Side reactions and dendrite growth triggered by the unstable interface and inhomogeneous deposition have become the biggest obstacle to the commercialization for lithium metal *** this study,a highly-chlorinated organic-inorganic hybrid interfacial protective layer is developed by rationally tuning the interfacial passivation and robustness to achieve the convenient and efficient li metal *** polyvinyl chloride(PVC)can effectively resist water and oxygen,which is confirmed by density functional *** organic-dominant solid electrolyte interphases(SEI)with lithium chloride are investigated by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)with little mineralization of oxide,such as li_(2)O and li_(2)CO_(3..With such artificial SEI,a uniform and dense lithium deposition morphology are formed and an ultra-long stable cycle of over 500 h are achieved even at an ultra-high current density of 10 m A/cm^(2).Moreover,the simple and convenient protected anode also exhibits excellent battery stability when paired with the lini_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(nCM811)and liFePO_(4)(LFP)cathode,showing great potential for the commercial application of lithium metal batteries.

The excellent energy storage performances of dielectric materials,a high energy density and efficiency,the stability in a wide range of temperature,frequency and cycling time,are surely desirable for the energy storage devices.A trade-off relationship between polarization and breakdown strength,however,limits the enhancement of energy storage properties of dielectric *** effectively boost the energy density and efficiency of dielectric capacitors,by inserting a BiFeO3.layer into the BaTiO3.film in present case,the symmetric BaTiO3.BiFeO3.BaTiO3.tri-layer film heterostructure with antiferroelectric-like characteristics was constructed based on the dual-interlayer coupling effect,what's more,its antiferroelectric-like characteristics will evolve with electric *** the tunable polarization behavior endows it with an enhanced maximum polarization but a reduced remnant one,a delayed saturation of polarization and a high breakdown strength,which are synergistically accountable for a large energy density(Wrec∼109 j/cm^(3.)and a high efficiency(η∼82.6%),together with the good thermal(TR∼200℃,ΔWrec3.&Δη10%)and frequency(50 Hz–10 kHz,ΔWrec13.)stabilities,particularly an outstanding cycling reliability(10^(9) cycles,both ΔWrec and Δη1%).Hence these findings can provide some innovative ideas for enriching the performance tuning of ferroelectrics,especially in enhancing their energy storage characteristics.

Improvement of shape, memory effect (SME) in Fe-Mn-Si based alloys has been investigated, compared with that by conventional 'training' treatment. It is found that SME in Fe-Mn-Si alloy can be greatly improved by ausforming and 3.8%recovery strain and 2.2% complete recovery strain can be reached by ausforming at 973.K when dynamic recrystallization has just occurred. The mechanism for the improvement of SME is proposed.

Binuclear manganese complex [(bipy)2Mn2(μ-O)(μ-Ac)2(H2O)2](CIO4)2 was synthesized by the reaction of MnAc3.· 2H2O with 2,2’-bipyridine in the HAc-naAc buffer (pH = 4.0). X-ray diffraction result for the single crystal shows that the crystal is monoclinic, space group C2/C, with a = 3.4082(7), 6 = 0.8644(2), c= 2.174 9(4) nm,β= 105.2°, V =6.186(2) nm3. Z= 8. There are two very strong peaks of UV-Vis spectrum in the range of 400-600 nm, which are similar to those of Mn catalase and Mn ribonuleotide reductase extracted from organisms. Cyclic voltammogram shows that the complex in CH3.n undergoes quasi-reversible one-electron reduction and oxidation at E1/2=1.15V.

AIM:To explore the therapeutic effect and main molecular mechanisms of acteoside in a glaucoma model in DBA/2j ***:Proteomics was used to compare the differentially expressed proteins of C57 and DBA/2j *** acteoside administration in DBA/2j mice,anterior segment observation,intraocular pressure(IOP)monitoring,electrophysiology examination,and hematoxylin and eosin staining were used to analyze any potential ***(IHC)assays were used to verify the proteomics ***,retinal ganglion cell 5(RGC5)cell proliferation was assessed with cell counting kit-8(CCK-8)*** domain-containing protein 4(Sertad4)mRnA and protein expression levels were measured by qRT-PCR and Western blot analysis,***:Proteomics analysis suggested that Sertad4 was the most significantly differentially expressed *** with the saline group,the acteoside treatment group showed decreased IOP,improved n1-P1 wave amplitudes,thicker retina,and larger numbers of cells in the ganglion cell layer(GCL).The IHC results showed that Sertad4 expression levels in DBA/2j mice treated with acteoside were significantly lower than in the saline *** treatment could improve RGC5 cell survival and reduce the Sertad4 mRnA and protein expression levels after glutamate ***:Sertad4 is differentially expressed in DBA/2j *** can protect RGCs from damage,possibly through the downregulation of Sertad4,and has a potential use in glaucoma treatment.

Accumulation of aggregated α-synuclein(α-syn) in Lewy bodies is the pathological hallmark of Parkinson's disease(PD). Genetic mutations in lipid metabolism are causative for a subset of patients with Parkinsonism. The role of α-syn's lipid interactions in its function and aggregation is recognized, yet the specific lipids involved and how lipid metabolism issues trigger α-syn aggregation and neurodegeneration remain unclear. Here, we found that α-syn shows a preference for binding to lysophospholipids(LPLs),particularly targeting lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC) without relying on electrostatic interactions. LPC is capable of maintaining α-syn in a compact conformation, significantly reducing its propensity to aggregate both in vitro and within cellular environments. Conversely, a reduction in the production of cellular LPLs is associated with an increase in α-syn accumulation. Our work underscores the critical role of LPLs in preserving the natural conformation of α-syn to inhibit improper aggregation, and establishes a potential connection between lipid metabolic dysfunction and α-syn aggregation in PD.
