土壤磷素地表径流提取系数研究进展

土壤磷素地表径流提取系数(phosphorus extraction coefficient,ECp)是模拟表层土壤可溶性磷随地表径流迁移,估算农业磷非点源污染负荷模型中的一个重要参数。当前ECp的相关研究存在内涵模糊,确定方法各异,变异范围和影响机制也不够清晰等问题。本文梳理了国内外相关研究中ECp的提取方法、影响因素,为提高农业磷非点源污染评估的精度提供理论依据。ECp定义为地表径流溶解态磷(dissolved phosphorus,DP)浓度与表层土壤可溶性磷含量的比率。该系数通常基于降雨试验,通过建立地表径流DP和表层土壤磷含量的线性回归方程,用回归线的斜率表示ECp,因此其概念本质主要体现在统计学意义上。ECp受降雨、土壤、植被覆盖和农田管理措施等多种因素影响,变异范围较大。ECp通常与土壤黏粒含量、吸附性、植被覆盖度等因素呈反比,而与土壤初始含水量呈正比。非石灰性土壤ECp值一般大于石灰性土壤。为简化计算,ECp在NPS污染模型中通常被设为一个定值。例如,在化学物质、径流和土壤侵蚀(chemicals,runoff,and erosion from agriculture management,CREAMS)及农业非点源(agricultural nonpoint source,AGNPS)模型中,ECp值设为7.5,而在土壤侵蚀和作物生产力评价(erosion/productivity impact calculator,EPIC)和水土评估工具(soil and water assessment tools,SWAT)模型中,ECp值则设为5.7。因此,未来研究仍需重视ECp的物理内涵,精准测算多次降雨平均和动态ECp,阐明土壤磷素地表径流提取的动力机制;加强地表径流和表层土壤中可溶性磷素含量间的非线性关系的研究,提高ECp值确定方法的适用性;深入分析不同区域ECp的变异特征和影响因素,针对施肥频繁且易发生复杂强烈水力侵蚀的坡耕地,尤其需要提出ECp的校正值;用核定后或者监测获得的ECp统计值代替现有NPS污染模型中的常数,以提高土壤磷素流失负荷模拟精度。

Background Early diagnosis and timely treatment are important for improving therapeutic efficiency of prostate cancer. DNA array is a new bio-technology for disease diagnosis. This study was conducted to diagnose prostate cancer with cDNA macroarray and analysis gene expression profiles of some selective genes in prostate cancer. Methods Total RNA was isolated from patients with prostate cancer and from normal people, and poly（A） RNA was further purified. Then it was analyzed for differentially expressed genes in prostate cancer and normal prostate by cDNA macroarray system. Results There were different expressions in the nine prostate-associated specific genes in prostate cancer as compared with normal prostate, in which, 7 were significantly upregulated and 2 were down-regulated. Conclusion As a diagnostic approach at molecular level, the cDNA macroarray is an effectively diagnostic method for orostate cancer.

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most lethal solid tumors and is characterized by dense desmoplasia and immune desert. Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are critical components of the immune tumor microenvironment (TIME) of PDAC. Treg-induced immune evasion presents a significant hurdle in enhancing the efficacy of conventional and emerging therapeutic strategies. Nonetheless, Treg deficiency alone led to inconsistent outcomes. To unveil the underlying potential reasons for these results and to determine the role of Tregs in other therapeutic strategies, in-depth insights into the crosstalk between Tregs and other cells in PDAC are indispensable and currently lacking. Therefore, in this review, we comprehensively delineate the direct and indirect interplay between Tregs and various cellular constituents ranging from cancer cells and immune cells to stromal cells in PDAC in an attempt to uncover potential leads for the development of Treg-associated therapies.

以疑似存在固废填埋区的农业用地为例,采用电磁感应法快速实现填埋区定位,结合高密度电阻率法对数据进行校准,并利用钻探结果进行验证。本研究以小于3.76Ω·m的电阻率值作为填埋区的判定准则,对于疑似塌陷填埋位置,电磁感应法的探测结果与其实际情况吻合较好,且发现了一处地表尚在种植作物的填埋区,疑似填埋区在整个地块的空间覆盖率为30.55%。根据探测结果选择12处钻孔点位验证了地块填埋有生活垃圾、污泥等。本次探测耗时12 h,获取数据量105 600个,数据有效率99.78%。通过电磁感应方法,实现了对填埋区的污染探测及定位,对于指导后期地块填埋物的污染修复具有现实意义。

对国内造纸企业常用的阔叶木浆、针叶木浆的中浓打浆生产技术的使用效果进行了研究。与低浓打浆相比，中浓打浆技术能有效保留和提高阔叶木浆的固有强度和结合强度，阔叶木浆抄造纸张的各项物理强度指标均有提高，能耗降低36％左右，生产使用表明中浓打浆处理后的阔叶木浆能部分代替针叶木浆；对于针叶木浆，中浓打浆工艺以采用低浓预处理＋中浓打浆为宜，纸张物理强度指标如裂断长、撕裂指数比低浓打浆提高10％～24％，能耗降低30％。

Detection of pim-1 mRNA in prostate cancer diagnosis

Background Pim-1 plays an important role in the apoptosis, proliferation, differentiation of cancer cells and progression of cancer. In this study we detected the expression of pim-1 mRNA in normal prostate, benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）, and prostate cancer （PCa） and explored its diagnostic value for PCa. Methods The prostate tissues were collected from 23 patients with PCa, 37 patients with BPH, and 3 healthy volunteers. Pim-1 mRNA expression levels in these samples were determined by the quantitative real-time PCR （QRT-PCR）. The differences of expression were calculated based on a standard curve. Results The ratio of pim-1 mRNA to β-actin in the normal prostate, BPH, and PCa were 1.05±0.04, 2.57±0.74 and 4.45±0.63, respectively. The differences among PCa, BPH and NT were significant （P〈0.05, respectively）. Conclusion Detecting pim-1 mRNA expression by QRT-PCR provides a reliable metric for the diagnosis of PCa.

To achieve efficient structural design,it is crucial to reduce the cost of materials while ensuring structural *** study proposes an optimization method for design parameters(DPs)in a prestressed steel structure driven by multi-factor *** accomplish this,a numerical proxy model of prestressed steel structures is established with integration of DPs and mechanical parameters(MPs).A data association-parameter analysis-optimization selection system is established.A correlation between DPs and MPs is established using a back propagation(BP)neural *** correlation provides samples for parameter analysis and optimization *** are used to characterize the safety of the *** on the safety grade analysis,the key DPs that affect the mechanical properties of the structure are obtained.A mapping function is created to match the MPs and the key *** optimal structural DPs are obtained by setting structural materials as the optimization objective and safety energy as the constraint *** theoretical model is applied to an 80-m-span gymnasium and verified with a scale test physical *** MPs obtained using the proposed method are in good agreement with the experimental *** with the traditional design method,the design cycle can be shortened by more than 90%.Driven by the optimal selection method,a saving of more than 20% can be achieved through reduction of structural material ***,the cross-sectional dimensions of radial cables have a substantial influence on vertical *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the upper radial cable exhibit the most pronounced impact on the stress distribution in that *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the lower radial cable hold the greatest sway over the stress distribution in that cable.
