Two europium-bearing organic frameworks,termed as EuTPO-1 and EuTPO-2.H_(3)TPO=tris(4-carboxylphenyI)-phosphineoxide),are reported in this work.A series of characterizations of EuTPO-1and EuTPO-2.such as X-ray crystallography and photoluminescence spectroscopy,was performed to expatiate their structure and physicochemical *** of them are constructed by dimers of the europium-oxygen subunit of [Eu_(2.O_(16)] and TPO *** from high X-ray stopping attenuation and excellent luminescence efficiency,they emit sufficient luminescence when irradiated with ***,they possess stable light outputs when exposed to high humidities and strong radiation dose,outperforming the commercial scintillator CsI:*** result paves the way for developing new scintillator and enriches the compound of europium-bearing organic framework with X-ray scintillating luminescence.

Li metal batteries using high-voltage layered oxides cathodes are of particular interest due to their high energy ***,they suffer from short lifespan and extreme safety concerns,which are attributed to the degradation of layered oxides and the decomposition of electrolyte at high voltage,as well as the high reactivity of metallic *** key is the development of stable electrolytes against both highvoltage cathodes and Li with the formation of robust interphase films on the ***,we report a highly fluorinated ether,1,1,1-trifluoro-2.[(2.2.2.trifluoroethoxy)methoxy]ethane(TTME),as a cosolvent,which not only functions as a diluent forming a localized high concentration electrolyte(LHCE),but also participates in the construction of the inner solvation *** TTME-based electrolyte is stable itself at high voltage and induces the formation of a unique double-layer solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)film,which is embodied as one layer rich in crystalline structural components for enhanced mechanical strength and another amorphous layer with a higher concentration of organic components for enhanced *** Li||Cu cells display a noticeably high Coulombic efficiency of 99.2.%after 300 cycles and Li symmetric cells maintain stable cycling more than 32.0 h at 0.5 mA/cm^(2. and 1.0m Ah/cm^(2..In addition,lithium metal cells using LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2. and Li CoO_(2. cathodes(both loadings~3.0 m Ah/cm^(2.)realize capacity retentions of>85%over 2.0 cycles with a charge cut-off voltage of 4.4 V and 90%for 170 cycles with a charge cut-off voltage of 4.5 V,*** study offers a bifunctional ether-based electrolyte solvent beneficial for high-voltage Li metal batteries.

In this paper we continue our effort in liu-shu (2.04) and liu-shu (2.07) for developing local discontinuous Galerkin (LDG) finite element methods to discretize moment models in semiconductor device simulations. We consider drift-diffusion (DD) and high-field (HF) models of one-dimensional devices, which involve not only first derivative convection terms but also second derivative diffusion terms, as well as a coupled Poisson potential equation. Error estimates are obtained for both models with smooth solutions. The main technical difficulties in the analysis include the treatment of the inter-element jump terms which arise from the discontinuous nature of the numerical method, the nonlinearity, and the coupling of the models. A simulation is also performed to validate the analysis.

The variation law of inclusions type and size in the vacuum induction melting process and ingot of Ni-based superalloy containing 70%return material was studied by industrial test sampling,and the mechanism of inclusions formation was analyzed with thermodynamic *** results show that there are mainly two types of composite inclusions in the vacuum induction melting of Ni-based superalloys,which are nitride-and oxide-based composite inclusions,like Al_(2.O_(3)-SiO_(2.-Cr_(2.O_(3),TiN-(Mo,Nb)C,*** type and proportion of inclusions from the center to the edge of the vacuum induction ingot did not change *** number density of inclusions from the center to the edge of the ingot varied less,and the size of inclusions became smaller from the center to the *** addition,thermodynamic calculations show that oxides(M_(2.O_(3))are present in the liquid phase and mainly contain Al,Ti,Cr,Fe and O *** nitride consists mainly of Ti and N and contains small amounts of Cr,C,Nb,and Mo *** is consistent with the results of industrial *** the temperature decreases,the precipitation phases such as M_(2.O_(3),MN,γ,MC,δ,γ'andμphases are gradually precipitated,where oxides and nitrides are present in the liquid *** contents of O and N elements are the main influencing factors for the inclusions content and precipitation temperature;when the nitrogen content is reduced to below 0.0015%,it can make MN precipitate below the liquid-phase line.

Accurate measurements of the radon exhalation rate help identify and evaluate radon risk regions in the *** these measurement methods,the closed-loop method is frequently ***,traditional experiments are insufficient or cannot analyze the radon migration and exhalation patterns at the gas–solid interface in the accumulation *** CFD-based technique was applied to predict the radon concentration distribution in a limited space,allowing radon accumulation and exhalation inside the chamber intuitively and *** this study,three radon exhalation rates were defined,and two structural ventilation tubes were designed for the *** consistency of the simulated results with the variation in the radon exhalation rate in a previous experiment or analytical solution was *** effects of the vent tube structure and flow rate on the radon uniformity in the chamber;permeability,insertion depth,and flow rate on the radon exhalation rate and the effective diffusion coefficient on back-diffusion were *** on the results,increasing the inser-tion depth from 1 to 5 cm decreased the effective decay constant by 19.55%,whereas the curve-fitted radon exhalation rate decreased(lower than the initial value)as the deviation from the initial value increased by approximately 7%.Increasing the effective diffusion coefficient from 2.77×10^(-7) to 7.77×10^(-6) m^(2. s^(-1) made the deviation expand from 2.14 to 15.96%.The conclusion is that an increased insertion depth helps reduce leakage in the chamber,subject to notable back-diffusion,and that the closed-loop method is reasonably used for porous media with a low effective diffusion coefficient in view of the back-diffusion *** CFD-based simulation is expected to provide guidance for the optimization of the radon exhalation rate measurement method and,thus,the accurate measurement of the radon exhalation rate.

Arsenic(As)speciation transformation in acid mine drainage(AMD)is comprehensively affected by biological and abiotic factors,such as microbially mediated Fe/S redox reactions and changes in environmental conditions(pH and oxidation-reduction potential).However,their combined impacts on arsenic speciation transformation remain poorly ***,we explored arsenic transformation and immobilization during pyrite dissolution mediated by AMD enrichment culture under different acidic pH *** results for incubation and mineralogical transformation of solid residues show that in the presence of AMD enrichment culture,pH 2.0,2.5,and 3.0 are more conducive to the formation of jarosites and ferric arsenate,which could immobilize high quantities of dissolved arsenic by adsorption and *** pH conditions significantly affect the initial adsorption of microbial cells to the minerals and the evolution of microbial community structure,further infuencing the biodissolution of pyrite and the release and oxidation process of Fe/*** results of Fe/S/As speciation transformation of the solid residues show that the transformation of Fe,S,and As in solution is mainly regulated by pH and potential values,which imposed significantly different effects on the formation of secondary minerals and thus arsenic oxidation and *** above results indicated that arsenic transformation is closely related to the Fe/S oxidation associated with pyrite bio-oxidation,and this correlation is critically regulated by the pH conditions of the system.

Memristors as non-volatile memory devices have gained numerous attentions owing to their advantages in storage,in-memory computing, synaptic applications, etc. In recent years, two-dimensional(2.) materials with moderate defects have been discovered to exist memristive feature. However, it is very difficult to obtain moderate defect degree in 2. materials, and studied on modulation means and mechanism becomes urgent and essential. In this work, we realized memristive feature with a bipolar switching and a configurable on/off ratio in a two-terminal MoS_(2. device(on/off ratio ~100), for the first time, from absent to present using laser-modulation to few-layer defect-free MoS_(2.(about 10 layers), and its retention time in both high resistance state and low resistance state can reach 2.10^(4) s. The mechanism of the laser-induced memristive feature has been cleared by dynamic Monte Carlo simulations and first-principles calculations. Furthermore, we verified the universality of the laser-modulation by investigating other 2. materials of TMDs. Our work will open a route to modulate and optimize the performance of 2. semiconductor memristive devices.
