Mesenteric adipose tissue B lymphocytes promote intestinal injury in severe acute pancreatitis by mediating enteric pyroptosis

Background:Visceral adipose tissue(VAT)has been linked to the severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)prognosis,although the underlying mechanism remains *** has been reported that pyroptosis worsens *** present study aimed to verify whether mesenteric adipose tissue(MAT,a component of VAT)can cause secondary intestinal injury through the pyroptotic ***:Thirty-six male Sprague Dawley(SD)rats were divided into six different *** rats were randomly divided into the SAP and control *** monitored the changes of MAT and B lymphocytes infiltration in MAT of SAP *** SAP rats were injected with MAT B lymphocytes or phosphate buffer solution(PBS).The remaining twelve SAP rats were first injected with MAT B lymphocytes,and then with MCC950(NLRP3.inhibitor)or *** collected blood and tissue samples from pancreas,gut and MAT for ***:Compared to the control rats,the SAP group showed inflammation in MAT,including higher expression of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6),lower expression of IL-10,and histological *** cytometry analysis revealed B lymphocytes infiltration in MAT but not T lymphocytes and *** SAP rats also exhibited intestinal injury,characterized by lower expression of zonula occludens-1(ZO-1)and occludin,higher levels of lipopolysaccharide and diamine oxidase,and pathological *** expression of NLRP3.and n-GSDMD,which are responsible for pyroptosis,was increased in the intestine of SAP *** injection of MAT B lymphocytes into SAP rats exacerbated the inflammation in *** upregulation of pyroptosis reduced tight junction in the intestine,which contributed to the SAP progression,including higher inflammatory indicators and worse histological *** administration of MCC950 to SAP+MAT B rats downregulated pyroptosis,which subsequently improved the intestinal barrier and ameliorated inflammatory response of ***:In SAP,MAT B lymphocytes aggravated local

Li-O_(2.batteries with high energy density hold significant promise as next-generation energy storage ***,Li-O_(2.batteries have poor cycling performance at high current densities and large capacities,primarily due to the high impedance caused by the instability of the lithium anode and the sluggish kinetics in the discharge products decomposition on the ***,we investigated a bifunctional nitrile additive(2.methoxy benzonitrile(2.MBN))with good chemical/electrochemical stability to improve the performances of Li-O_(2.*** 2.MBN could actively modify the anode by ensuring uniform Li+deposition and optimizing the composition of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI).Meanwhile,it could also facilitate the decomposition of discharge products by inducing the formation of sheet-like Li_(2.O_(2.,significantly reducing the battery charge *** bifunctional effects of 2.MBN for the anode and cathode enable Li-O_(2.batteries to achieve a stable lifetime of 97 cycles at a current density of 600 mA·g^(−1)with a fixed capacity of 2.00 mAh·g^(−1),much better than that of Li-O_(2.batteries without 2.MBN(2. cycles).The inclusion of 2.MBN provides an effective approach for attaining high-performance Li-O_(2.batteries.

High-Temperature Stability of Mg-1Al-12. Alloy Containing LPSO Phase and Mechanism of Its Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)Effect

In this study,the high-temperature stability and the generation mechanism of the Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)effect in solid-solution Mg-1Al-12. alloy with different heat treatment processes were investigated by adjusting the content of long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)*** was found that the content of LPSO phases in the alloys differed the most after heat treatment at 53.℃for 16 h and 2. h,with values of 13.56%and 3.93.***,high-temperature tensile experiments were conducted on these two alloys at temperatures of 150℃,2.0℃,2.0℃,and 3.0℃.The results showed that both alloys exhibited the PLC effect at temperatures ranging from 150 to 2.0℃.However,at a temperature 3.0℃,only the alloy with a greater concentration of LPSO phases exhibited the PLC effect,whereas the alloy with a lower proportion of LPSO phases did not exhibit this ***,both alloys exhibited remarkable high-temperature stability,with the alloy containing a greater percentage of LPSO phases also demonstrating superior *** underlying mechanism for this phenomenon lies in the exceptional high-temperature stability exhibited by the second phase within the ***,the LPSO phase effectively obstructs the movement of dislocations,and it also undergoing kinking to facilitate plastic deformation of the *** results indicate that the PLC effect can be suppressed by reducing dislocation pile-up at grain boundaries,which leads to a decrease in alloy plasticity but an increase in *** presence of the PLC effect in the WA12. alloy is attributed to the abundant dispersed second phase within the alloy,which initially hinders the movement of dislocations,leading to an increase in stress,and subsequently releases the dislocations,allowing them to continue their movement and thereby reducing in stress.

The addition of traditional carbon sources(e.g.,acetate)could favor heterotrophic overgrowth in partial denitrification coupled with anammox(PD–A)systems,thus hindering the performance and stability of this novel wastewater nitrogen removal ***,it is necessary to develop an effective,environmentally friendly,and inexpensive *** study demonstrated the potential of formate to enhance the performance and community stability of PD–A under mainstream *** a laboratory-scale biofilm reactor,formate addition(COD/NO_(3.^(–)–N=1.75)improved nitrogen removal efficiency(from 72.1±3.5%to 81.7±2.7%),EPS content(from 106.3.8.1 to 163.0±15.5 mg/gVSS)and increased anammox bacteria growth(predominantly Candidatus Brocadia,from 2..5±0.7%to 3..5±5.4%)while maintaining stable heterotrophs dominated by methylotrophic ***–NanoSIMS revealed a formate uptake using *** and Desulfobacillus,with *** being the major contributor to partial nitrate reduction to *** can synthesize diverse hydrophobic amino acids and provide key nutrients for *** achieve comparable nitrogen removal,the cost of the formate-driven PD–A process should be 11.2.lower than that of *** results greatly enrich our understanding of C1 metabolism represented by formate in anammox communities and its application in the context of coupling partial denitrification–anammox toward enhanced nitrogen removal in global wastewater treatment systems.

High-performance dielectric tunable materials with both high dielectric tunability and low dielectric loss are urgently needed for new-generation electronic tunable *** the present study,a new system,(Ba_(0.675)Sr_(0.3.0}))_(1−x)La_(x)Ti_(1−x)MnxO_(3.(x=0.2.%,0.5%,0.75%,and 1.0%),was *** acceptor dopant Mn was added to lower dielectric loss,while the donor dopant La was introduced to enhance dielectric *** samples were prepared using the conventional solid-state(CS)reaction method and the semi-solution(SS)*** experimental results showed that the morphology of the ceramics was optimized by further improving the processing *** microstructures,homogeneous grains,and uniform dopant distributions could be achieved successfully by the semi-solution ***,a significant enhancement in the tunable properties was realized owing to the improved microstructure mentioned *** optimum tunable properties occurred in the samples prepared by the semi-solution method at x=0.75%,with a high dielectric tunability of 85.0%,a low dielectric loss of 0.0011,and an excellent figure of merit(FOM)of *** tunable properties of(Ba,Sr)TiO_(3.(BST)ceramics were even superior to those of lead-based materials,with an FOM of approximately *** the results suggested that the semi-solution method rendered BST ceramics more promising for applications in tunable devices.

Synergistic induction of mitotic pyroptosis and tumor remission by inhibiting proteasome and WEE family kinases

Mitotic catastrophe(MC),which occurs under dysregulated mitosis,represents a fascinating tactic to specifically eradicate tumor *** pyroptosis can be a death form of MC remains ***-mediated protein degradation is crucial for ***(BTZ),which inhibits the 2.S catalytic particle of proteasome,is approved to treat multiple myeloma and mantle cell lymphoma,but not solid tumors due to primary *** date,whether and how proteasome inhibitor affected the fates of cells in M-phase remains ***,we show that BTZ treatment,or silencing of PSMC5,a subunit of 19S regulatory particle of proteasome,causes G2.and M-phase arrest,multi-polar spindle formation,and consequent caspase-3.GSDME-mediated pyroptosis in M-phase(designated as mitotic pyroptosis).Further investigations reveal that inhibitor of WEE1/PKMYT1(PD01662.5),but not inhibitor of ATR,CHK1 or CHK2.abrogates the BTZ-induced G2.phase arrest,thus exacerbates the BTZ-induced mitotic arrest and *** BTZ and PD01662.5 treatment(named BP-Combo)selectively kills various types of solid tumor cells,and significantly lessens the IC50 of both BTZ and PD01662.5 compared to BTZ or PD01662.5 *** using various mouse models show that BP-Combo has much stronger inhibition on tumor growth and metastasis than BTZ or PD01662.5 monotreatment,and no obvious toxicity is observed in BP-Combo-treated *** findings disclose the effect of proteasome inhibitors in inducing pyroptosis in M-phase,characterize pyroptosis as a new death form of mitotic catastrophe,and identify dual inhibition of proteasome and WEE family kinases as a promising anti-cancer strategy to selectively kill solid tumor cells.

[en=ethylenediamine] had been obtained from the hydrothermal method and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, FT-IR, and thermogravimetric analysis The structure consist of [P2.o5O2.]^6- clusters anions, complex [Cu（en）（Hen）]^3. cations and crystallization water molecules, which are held together to a two-dimensional framework The most interesting feature of the compound is that two nitrogen atoms are both coordinated with Cu（ Ⅱ ） in one ethylenediamine molecule, for the other ethylenediamine molecule, only one nitrogen atom is towards Cu（ Ⅱ） and the other nitrogen atom is protonated and formed Hen^＋.

Multi-spherical interactions and mechanisms of hydrocarbon enrichment in the Southeast Asian archipelagic tectonic system

Global cooling began since 50 Ma,but a warm climate was maintained in the archipelagic tectonic system in Southeast Asia where a wealth of Cenozoic oil and gas resources was formed and *** the perspective of Earth system,this study analyzes Cenozoic tectonic activities,climatic and environmental evolution,and petroleum enrichment in Southeast Asia,and provides the following insights:(1)Subduction of oceanic plates and the extension of overlying continental lithosphere resulted in widespread volcanic eruptions as well as the formation of rift basins and shallow marine shelves,leading to complex interactions between deep tectonic processes and Earth’s surface including mountains,basins,and seas.(2.Microcontinental accretion and prolonged stay in equatorial low-latitude regions have changed trade winds into monsoons,altered ocean current pathways and flow rates,and profoundly affected rainfall and climate.(3.The archipelagic tectonic system,coupled with a hot and rainy climate,fostered tropical rainforests,mangroves,and phytoplankton,providing abundant organic matter and promoting the development of petroleum resources.(4)Combinations of rift basin development and marine transgression and regression led to an effective superposition of source-reservoir-seal combinations from multiplepetroleum *** deep burial of organic matter and high geothermal gradients facilitated the generation and large-scale accumulation of oil and gas.(5)Multi-spherical(such as atmosphere,biosphere,hydrosphere and lithosphere)interactions on the Earth,which resulted from the convergence of multiple tectonic plates,are believed as the primary driver for exceptional enrichments of Cenozoic oil and gas resources in Southeast *** understandings are significant for developing theories of oil and gas enrichment under the guidance of Earth System *** order to continue making significant oil and gas exploration discoveries in the deep-layers,deep-waters,and unconventio

Preparation of Polyurea Elastomer with Flame Retardant, Insulation and Thermal Conductivity Properties

By using 6,6-((sulfonylbis(4,1-phenylene)bis(azanediyl))bis(thiophen-2.ylm-ethylene))bis6H-di-benzo[c,e][1,2.oxaphosphinine 6-oxide(DOPO-N)as phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant,the polyurea(PUA)with flame retardant properties(PUA/DOPO-N)was *** addition,organically modified montmorillonite(OMMT)and magnesium hydroxide(MH)were used as co-effectors respectively,and the flame retardant PUA(PUA/DOPO-N/OMMT and PUA/DOPO-N/MH)were also *** properties,flame retardant properties,flame retardant mechanism and mechanical properties of PUA/DOPO-N,PUA/DOPO-N/OMMT and PUA/DOPO-N/MH were investigated by thermogravimetric(TG)analysis,limiting oxygen index(LOI),UL 94,cone calorimeter test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and tensile *** results show that the LOI value of PUA/2.%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2.OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH are 2..1%,2..7%,and 2..3.,respectively,and UL 94 V-0 rating is *** with PUA,the peak heat release rate(pk-HRR),total heat release(THR)and average effective heat combustion(av-EHC)of PUA/2.%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2.OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH decrease *** results indicate that the residual chars of PUA/2.%DOPO-N,PUA/18%DOPO-N/2.OMMT and PUA/15%DOPO-N/5%MH are completer and more *** complex of DOPO-N/OMMT and DOPO-N/MH have synergistic flame *** mechanical properties of PUA can be improved by the addition of DOPO-N,DOPO-N/OMMT and DOPO-N/MH,*** insulation performance test shows that the volume resistivity of PUA/2.%DOPO-N is 6.2.×10^(16)Ω.***,by using modified boron nitride(MBN)as heat dissipating material,the complex of PUA/MBN was prepared,and the thermal conductivity of PUA/MBN was *** thermal conductivity of PUA/8%MBN complex coating at room temperature is 0.166 W/(M·K),which is a 163.improvement over pure PUA.
