One novel porphyrin P-Q2 is planned to be synthesized by condensation between ATPP and ***,after separation by chromatography and characterization with IR,~1H NMR,HR-MS and X-ray,P-Q1 is obtained *** the structure of P-Q1 with that of P-Q2,it is realized that an intramolecular cyclization rearrangement takes place when the azo group is situated in the O-position to the amido *** rearrangement offers a new way to prepare indazole *** addition,the spectral properties of P-Q1 have been studied by UV-vis and steady state fluorescence *** fluorescence quenching is observed in the preliminary emission spectrum due to the proposed electron transfer from the excited porphyrin to the anthraquinone moieties.

Aquaporins（AQPs） are molecular water channels that play important physiological roles in fluid trans-porting organs. The expression and function of AQPs in the immune system are largely unknown. CD 11 （a-d）/CD18 integrins are adhesion molecules expressed on leukocytes, which play a critical role in leukocyte adhesion, migration and host defense. In the present study, we discovered the expression of aquaporin-3（AQP3） on spleen CD1 lb positive cells, and the content of CDllb positive splenocytes in aquaporin 3-null mice is significantly decreased. Further analysis suggested remarkably decreased monocyte/macrophage subpopulation and significantly decreased granulocyte subpopulation. It is the first report suggesting an important role of AQP in the development and maturation of imrnunocytes.

Cancer therapeutic nanovaccines are ideal tools to inhibit tumor growth and provide the body with continuous protecting immune ***,the conventional subcutaneous(SC)vaccination normally induces limited anti-tumor immune responses with low therapeutic ***,we devised clay-based nanovaccines and directly delivered them to the spleen via intravenous(IV)injection to induce the stronger anti-tumor immunity with higher efficacy for tumor prevention and *** clay,i.e.,layered double hydroxide(LDH)was prepared as nanoadjuvant with the average size from 77 to 285 nm and co-loaded with the model antigen ovalbumin(OVA)and bioadjuvant CpG to form CpG/OVA-LDH(CO-LDH)*** found that CO-LDH-215(the size of LDH was 215 nm)promoted dendritic cells to present the most antigen,and moreover showed the highest spleen enrichment(~1.67%of CO-LDH-215 enriched in the spleen at 24 h post IV injection).The in vivo immunologic data showed that CO-LDH-215 induced the most potent anti-tumor immune responses and completely prevented the growth of E.G7-OVA tumor in the mouse ***,IV injected CO-LDH-215 nanovaccine more effectively delayed tumor growth than that SC injected,largely due to the direct and quick delivery of more nanovaccines to the *** study demonstrates that the therapeutic efficacy of nanovaccines can be greatly enhanced by targeted delivery of nanovaccines to the spleen via the proper vaccination route.

A universal platform with M_n doping and hyaluronic acid （HA） modification, based on mesoporous silica （mSiO2）, was designed and used as a basic multifunctional material with magnetic resonance （MR） imaging. Furthermore, we added flexible functions through the addition of functional molecules. Specially, two typical compounds, hydrophobic perfluorooctyl bromide （PFOB） and hydrophilic doxorubicin （DOX）, were loaded into the channels to obtain PFOB@Mn@mSiO2@HA （PMMH） or DOX@Mn@mSiO2@HA （DMMH） or imaging and therapy, respectively. The were highly targeted to the lymph system in nanoparticles for dual-mode imaging PMMH and DMMH nanoparticles vitro and in vivo. MR and ultrasound imaging of PMMH nanoparticles were performed in the lymph system, while MR imaging and chemotherapy of DMMH nanoparticles was used to detect cancer. These results showed that both PMMH and DMMH nanoparficles can be designed with high lymph targeting efficiency. PMMH nanoparticles are a dual-mode contrast agent for both ultrasound and MR imaging for the lymph system and DMMH nanoparticles are powerful agents for the combined diagnosis and therapy of cancer in vivo.

We derive an analytical expression for the propagation factor（known as M2-factor） of electromagnetic concentric rings Schell-model（EM CRSM） beams in non-Kolmogorov turbulence by utilizing the extended Huygens–Fresnel diffraction integral formula and the second-order moments of the Wigner distribution function（WDF）. Our results show that the EM CRSM beam has advantage over the scalar CRSM beam for reducing the turbulence-induced degradation under suitable conditions. The EM CRSM beam with multi-rings far-fields in free space is less affected by the turbulence than the one with dark-hollow far-fields or the electromagnetic Gaussian Schell-model（EGSM） beam. The dependence of the M2-factor on the beam parameters and the turbulence are investigated in detail.

The quantum speed limit(QSL)of the double quantum dot(DQD)system has been theoretically investigated by adopting the detection of the quantum point contact(QPC)in the pure dephasing *** Mandelstam–Tamm(MT)type of the QSL bound which is based on the trace distance has been extended to the DQD system for calculating the shortest evolving *** increase of decoherence rate can weaken the capacity for potential speedup(CPS)and delay the evolving process due to the frequently measurement localizing the electron in the DQD *** system needs longer time to evolve to the target state as the enhancement of dephasing rate,because the strong interaction between pure dephasing environment and the DQD system could vary the oscillation of the *** the dephasing rate can sharp the QSL bound,but the decoherence rate would weaken the former effect and vice ***,the CPS would be raised by increasing the energy displacement,while the enhancement of the coupling strength between two quantum dots can diminish *** is interesting that there has an inflection point,when the coupling strength is less than the value of the point,the increasing effect of the CPS from the energy displacement is dominant,otherwise the decreasing tendency of the CPS is determined by the coupling strength and suppress the action of the energy displacement if the coupling strength is greater than the *** results provide theoretical reference for studying the QSL time in a semiconductor device affected by numerous factors.

By introducing a floating lead to mimic the decoherence mechanism, the Fano effect in the linear conductance spectrum of a T-shaped double quantum dot structure is studied. We find that even in the case that the self-energy arising from the decoherence mechanism is much smaller than the coupling strength between the connected quantum dot and the conducting lead, the Fano lineshape can be largely destroyed. In addition, the decoherence renders the high-order electron transmission paths unimportant to contributing to the Fano lineshape.
