Inhibition of Bcl-6 Expression Ameliorates Asthmatic Characteristics in Mice

纤维增强聚合物(FRP)筋作为非腐蚀材料替代钢筋已成为解决锈蚀问题的创新方案,被应用于预应力结构、海洋平台、沿海码头和长期处于浸蚀性化学环境的构件中。关于FRP筋混凝土构件的纯扭承载力设计方法只有加拿大规范CSA S806-12提出,且以借鉴现有的钢筋混凝土构件纯扭承载力计算公式的形式给出,考虑了FRP筋与钢筋间材料力学参数的区别。该文通过已验证了的三维细观数值模拟方法,研究了最大横截面宽度为1000 mm的FRP筋混凝土柱纯扭破坏行为,揭示了其名义抗扭强度尺寸效应规律。基于模拟数据,对比了现有的FRP筋混凝土构件纯扭承载力计算公式,并在中国规范GB 50010-2010关于钢筋混凝土构件纯扭承载力计算方法的基础上,提出了考虑尺寸效应影响的FRP筋混凝土构件纯扭承载力的计算方法。通过对比现有的试验数据,验证了所提公式的正确性和合理性。

目的研究影响分离纯化三七总皂苷的几个主要影响因素,确立三七总皂苷分离纯化工艺。方法在确立三七总皂苷测定方法的基础上,采用HPD-100型大孔吸附树脂,以每ml含0.4 g三七药材的提取液为上柱液,上柱量为1.5倍柱体积,并以1柱体积/h的速度通过树脂柱,采用大孔吸附树脂富集分离纯化三七总皂苷。结果用70%乙醇为洗脱剂,2-3倍柱体积/h的速度洗脱,用量为5-6倍柱体积时,三七总皂苷的洗脱率达98%以上,纯度为79.6%,精制度为241%。结论HPD-100大孔吸附树脂可用于富集、分离纯化三七总皂苷,效果较好。

患儿,男,13岁。初诊日期:2017年10月10日。主诉:头颈向左后扭转,右上肢不自主向内侧扭转8月余。现病史:2017年2月无明显诱因出现点头、右侧肢体不自主抖动且倾斜,不能直立,伴书写障碍、斜颈。先后就诊于“吉林大学第一附属医院”“首都儿科研究所”,查颅脑MRI及脑电图均未见异常,诊断为“抽动症”,先后予口服“盐酸硫必利”“阿立哌唑”治疗4月余,症状较前好转,但患儿出现嗜睡、反应迟钝、口角流涎,家属遂停服西药,求治于当地中医院,予中药及针灸治疗4个月(具体诊疗方案不详),患儿症状未见明显改善,伴双上肢不自主抖动,右侧为甚,脾气急躁,注意力不集中,喉中无异声。
