternatives to make local agricultural production more profitable through competitive business strategies, cooperative approaches, innovations in integrating high value crops and 'downstream' processingfor sustainable rural livelihoods have been overlooked largely due to poor information availability and lack of organisational framework.
