Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a common progressive inflammatory disease whose incidence has increased rapidly in recent years,and can develop into colorectal cancer in severe *** are currently no adequate or effective treatments for UC due to the fact that some patients have found suboptimal results after repeated administration,while others have experienced adverse *** the rapid development of nanotechnology,developing innovative colon-targeting platforms is essential to improving efficacy,reducing side effects,and improving patient *** this review,we summarize the pathophysiological characteristics of UC and the most recent status of numerous nanodrug delivery systems based on different targeting mechanisms in treating ***,intravenous,and rectal drug delivery nanoparticles targeting the colon are discussed,which can provide ideas for the design of colon-targeting nanoparticles for the treatment of colon diseases,especially for the treatment of *** but not least,we provide a glimpse into the future of colon-targeted delivery systems,as well as future advancements in the field.

Employing crystal facets to regulate the catalytic properties in electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction（eCO2RR） has been well demonstrated on electrocatalysts containing single metals but rarely explored for bimetallic systems. Here, we synthesize Zn Sn（OH）6（ZSO）microcrystals（MCs） with distinct facets and investigate the facet effects in eCO2RR. Electrochemical studies and in situ Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy（in situ-FTIR） reveal that ZSO MCs produce mainly C1 products of HCOOH and CO. The {111} facet of the ZSO MCS exhibits higher selectivity and faradaic efficiency（FE） than that of the {100} facet over a wide range of potentials（-0.9 V ～-1.3 V versus RHE）. Density Functional Theory（DFT） calculations elucidate that the {111} facet is favorable to the adsorption/activation of CO2molecules,the formation of intermediate in the rate-determining step, and the desorption of C1 products of CO and HCOOH molecules.

Calcium-based biomaterials have been intensively studied in the field of drug delivery owing to their excellent biocompatibility and ***-based materials can also deliver contrast agents,which can enhance real-time imaging and exert a Ca^(2+)-interfering therapeutic *** on these characteristics,amorphous calcium carbonate(ACC),as a brunch of calcium-based biomaterials,has the potential to become a widely used *** functional ACC can be either discovered in natural organisms or obtained by chemical synthesis However,the standalone presence of ACC is unstable in *** are required to be used as stabilizers or core-shell structures formed by permeable layers or lipids with modified molecules constructed to maintain the stability of ACC until the ACC carrier reaches its *** has high chemical instability and can produce biocompatible products when exposed to an acidic condition in vivo,such as Ca^(2+) with an immune-regulating ability and CO_(2) with an imaging-enhancing *** to these characteristics,ACC has been studied for selfsacrificing templates of carrier construction,targeted delivery of oncology drugs,immunomodulation,tumor imaging,tissue engineering,and calcium *** in this paper has been placed on the origin,structural features,and multiple applications of ***,ACC faces many challenges in clinical translation,and long-term basic research is required to overcome these *** hope that this study will contribute to future innovative research on ACC.

This paper discusses ways in which negative economic shocks captured by natural disasters can shape internal labor migration in *** impact of negative economic shocks on migration depends on the combination of two opposite driving forces:(i)negative economic shocks can make staying in the affected area less profitable,thus enhancing returns to migration;(ii)the shocks can make it more difficult to migrate out,thus inducing a higher fixed cost of *** on a nationwide dataset of China,this paper shows that when natural disasters were not severe,they caused migration out of rural *** sufficiently severe damage,however,the negative effect of natural disasters could be mitigated by villages'prior migrant ***,with a severe shock,only clan members were able to migrate in response to natural disasters and enjoyed the complementary effects of prior migrant networks,as they could receive more help from social capital.

To mitigate the wastage of seed resources and reduce the usage of pesticides and fertilizers, seed coating agentshave gained popularity. This study employs single-factor and multi-index orthogonal experimental design methodsto investigate the seed coating formula and physical properties of Tartary buckwheat. The specific effects ofeach component on Tartary buckwheat seed germination are analyzed. The findings reveal that the seed coatingagent formulated with 1.5% polyvinyl alcohol, 0.15% sodium alginate, 0.2% op-10, 0.1% polyacrylamide, 8% colorant,3% ammonium sulfate, 1% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and 0.15% carbendazim exhibits the mosteffective coating. It demonstrates optimal physical properties and promotes seed germination efficiently. The suspensionrate of this seed coating agent reaches 91.12%, with a mere 2.13% coating shedding rate and 2.5% coatingseed rot rate. Furthermore, it achieves a germination percentage of 99.17%, which is 20.84% higher than the lowestgroup. The germination potential and index are also significantly higher than the lowest group, with anincrease of 20.84% and 26.56%, respectively. Additionally, the vitality index is 553.08, a 15.75% increase comparedto the lowest group. The application of seed coating agents helps reduce seed resource loss, increase plant numbers,and ultimately enhance agricultural yields. This finding holds practical significance in agriculturalproduction.

The Jitang metamorphic complex is key to studying the tectonic evolution of the Northern Lancangjiang *** structural-lithological mapping,structural analysis and laboratory testing,the composition of the Jitang metamorphic complex was *** macro-and microstructural analyses of the ductile detachment shear zone(Guoxuepu ductile shear zone,2–4 km wide)between the metamorphic complex and the overlying sedimentary cap show that the shear sense of the ductile shear zones is *** presence of various deformation features and quartz C-axis electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)fabric analysis suggests multiple deformation events occurring at different *** average stress is 25.68 MPa,with the strain rates(έ)ranging from 9.77×10^(−14)s^(−1)to 6.52×10^(−16)s^(−1).The finite strain of the Guoxuepu ductile shear zone indicates an elongated strain *** average kinematic vorticity of the Guoxuepu ductile shear zone is 0.88,implying that the shear zone is dominated by simple *** muscovite selected from the protomylonite samples in the Guoxuepu ductile shear zone yields a 40Ar-39Ar age of 60.09±0.38 *** is suggested that,coeval with the initial Indo–Eurasian collision,the development of strike-slip faults led to a weak and unstable crust,upwelling of lower crust magma,then induced the detachment of the Jitang metamorphic complex in the Eocene.
